This was something that we had been looking forward, since our first day in Plymouth. One morning we took a stroll down and went inside.The menu is full and impressive. From milkshakes to sandwiches and every sweet wonderful thing in between. I had a This Shake Is Bananas, vanilla ice cream, frozen bananas, Nilla wafer around the top. It was, and I say this unreservedly, the best milkshake I have every had.
Shakes weren’t bad but they are huge and overflowing with nowhere to eat them. My daughters came with Oreos and a Klondike bar on it but with nowhere to set it down to eat the things that come on top of it, it just makes a mess. The taste is average but the creativity was great. It’s definitely a one and done place- worth a visit if you don’t mind washing up after (bring a bottled water or something like that)
This place is awesome. Brought my son. The milkshakes are about $12 per however you get this hulking monstrosity of delicious goodness. For those with children they will love it. For those without you are still getting a great value in my opinion. The experience of holding one of these creations you might normally only see on TV alone is worth a single trip.We also got donuts which were amazing as well.We will be back.
Amazing, indulgent, over-the-top milkshakes! Delicious and worth the wait (and $12 pricetag). But boy, was there a wait! As a group we ordered a dozen and it took an hour from our order until the last one was handed over. Now, these are masterpieces and fabulous, but go prepared to hang out and wait for your insane treat. (Pic of a Hostess with the Mostess)
Milkshakes are huge! Very creative and taste very good! Staff ruins it though ans for that I will never go back. The cashier things she can give attitude to everyone. And the other girl working behind her doesnt even know the items on her menu and gave my friend attitude about something not coming on a Milkshake that IS FOR SURE in the description.
Absolutely amazing food would highly recommend! Any other milkshake/ice cream place won’t cut it for me anymore. If you’re looking for a nice refreshing desert this is definitely the place to go. The staff is so incredibly accommodating! I noticed the other low reviews and don’t know what they mean, must have the wrong place? If I could give a higher review I would, keep up the good work guys!!!!
I went earlier today to this location and the Staff was really nice and accommodating. The all american and the strawberry cheesecake milkshake are to die for. I’m only giving a bad review because the store was so hot and the staff did offer us ice water but even then. Sweating while waiting for our milkshakes was unappetizing, you’d think an ice cream place would be cold. Also the staff looks exhausted from the heat.
Just...so...much! It was so good! My daughter went before and wanted me to go so I complied while in the area. Friendly staff, huge selection and what we got was delicious! I couldnt finish it all but it was so worth it. They ran out of one of the toppings for the shake my daughter ordered and let her put anything else on, she opted for a whole donut which they did without issue. Definitely worth checking out if you have a sweet tooth and are in the downtown Plymouth area!
Absolutely wonderful people. The food is amazing and everything about this place is to die for. 100% recommend the all American sandwich and the strawberry cheese shake. The sandwich and milkshake makers are so talented. Place was also very nice and the energy was very homey.
Good ice cream (Gifford) but what they add to the milkshakes is much more impressive. Recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
Milkshakes were absolutely delicious but the wait was over an hour due to it being school vacation week and a cluster of families had come all at once. It looked like they had plenty of people working, so it didnt make sense why it was that long. I understand they were busy but they didnt seem to work at a faster pace due to the length of the line.
Creative, decadent and huge. Got dessert here and hated myself but in a good way. I had a hard time deciding what to get because I wanted to try everything on the menu. I ended up ordering the Coco Beach and it was delicious. I am definitely going back to all the other items on the menu.
The idea behind this place is great but I spent 12$ on a melted milkshake that took at least 20 minutes to make while 4/5 staff members sat around. not to mention it wasn’t busy at all. the idea behind this place is 10/10 but the execution is awful
This place is awesome. Waited about a half hour to get in the door as the line was down the street. Staff was working hard and was super friendly and accommodating. Shakes were delicious and looked fantastic. Definitely give this place a try if you havent already.

My daughter ordered a monster milkshake and it was good but it took a really long time for the workers to make. The other two items ordered were quick and delicious.
Staff were kind and funny and the place had delicious Giffords and bliss ice cream. Best kind of ice creams
I hate leaving a “bad review” for a local business, but we gave them two tries and my husband and I both grew up working at touristy ice cream places on Cape. I get it. Both times we went it took over an hour from line to milkshake. I thought the first time was an “off” day, but the second time it was the same. There were ten people before us and it took 1.5 hours. They made the shakes one at a time instead of using the frappe machine for two at a time, then doing toppings all together, etc. So we got our first shake and about ten minutes later we got our second etc. because one at a time shake making was interspersed with closing duties. By the time I got mine my family was done with theirs and waiting in the car :(Work flow wasn’t there. So much can be streamlined.
Amazing customer service and very friendly environment. Food and milkshakes are awesome!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!
This place is terrible, made the completely wrong kind of shake I wanted and also the rude employees like to complain about you if you walk in before closing, Just do your job. Theyre also very annoying...shakes are overpriced and honestly not even that good. There are better places around with actually good and kind employees.
Munchies and milkshakes is so insanely good that I went to to jail: a short story. It all began 3 weeks ago when I first walked into this fine establishment. I went up to the counter to see handsome young man ( name started with an M, maybe Matteo?) who kindly recommended me the cotton candy burrito. I was instantly hooked, I bought 3 more that very night. And I was back for more the next day. It got so bad that I had to dip into my lifes saving in order to support my cotton candy burrito dependency. It was becoming a problem period. I took out a second mortgage on my house and used up the money I had save for my kids college fund. But it wasnt enough, it’s never enough. Eventually I lost custody of my kids because alll ever fed them was the cotton candy burrito and they became type 2 diabetic. I was at my breaking point. I ended up ina high speed car chase with the police after robbing a bank in the hopes I could purchase more cotton candy burritos. Sadly I was caught and I spent 3 month in county jail. So its pretty alright I guess
Im surprised at all of the great reviews because we had a terrible experience here. The employees were so slow, the place was messy and unsanitary. My shake was $12 and a mess to eat, and it really wasnt that great. We waited forever, and watching this staff and the messy kitchen made me lose my appetite. This place seriously needs some TLC; better management, organization, caring employees and cleanliness....

