My fiancé and I purchased a bedroom suite a month ago from the Loves location in Portage. We unwrapped the furniture today to finally out together the bed and attach the dresser mirror only to realize we did not receive any hardware for assembling the furniture. No screws, bolts, etc. We are quite displeased and not sure how to proceed as the location is now closed.
I had a wonderful experience at Loves furniture. Theresa was more than helpful when purchasing my couch. Her and her manager did their best to make everything workout in my favor when it came to financing. They were extremely patience and provided a great shopping experience. The quality of the furniture there was amazing as well. I will be a returning customer.
Loves Furniture is now closed as of the end of June 2021. Bought a very nice sofa from there during their going out of business sale.
I like many am not comfortable walking into someplace where I feel Im going to be pounced on by a sales person and Loves provided me exactly that. The showroom is well laid out. Downstairs is where they have sale and discounted items. My sales person was easy going and without boring me to death, he somehow managed to tell me exactly what the things I needed to hear. He was seasoned in the furniture business and he knew what he was talking about. His name is Jake. I did purchased a new mattress, what I purchased exceeded my expectations and I was happy with the price and I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for furniture or a new mattress to make a trip to Loves.
Received help Jake Bell and Rachel Bell. Started with Rachel, very nice person. Then Jake took over for Rachel, very informative,nice, and kind sales person. Got us some nice deals and very easy to work with. Because he was such an informative and not a pushy sale rep, we purchased 7k worth of items. Diffidently be going back to visit loves, Jake Bell and Rachel Bell.
I really enjoyed my experience with Loves. The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. They made sure we knew they were there but let us wander and look with no hassles. We made several trips and they all were pleasant with no pushing or prodding or salesmanship. Jake helped us and I would recommend him.
I want to preface this by asking- just how long has this place been in its “final days” of liquidation? I feel like it’s been quite awhile.Anyway- my wife and I stopped in to look at the 75% off all rugs sale. We went in with expectations of finding some *decently priced* rugs for our home- much to our dismay it appears to be the typical scam of massively up-charging prices only to “discount” them down to what it would normally have been anyway. The sales lady was pushy and easily offended when we made a comment on the exceptionally high prices. She quickly became snarky and didn’t want to help us since we didn’t feel like dropping thousands of dollars on a rug to go in a home with multiple children and a dog. We aren’t cheap people by any stretch of any imagination- but also don’t want to just set ourselves up to ruin something that pricey (it’s called being realistic to our everyday life).Strongly feel like these are scam prices under the guise of “going out of business”.
To be going out of business, I thought the prices would have been more competitive to other stores that carry the same brand of merchandise. I had to show them snap shots before they would even try to make a deal to get a sell. I had to walk out and come back in before a deal was made. Once it became mines, it was left on the loading dock my responsibility with no help loading it. I dont know if it had anything to do with being in bankruptcy or not but they sure didnt want to be liable for anything 😕
My son and I came in this evening looking for a new mattress set (for him). Beverly helped us out and she was fantastic! She not only helped us find the perfect match but she worked with my 12-year-old directly taking into account his opinions and needs and was very patient. Beverly was able to work with our budget, needs, requests and I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made the process. I would highly recommend! Thanks Beverly!
It was a very pleasant experience. I appreciated being greeted by the concierge and directed to someone in our desired department. Our sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. There were no high pressured sales to spend more which made the experience more relaxing.
I was very surprised and impressed with the way the staff worked with my family and I, they were in no way pushy and they let us browse freely and privately allowing us to make a decision without high stress or pressure. They were available to answer questions when and if we needed. The prices were not terrible either.
Our family went out in search of a new couch today and we are so happy we stopped in to look around. We ended up having Casey help us out and he did an amazing job at answering our questions and showing us what now is our new couch and love seat. The best part for me was how Casey interacted with my kids you really dont get that to much anymore and it was nice to see them be involved with our family purchase. I highly recommend this place. lots of nice furniture and if the other sales people are like Casey then you can go wrong. 👍👍
I went looking for a chair and the sals staff was great and found out that my favorite associate was there to great me!! Walt worked for Art Van for yrs. He meant me at the door and Teresa was a great help. O and the best part was they had recliner’s for 199.00 so I got a couple of them.
Good prices for good quality stuff. I love my new chair. It is huge and very soft!TLDR: Their $80 delivery fee is quite ridiculous though, especially for the amount of money I spent. A uhaul is cheaper. And dont expect them actually deliver on the date selected.I bought my chair on Aug 30, with a delivery set for Friday the 4th. I took the day off work because the delivery window was 4 hours.At the end of the 4 hour window, they called and said my chair was not shipped yet, and they would have to reschedule the delivery. I had even received email and text confirmations multiple times for the delivery window. I was irritated that I took the day off work to not even get my chair, but because of covid, I understand the shipping delays. I asked for a delivery fee refund and I would just pick it up from the store myself as I didnt want to take another day off work.They told me, they needed 10 days to adjust the paperwork and ship it to their store, so it would be available for pickup on the 14th.Well on the 14th I called and asked if my chair was in so I could come get it. They told me it did not make it onto the Monday shipment truck, but it would for sure be there on the Wednesday truck.Wednesday comes around and I call again after work at 3pm, and they told me it still had not arrived and it would be available for pickup on the 30th!! I was incredibly frustrated after all this, and requested a call up on Thursday to get a confirmed date.I was considering canceling after all this run around they had been giving me.I get a call a few hours later, 6pm on Wednesday, saying that chair is in and ready for pickup but they close at 7.Thankfully I was able to borrow a vehicle and go pick it up before they closed.I would not recommend their delivery option as a uhaul is significantly cheaper, and their delivery date is not guaranteed. But I will return for any other future furniture needs.
Great store. Large selection . sanitizer and mask available everywhere. Great staff from concierge when you walk in to my salesperson David. They have furniture of every price point from economical to upscale i will definitely shop he again.
I was very disappointed with our customer service at Loves. We purchased 2 mattresses on Black Friday and were told they would be in around Christmas time. After holding numerous time on the phone I ended up having to return to the store to get anyone to talk to me. At the store I was told to return in 2 days for more information. Upon returning to the store again we were told that the mattresses would not be in until late February.The sales associate had no interest in helping us. He said that we could take the 2 floor models that were on display, or we could get a refund. I asked if we could see the mattresses which were made up in bedding and comforters. He said sure, and told me I could unmake the beds, and walked away. We had to track him down to inform him that we wanted them.There were employees all over the store sitting on the furniture playing on their phones. One almost ran into me because he was texting and walking. Upon seeing me he didn’t acknowledge me, he just stopped walking so that I could walk around him.Then, at the loading docks the two who were there to help load just passed the mattresses down to us, and shut the garage door. They didn’t offer to help put them in the truck or strap them down. I can say that we will never be back.

