I waited 10 or so minutes to be seen. The doctor was friendly and efficient. She listened to my concerns and we chatted a little before my hearing test. After the test, she explained the results in light of my concerns. We decided to go ahead with hearing aids and she described how my life was likely to improve with them. The entire appointment took about an hour and it was very pleasant.
Laura was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed and pleased. She addressed all of my issues.

Bought my Beltone hearing aid in Sept. 2017. Paid for chargeable hearing aids. Left hearing aid quit working with the charger, Was told it would cost $800nto repair. I have been using batteries since. Left hearing aid is really not working. I cannot afford it, but I am meeting with a new company today to buy new hearing aids. This was the worst investment I have ever made, money down the drain.
Matthew is fantastic!!!. Explains everything he is doing, answers all questions you have.Very professional. I have had two other Beltone people, but Matthew is the BEST.Beltone is very lucky to have Matthew as an employee.
