They were very knowledgeable. Lauren and the young man that helped me made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my new Cub Cadet zero turn. They were all friendly and helpful and we highly recommend them. I am thrilled with my new mower!

Had our mower almost 2 months, didnt even bother to look at it until we called to inquire - worked on it 15 minutes and acted like he was doing us a favor by only charging us for 1/2 hour labor. Still did not fix the problem and didnt even bother to address the other issues we asked about when we dropped it off - Well go somewhere - anywhere else next time.