We bought a gamma leather power recliner. The quality of the chair was great. Or sales person Theresa was very helpful every step of the way in our buying experience. Its too bad that this chain is going out of business.
I wish I could put no stars as this point. I placed an order with Loves back on October 18, 2020 of a sizable amount of money and paid cash for this order. I was told at the time of purchase that I would have my order delivered by November 7, 2020. I then received a call three days prior to the delivery date stating that my order would now be split up and delayed. I was told that the first part of my order would be delivered by November 19, 2020 and second part by December 5, 2020. I was not happy about this initially but after talking to my local store we came to an agreement and decided to keep my order in place. I stopped in to my local store on November 14, 2020 to make sure we were still on schedule and was told that according to notes and a conversation that they had with their Corporate Customer Service department everything was a go. Here we are today a day before my delivery November 18, 2020 and I hadn’t heard from Loves yet. I gave Loves Customer Service a call asking about my delivery and was then told that the first part of my order for some unknown reason is again delayed and would not be available until December 16, 2020 and wasn’t even told about my second order. At this point I said I wanted my order 100% cancelled and a full refund. I was then told the only way that I’m able to get my refund is to wait four weeks for a check to be sent to me via mail. Well we all know what is going on with the mail right now and also after the experience that I’ve had so far with this company I don’t feel good about getting my money back. I did also ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that an email has to be sent to the supervisor and then they might get back ahold of me within 24hours. So here is what I have to say please don’t do business with this company their not trust worthy.Update December 1, 2020.I was contacted by the review department but they have yet to give me an update. I also have not heard from the supervisor from their Custom Care Center.

Can I give a 0? Loves sold me a mattress and foundation on December 12, 2020 with a delivery date of Dec. 31. Late on December 30 I called and asked for the delivery time for the next day. They informed me their computer system was down and that they would not be able to deliver the items on Dec. 31. Come January 7 I find out on the local news that Loves has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I went in to the store on January 8 and found out they have no intent to deliver the product and will not refund the purchase price. Their only advice was to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I had a wonderful experience at the new Loves Furniture Store. My wife and I were looking for Clean Team wood polish that Art Van used to sell. The new manager, Walt Redmond, was busy inside the new building. He stooped what he was doing and went inside to find a supply of three wood polish and gave it to us. Loves won’t be carrying the same deal brand. We were so appreciative of How Walt went out of his way to help us. We will definitely be shopping at Loves when it opens in September.
My sales rep Theresa was amazing. She pulled up images of my apartment on an iPad to ensure the furniture would perfectly match it.She was extremely personable and willing to help with any of my needs. She genuinely loves her job and provided fantastic customer service!!

