I do not like having to go on the Safeway app to get sale prices. Half the time it doesnt work or I cant find it spend way too much time trying get sale prices. If its on sale, just put it on sale. Plus its not fair to people who are not tech savvy like elderly. If Walmart was closer Id shop there cause they dont have a dumb app.

The poor staff looked overworked, but they were friendly and apologetic for wait times. Frappes were made well and the cookies were great. Would come here again.

Great selection off all food products, drinks and pharmacy too. Convenient location with a fueling station. Plus, great sunsets!

Went for propane, two men said they had already clocked out. They refused to help a teenage girl who was unsure how to do the transaction. She was great. Everyone else was great.

This Safeway is a great grocery store. It is large enough that should be able to find what you need. The quality and appearance of the food is excellent. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff are ALWAYS very courteous and always friendly.. Small town charm.

Location in downtown Port Angeles next to courthouse brings a sad element to the area but I really like the ready made sushi!

It has definitely become less clean and more packed. There is no way to have any social distancing. Many people just wander around without buying anything. I do not feel comfortable going into this store.

They had a bathroom that my mom could use while we were on our road trip. Did not go inside and my mom said the bathroom was really dirty

Crowded. Mike (the manager) couldnt manage his way out if a wet paper bag. The employees are great though.

Too closed in makes a person feel claustrophobic. An some prices are too high . An the checkouts are a pain in the butt. But I like alot of their selections but they never have chicken salad when I come in an sometimes I come in just got that . An their hot deli tastes like its been out all day even fairly early. Over all they are too bad .

Fast in and out for 2 bags of grapes a one bunch of bananas. Not so fast. 2 registers and 1 self service row with 6 machines, about 17 people in self and dont ask about two registers. If youre thinking no problem, kick with phone, NOPE. NO WIFI!!!

Unsafeway. Parking lot is crawling with loud obnoxious 20 somthing years old children. Same complaint when we lived in Port Angeles 1996 to 2006, only worse. Police never would do anything about it. My advice, try the safeway on the east side of town.

Check out was a little slow but all in all still good

Wonderful staff. Be sure to check expiration dates, you may get home with spoiled dairy like me.The butcher block people are the best!Dont even try the pharmacy...they are horrible.

Super cool experience with cashier guy, gave us great options for pubs around our hotel. Useful app as well.

The cashiers are rude especially the one at self checkout. The deli makes you stand there while they stand behind the counter doing other things ignoring you. I dont know what it is with the sequim Safeway but they are just very rude and self-righteous people.

Great store good customer service. Have lived close to this location most of my life and have been a patron of the store since I was a child. Many of the long time employees know my family and I by name which makes our shopping experience there that much more enjoyable. I also get my prescriptions filled at their pharmacy and the pharmacy staff is exceptional. They are informative, friendly, and timely.

I go here for excellent Steaks (Tbone, Ribeye, Porterhouse, Roasts) and Seafood (ethically sourced salmon, Argentina prawns are great). Always friendly and helpful at the butcher block. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Employees keep the store stocked and clean and are friendly and helpful. Best liquor selection in PA. They increased self check out which is time saving. I can find things here that they dont sell at Walmart and overall better meat and produce, customer service than Walmart. I recommend you try this store and look for local selections including Beechers cheese from Seattle, Deschutes beer from Oregon, Ranier Gin and Olympic Vodka both local and highly delicious spirits!

Easy shopping and helpful staff, fresh fruit and vegetables, organic stuff over the top fair prices, meats fresh and tasty. Captain Crunch the best. Plenty of toilet paper. Gas station clean and good prices. 🦀🦑🐖👌

Came to Port Angeles with my family for the wife’s birthday came to this Safeway and ordered a cake for 9am Saturday she had it ready by 8 and it was beyond what we expected. The lady in floral was also very pleasant and helpful this store is just awesome great staff I highly recommend this store.

Its a Safeway, so you get what you expect. They are good at consistency, cleanliness, and customer service at this location. Only downside is the parking lot often has loiterers and transients

I thought safeways was place with a very friendly atmosphere. We were there to have a nice hot Latte... yummm. I also bought kids things, & the Starbuck let me check out items, she helped us w/ great directions-where i had complete bad sense of directions, esp. When i just woke up lost, i stayed @ Red Lions Hotel. I was mtg. Family. & the Most helpful young lady, i believe her name was shimls?? Not sure, very friendly .

The store had what I needed at a fair price, the staff was professional and friendly, and the store was clean.

Food took way to long, then found a hair on one of my scallop. They took my plate and then returned it shorting me a scallop. No apology from anyone not even the manager after we asked to speak with him. We were very disappointed overall will never go back.

This Safeway is always so clean you can tell that they care about you and your well-being. The staff are amazing, prices are right and the produce section is always fresh.

The employees here never disappoint. They keep the shelves almost completely stocked at all times, everything is easy to find and if you have any questions they make sure to go above and beyond to make sure your needs and wants are satisfied 🥰

The delivery is always out of product, employees standing around chatting with each other while customers are waiting. The deli is poorly managed.

With covid its a little inconvenient, seating is limited now used to come in and sitdown have a cup of coffeeand charge my phone or computer and cant charge either there now. miss the tables they use to have outside.

Best meat in PA as far as grocery stores go. Lots of variety and decent prices.

Found what I was looking for and didnt pay too much, hopefully the lack of sanitizer or wipes for the carts or the multiple unmasked shoppers didnt expose me to the circulating deadly pandemic virus. Guess I can wait and see.

This non stellar review is do to lack of enforcing the mask rule. I saw multiple people even when checking out not wearing masks. Disgusting! A person I knew just passed away do to this virus so this is important to me. Enforce the law unless you like lawless behavior!

If you go here, try going on Friday. Even though its more busy, they have good sales on that day.

Employees are doing the best they can under unpleasant circumstances; wearing mask all day, which they need to do. The least customers can do is wear aa mask while in store. Some of the reviews where unreasonable - guy thanking them for allowing him to shop without a mask so he can potentially be spreading disease..Employees are busy enough without having to police thoughtless, inconsiderate customers. Complaints about store being too busy - your not the only customer, just deal with it & try a little patience, or shop at a different time. This store is a good size & well stocked, except when people hoard. Because its downtown its going to be busy. If you havent learned how to wait in line yet without having a tantrums, then its time to grow-up & deal with reality like an adult.
