The place appears good and closer to residential area. But they could improve their presentation of the store a bit. Hardly any item has price. When asked an employee about it, he says he is new and was not aware of the prices of the items. Hoping they will improve their store from current status. Will update after a month.

The restaurant (take-out only) is a culinary jewel. Food is excellent, authentic and reasonably priced. In my opinion is a must visit for food enthusiasts.

I don’t review mostly but this place made me too. Tried it for the first time and I was skeptical about its taste for signature desi dishes but they were on spot tasty. Better than 90% of Indian restaurants I have tried in MSP.

This place has great customer service. Both the Indian stores in our neighborhood have good customer service but the cashier today went out of his way to get me some fresh green chillies and fresh curry leaves. If you can’t find something you want just ask the cashier (in my case he asked me), I think they go above and beyond to get you what you need.

Very convenient indian grocery store in the neighbourhood. They also provide home delivery service within 10 miles of radius. They have a very small cute cafe inside with great menu selection. Only thing I would like to point out is business hours listed online never align with actual store hours. Please update your business hours online to reflect actual store hours and stick to that.

The only reason they get 2 star is as they have a great variety. Cons- expired items, people employed have no clue of what they are doing and their price list tags at display does NOT match with the final price which is billed. Moreover, half of the store has no displayed price. This store is just a couple of minutes away but I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.

No time sense.Biryani is always dry no food consistency. I would not recommend food from here.

I ordered chicken biryani 3 weeks back and mutton biryani today (both to go)... the chicken biryani had tiny chick feet as meat and the mutton biryani has tons of rice and hardly a bit of mutton in it. Is it scrimping on these basic proteins for a little bit profit and permanently disappointing a customer - raise your standards or quit offering food??

The food was okay. Biryani was good, but nothing special or different than any other Indian restaurants around here. We loved the idli, very soft and supple.

The foods are very good. Poori bread, Paneer tikka masala and Gobi manchurian are excellent.

Good selection of International items including Indian, which I was looking for. They also have a deli where you can buy prepared meals and they have breakfast on the weekends. A plus for me, its only 2 miles from my house. Ill be going back on a regular basis.

This is a small grocery/restaurant trying to establish itself. Based on effort they are a 5.Positives.In this no contact times you can order groceries, food, whatever via phone, email, door dash. They will package and deliver or put it outside.No contact.When things were better, I remember they were always helpful and smiled.Enough said.Maybe we all should ignore little things and support local businesses that are trying hard?

New management are doing wonders. You get very fresh vegetables on Tuesday and Friday. Very friendly staff too. Love to visit kadai foods.

Manager and associates are very helpful on assisting getting products needed at the moment and if they do not have it, they will order for me.

Variety of Indian/Pakistani groceries available. Common groceries like milk, veggies are comparatively expensive than your typical grocers.

I love this place and am so thankful for an internationally-focused grocer available in the Western suburbs. They are giving our large, young family a chance to try foods we otherwise wouldnt! It is a little hard to navigate: come with a detailed list and be ready to spend some time reading labels; this is the only reason not 5 stars.

Fantastic service. Delivered at my doorstep for free! Emailed them my order and they did a contactless delivery and sent me an invoice. No mark up at all on prices, $50 minimum for free delivery

The amazing array of uniquely Indian ingredients and food available at reasonable prices more than makes up for feeling a little out of place in this store. I have felt more welcome in my last couple visits due to the particular cashier who both times suggested an additional item during checkout. Last time she was even able to help me find an alternate flour because the one I had find was too coarse for my needs. I feel like there may still be a little bit of a language or culture barrier here, but one I think were both willing to deal with given the other benefits.

Deli experience: Excellent, tasty, quick Indian food. Need to include more rice though. We pick up a few times a week.UPDATE: I believe it may be under new ownership now. The food was still good and they included MORE rice!!! Yay!

Great neighborhood store with everything one needs for a household. Need not go any far. Clean and well organized with abundant natural light. Great shopping experience every time. Friendly and helpful staff.

We ordered via Uber Eats for delivery and our delivery guy never showed up and we ended up picking it up. We found out they had long since closed and someone stayed well after their normal time to wait for someone to pick up our food. That level of commitment to their customer experience is rare. If we had cash on us we would have given them a huge tip for this ordeal. What a pain but they were so gracious!!

3.5 is what I would rate...they have improved and offer some really good to go and offering and taste in mutton biryani..roasted mutton...their meat quality is not or miss...to become awesome, they have some to be consistent in quality

This Cub is laid out weird, but every time I come here, the staff are friendly and I am in and out. So I have no complaints.

Excellent staff and good service

I’m convinced these reviews are not real customer reviews. Store quality of produce are very poor and shelf products are disorganized. Went to buy meat and produce just to find out they don’t sell any because they are new but these reviews goes back to almost a year? Left the place and went to India Bazaar which is another 10 mins drive but well worth it.

I ordered cake for my kids birthday. After trying for 3 day, finally we got hold of the baker n,ordered mango flavored cake. On the day of birthday, when we went to collect the cake, shocked to see name was written wrong. No baker was available to correct the name n give. And the management never bothered to check for the baker or give some proper reply to us. They were very lethargic. Inspite of my friends having some bad experiences with them, i ordered the cake there just bcoz i wanted mango flavour. But again they disappointed us. Very poor management. I really wanted to give less than 1 star.

Its very convenient for Vicksburg and 47 communities. Reasonable variety. Good kitchen. Make a mean samosa, and other items like Dosa and Idli are very good. Could improve things operationlly but which Indian store cant.

This place is not reliable, on Saturday Aug 3RD i went there twice and store was not even open at 10:10 AM----person was standing by the store door said the store is not open due to not having keys to the door, he said come back again in the afternoon.in the winter time, I went over there paid for dosa- idli-medu vada when i came home, open the bag two things were missing ---chutney and sambhar. so i called to see if they delivered as i was 5 min away from there store, said NO we do not deliver the food, told me to go there but i had guest so i did not go. i thought since that was there mistake, they should have delivered the food.Today Aug 5TH I have been calling ( 4-5 times ) to see if they are open, no answer said we are not available.I did not drive to waste my time, so finally i am so sorry that i had to post it. NOT RELIABLE RESTAURANT - THEY MAY LOOSE ONE REGULAR CUSTOMER.

Not quite as wide a selection as the larger India Bazaar, but I like their customer service attitude. When I asked for something they didn’t have they asked how to spell it, noted it down and promised to look into whether they could get it. Same situation at India Bazaar, they just grunted. Main complaint: produce not especially fresh, the greens looked very limp.
