Didnt feel confident buying an appliance here after a brief walk through of the store. Buyers names listed on the appliance they bought I thought that was odd. Appliances dusty. I went to Home Depot instead and felt much more secure in making such a big purchase.
Went in for a common part in order to save my family home from water damage. The dishwasher water hose started leaking. Manager and front clerk demanded cash, said they wont wait for me to run across the street to nearest ATM and return to pay for item.Keep in mind, the True Sears And Roebuck, not franchise operations, would have stayed two minutes over and above to help the community; However, not This Place. The manager, clerk and technician standing there refused to accept debit and offered cash payment for the part that would save home and property.This place is a Shame To A Great American Brand And Legacy!!!!

Worse customer service experience we have ever come across. One star is giving more credit than deserved. It took a month in a half for our stove we ordered to be delivered to us due to the pandemic with extra poor service.To add.. I had to call in to ask if it had been delivered to my local store two weeks after I was told it would be delivered.. I also asked if they could please deliver it in the morning, not in the afternoon as I work remotely from home and the afternoons is when my babies take their afternoon nap. The customer services representative agreed to pass the message along to ensure our experience is reasonable and accommodated.Full time mother...two babies under the age off three and full time remote worker here!Morning of delivery. Get a missed call and voicemail from Delivery Man to call back before one pm that day. I miss the call because I was working, taking care of my babies, multi-tasking to be clear. Call back once I had a chance within 15 minutes right?Customer Representative answers phone I tell her I am returning the Deliver guys call and she puts me one hold to find out more. Wait on hold for 12 minutes and call is disconnected. I am like okay, will try later. Call an hour in half later once I get a chance and get a different customer representative and I explain why I am calling again. I am told that my stove will delivered in the afternoon...I am frustrated right? Because I was clear it wouldnt work out in the afternoon two weeks prior.. I am then told...I need to be more flexible and there was an attempt to call me back to communicate this. I had no missed calls or voicemail. I was not buying into anything I was hearing at this point. I hung up on this person. I had to take a moment.I called back and request to speak to a supervisor or a manager. The customer representative that answered the phone announced that they were not a manager or a supervisor as I requested with no reason why.....and that they could rescheduled me in another two weeks because they were too booked to accommodate me.I then of course returned with the agreement I was promised from the original customer representative to not deliver the stove in the afternoon and that it was not my fault that their team drop the ball on communicating our simple and reasonable instructions.I was then told in an annoyed and smug voice there was nothing they could do and they could not get into contact with their delivery guys and they would show up when they showed up. I then informed them that when they showed up, no one would be able to answer their call or answer the door possibly and that they would just have to make the exchange themselves with the old stove on the porch, that it was the only solution to our problems I could think of. I was told to have a good rest of my day......Delivery guys showed up after four pm. Their truck woke up my youngest baby. I took an extended break from work and answered my door, I told them where to leave the new stove and where my old stove was on the porch. No one responded to me all I got was a head nod from one of the delivery guys.On my ring door bell It records one of the deliver guys making a sarcastic comment about my old stove having a four prong cord in a notion we are idiots and a future problem. The other deliver guy confidently confirmed the new stove and cord was correct on a forced tone, in a way to make the other deliver guy to shut up and not to make a bigger fuss of things.The cord was correct to confirm. Because we are not fools....We will never order from Port Angeles, Washington Sears again.
Always out of stock, dont trust website we saw 6 chest freezers on local website zero in stock.

Appliances were spaced so you could see them easily. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I rented a washing machine and it was delivered to Forks one day early.
We werent able to get what we want at this time but they tried all they could and were very helpful! I will always come in and shop! They are great in there!

My boss recently purchased a range/oven from your Port Angeles store and it was delivered by,I believe a guy named, Richard. He helped us navigate it over a newly installed hardwood floor and was very mindful of making sure the floor did not get damaged.He was very considerate. So much so that it lead us to also purchase a refrigerator from same store. Thanks Were at present waiting for its delivery

After over 50 years as a Sears customer and owner of hundreds of Kenmore products I am finished as a Sears customer. The turning point was my experience with the unprofessional people at the Port Angeles Sears Hometown. After purchasing a refrigerator online and through phone calls with the store, being promised a delivery date they failed to follow through with the sales contract and delivery.Taking a day off work to be home when it was to be delivered. A call was made to the store late in the afternoon to inquire about the delivery only to find out it would not be delivered for another month. Needless to say I was livid! A phone call to provide revised delivery information would have been the right thing to do . . . however it didnt happen. I canceled the purchase and vow never patronize Sears again.I went to Lowes in Silverdale bought a refrigerator that is larger and of higher quality saving $400+ over the Sears product. Importantly I will have it within a week.Sorry Sears your continuing demise is hastened by your lack of customer service and ability to deliver products.
My husband had a horrible experience with the Manager -Owner. Not helpful and took no ownership of a faulty and confusing lawn mower warranty issue. Avoid if you can!!
We stopped in looking a a new refrigerator and Richard was a big help. Not only did we get the fridge we wanted but Richard even took 10% off of our 3 year extended warranty. He explained all the papee8and warranty to us. Then he loaded the fridge on our trailer for us. We will be going back as we update our house. The owners also run M & P Garage Door service. We have also had very good service from them.

I can’t say enough bad things about this company. At least the warranty program, so why purchase at this store? In the last two years, we’ve had several appliances that were less than 4 years old break (mostly about 2 years old). The paid for warrantees we had on several are complete garbage. When the refrigerator broke, no one would come for for many many months. This was advertised as an extended warranty with a sears logo, but was through another company. Range broke. Unable to repair it. Two dryers have broken. All new “top of the line” appliances. We bought the most expensive washer and dryer in the store. Two years later, we sit here with no dryer. We had an appointment for repair get cancelled and we have to wait another month before anyone will help. We have a new baby and three dogs and two demanding jobs. What are we supposed to do while we wait for repairs we already paid for by purchasing warrentees? We have logged near a hundred hours between the refrigerator and others appliances on the phone trying to make these appointments. We were told at one point that appliances aren’t expected to last more than 5 years. We spend several thousand dollars getting the best and then hear this while also being told we can’t get appointments for a service we purchased? I would give negative stars. Stay far away from this entire company. I have never been so frustrated by one company.

My mom who I have shopped with at Sears since I was a child. Ordered a brand new refrigerator from Sears. It would take a week or two before it would showupon delivery there was a confusion with how to hook up the water for the ice maker.Then when they plug the refrigerator and it did not even work.then the delivery truck broke down in the driveway where it stayed for most of the day.week or two later when the new new fridge showed up. I do believe the installation went. Ok.Then the old fridge was stored in our garage.The dust toeboard shield was missing.We called the delivery Sears people and they had no idea where it was.They said also said that it wasnt their problem since they didnt take away the old fridge.Sure is funny it would come up missing the same time they made the delivery.!?!And my mom said she will never shop at Sears again.Sincerely Steve shillingtonPS :do not have customer service call me. If i could give 0 stars I would customer servicce for both the port Angeles and sequim stores are terrible ordered a new warsher and the port angeles store canceles it because it was not in stock, the sequim store had 3 instock but would not honor the online order because the stores are separate even thow owned by same owner so after reordering went to sequim to pick it up but was told they didnt have paperwork saying i ordered it even when i showed the email i got from sears confirming my order and payment i was told they could not help me because they could get fired if they went with my email now I have 2 charges on my credit card for a warsher i never got. Customer service sucks no one wanted to help me at all i felt all they cared about was sitting around talking then helping anyone. Sears has went down hill sears should not let the owners of this business use the sears name.