Tasty shakes. Service was not great. Waited nearly 5 minutes to merely order my shake. Every worker was a little on edge and moody. I am not sure if there was something going on in the shop, but there was a tense vibe. The line was long outside of the shop. It easily took me about 45 minutes to wait in line, order and receive my shake. I understand the time in which it takes to create a gourmet shake. I would say that the customer service provided could use some heavy adjustment. Nevertheless, I think this place is worth a stop if you are in the area.
Waited an hour to get in, service was horrible. All the employees looked miserable. We ordered 2 shakes and a regular cotton candy, and two parties after us got theirs before us. The milkshakes were done 10 minutes before they gave them to us, so when we got them they were completely melted. They only had one person making the cotton candy, and he was out back the whole time when he should have been making the cotton candy for the shakes. And in top of that, the server was cleaning the counter while she waited for the cotton candy then preceded to put our candy on our milkshakes with her gloves that had cleaner on them. Would not say it’s worth it.
The environment and staff were nice however... The owner did not display proper CDC, OSHA guidelines. I honestly wanted to cancel my order when she came in. She didnt wash her hands from being outside, her attire was disarray. They ran out of the ice cream I wanted so I had more milk than ice cream, half the cup was whipped cream(I love whipped cream so that wasnt really an issue. It was just dishearting to pay as much as I did and not have a good experience. Lastly the donuts were stale, not fresh at all.
The store has a lot of cool sweet treats that are really novel, waffle treats, ice cream, milkshakes, doughnuts, cotton candy, and they serve sandwiches. It took about 10 minutes for staff to even acknowledge us being there, and didnt seem very excited that we were even coming in. I got a milk shake, it didnt really taste like anything, and was expensive. Im not going to back again. Its cool, not peaceful meadows, or jiggys is much better!

Presentation 10/10 Quality 10/10 3/5 stars only because it took almost an hour for my milkshake to come out regardless of the restaurant being empty. A faster wait time and this place definitely gets 5/5 will definitely be visiting again!

I cant at this time im going back for a donut .all i can say is it is a bit pricey but soooo worth it and the support an animal shelter whats better then that??? Oh i know! The milk shakes are an art work and a taste bud treat from heaven!!
Pretty awesome milkshakes, they were piled so high with extras that I did lose some chocolate and strawberries on the walk home though. Some sort of sleeve that sits around the cup to catch things that drop would be nice. Overall, stop here and try it out for yourself! But bring extra napkins. ;)

DO NOT COME HERE! Our milkshakes looked amazing but tasted horrible. We couldn’t even finish them they were so bad. Our entire experience at the Plymouth location was awful. No one greeted us once we got in the shop and had no idea of they were taking orders. The workers looked miserable and the space was not clean with stuff everywhere. I would not come back at all.

Milkshake was good but the wait was almost an hour long for one.
Interior is clean and inviting, wait time was pretty short, coffee isn’t burnt and you’re not paying for just ice. Donuts are fresh, light and fluffy with plenty of options. Huge ice cream and milkshake selection. Haven’t tried their lunch menu yet but I’ll be back for a panini before long. Breakfast sandwiches are on point, especially the burritos. These guys somehow managed to pull off lettuce and tomato in a breakfast burrito without making it too wet—the ratio of all the ingredients is on point. Get in there now because this place is gonna be slammed during summer.PS props to the owners for supporting NIMA with their sales of pink-frosted donuts. IMO a great addition to Plymouth Center!
Got the Tom Pesto waffle sandwich. It was, at the very least, in the top 3 sandwiches i have gotten in my 24 years on this planet. Must go.

Had lunch down the street and saw a huge line so i had to check it out. Waited in that long line for about 30 minutes for what might have been the best milkshake i ever had. i got the reeses peanut butter cup milkshake with all the fancy stuff on it and it did not disappoint. definitely could have skipped lunch. cant wait to try one of there other crazy concotions. definitley recomend👍👍

Food was 💣. Ordered a BIG Philly Grilled Cheese. Food made fresh. Dude sliced the Boars Head Roast Beef. It wasnt presliced. I will be back for one of their MilkShakes, most definitely have to try the Waffles. And man the Handcut Donuts looked 💣. If i could give 6 stars i would. The Staff was super friendly and the establishment was super clean.
