They used cheap brake aftermarket parts and charged me for OEM prices.Brake got rusted in 2 days, and squeaking since then. They wont refund or re-do the service instead they yelled at me on phone.

I had called Triple A to have my car towed, they had this company be the one to do it. prior to the tow truck arriving, me and the gentlemen on the phone touch bases to make sure we have an understanding of how the car will be towed and details such as make and model, that information was already given to Triple A as well since they ask that before calling the tow truck company. the gentlemen on the explained that tolls will not be covered and 80 to 100 dollars would need to given to the driver prior leaving with the car because it would have to be paid for tolls both ways from N.Y to P.Ai said no problem, seemed like a lot for tolls, but i didnt mind because the rest could be tip for whatever he doesnt use for tolls. he gentlemen informed me that the car wont be delivered the same day due to the hours the tow was taking place. i told him id call my mechanic and let him know the situation, i agreed for the car to be stored and be sent the next day. seems to work out better for my mechanic as well as the tow company. i said no problem. when the tow truck driver arrived, he was very upset about the car. he said he wasnt informed that it was this kind of car etc. the driver informed that the tow he had was new and only a week old, it didnt have tools necessary to tow.the driver said hed rather not tow the car of risk of damage which was fine, i understand 100% he then told me that hell bring another tow with the tools necessary for the tow. i told him to do what ever he needs to do to get it done im off all day i dont mind waiting for another tow.20 minutes later i get a call from Triple A that Sands Point Autobody dont feel comfortable towing the car because of the body kit modifications and that Triple A will no longer want to do business with me or find another tow because the car is externally heavily modified and the car is 2 inches off the ground. now im in a back and fourth dispute with Triple A that the car externally isnt modified, its completely stock except wheels, i had to take a picture of the vehicle and show them another of the same vehicle to show that the car is completely stock, also im sending pictures to show the car is almost 4 inches off the ground.this company extremely inconvenienced me and i dont know why the gentlemen couldnt just call me and tell me they didnt feel comfortable, touch bases like they did from the beginning or i couldve explained the car is stock externally . i wouldnt have had an issue i wouldve cancelled and asked for another company. my car is only a google search away from showing you that the car isnt externally modified. the same car has been towed by GEMMAS with Triple A 3xs with no issues... extremely annoyed

Theyre great to interact with, very high quality work, good people all of them. One thing, in my experience, to keep in mind is that theyre not very good at communicating. Below is a long story to how poor their communication and planning was, but that said, it wasnt that big a deal because I always called first and wasnt in a rush.I brought my mother in-laws car in to get the side view mirror replaced and they said theyd call me the next day to tell me when to come in. They never called and so I called them a few days later and they said the right person was out so theyd call me back, but again never did. I called again a few days later and same thing. Then I called a 3rd time and the right person was there and he apologized saying the part took longer to come in than expected but to come in on Friday and itd be ready. On Friday I called before going and they said the guy who was painting wasnt there so good I called first because now I should come in on Monday. So I called Monday and they said the paint guy wasnt able to get to it and good I called again and come in Tuesday for sure and I can just wait there as they finish. I called Tuesday and they said itll take longer and so just drop the car off as theyll need the whole day. I dropped the car off and then they called 30min later saying it was done and that they didnt realize it actually was very quick.

Needed my car towed to north Jersey from Bohemia, NY. Robbie (owner) was great. He took the extra time and care to make sure that my show car was properly strapped to his flatbed. Very professional and all went smooth. Thank you.

My Honda Pilot was read-ended. Went to Sands Point for the lifetime Geico repairs. 2 years later rear windshield motor is shot and power tailgate stopped working. Went to get repaired as these were part of the accident and its not covered since it came off the original. So Im not exactly sure what the lifetime guarantee is for. 2 stars because people working there are nice, just we warned about the lifetime guarantee.