Placed an in person order at the store. Scheduled a delivery date between work and the delivery team didn’t even have a contact number for me. Then when I called customer service, they had my phone number and was able to see that the delivery team attempted a delivery, while I was home, and just left. Then they said the earliest time for a delivery would be a week later. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for reliability or quality service.
Jake was super helpful and knowledgable in providing details about mattresses. I appreciated his expertise and friendly demeanor. All the employees are friendly and helpful!
The in store experience was fantastic. Low pressure, we felt comfortable browsing without constant interruption. The salesman we ended up with was responsive when we had a question but gave us space. We really enjoyed the experience compared to the other area furniture stores we have been to.
Carol ODay was our Home Specialist. My husband & I found her to be friendly, caring, & experienced at her job. We enjoyed our time working with her. The store was well stocked with a lot to choose from. The rest of the associates were friendly & helpful.
UPDATE! They never resolved anything, and changed our delivery date on our sectional another 2 times..delaying it getting here until after Christmas...and our kitchen furniture was delayed until the end of January...we cancelled the order, went into their competititors, a local furniture store and part of it from another chain store, bought it all and guess what? These stores actually stuck to their delivery dates and we have furniture now! Before Christmas from both of the other stores we ordered from!! Loves never did come through for us, big surprise!Absolutely THE WORST experience for purchasing furniture ever!We purchased a significant amount of furniture at the beginning of October it was in stock (or at least we were told that by the salesman) and had a delivery date of October 21. It is now November 28, we still have not had any of our furniture delivered. Our kitchen and living room sit empty. Definitely not convenient, especially at Thanksgiving.They have set up multiple delivery dates, the most recent one was yesterday, we made sure at least one of us is home for the entire day and nobody calls or shows up with our furniture. Nobody calls to say it won’t be coming either.We have repeatedly attempted to contact customer service, and have waited an hour just to have their automated phone system cut out and hang up. The one time I did get someone on the phone, I was promised a manager was going to contact me within 24-48 hours, well, it has been 3 weeks since that phone call and I am still waiting to hear from them. I have talked to somebody here at our local store, and there’s nothing they can do for us, they just gave us the customer service line, where you will wait for at least an hour.My husband has emailed them, they’ve emailed back that somebody will be contacting us, over 2 weeks and we are still waiting to hear from customer service.Do yourself a favor, and do not purchase from this store, they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. This is the first time in my life I have ever rated a business badly on google, that is how strongly I feel about it.
We spent $2000 on a love seat yesterday, but not at Loves. Salesperson didnt know how to wear a mask properly/ couldnt keep her nose covered

I had a great time shopping here and the staff were really helpful. I bought 3 mattresses and it was a breeze. They had everything I needed and free shipping. The place is huge with lots of room to roam, they just opened so not so the displays were up but already there is a huge variety to see.
After shopping at a few different stores we placed a furniture order with Loves because their promises for delivery was only three weeks, shorter than their competitors.Well its now over 7 weeks later and still no delivery. Attempts at follow up have netted useless customer service, insanely long wait times, almost impossible to get a hold of anyone let alone a follow up or an opportunity to drive resolution on delivery.Sorry Loves but customers demand more nowadays. This type of bait and switch is not acceptable. Youll be beat by Costco, Bobs Discount and Amazon. Buyers beware, the headache is not worth it.

After placing and paying for an order the day after Thanksgiving and given multiple dates for our order to come in, we have yet to receive any accurate information on when it will arrive. We were told that they were moving warehouses when we ordered so they couldnt give us a date to now, that the manufacturer hasnt even sent it. Trying to contact customer service is pointless, as they dont answer phones, answered emails are with a generic response and zero updates from anyone or anything. The only response you can get is from physically going to the store where youre told I dont know, maybe next week. Corvid excuses only go so far and in this case its just bad business. Seek out a different store that will be forthcoming about delivery and stock information and actually respond to customer inquiries. For heaven sake at least answer the phones. Definitely not feeling the Love.
Great at taking your money, but that is about it. Second cancellation now for delivery. I called the night before to verify delivery before I took the day off. I was told they would be delivered and were in stock. I then received a call that they were not in stock while I was waiting for delivery. Literally, the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
We just recently got a bedroom set, we love the set and it’s great quality! Our sales associate was also super kind and easy to work with, however, if you’re searching for a bed or any sort of furniture don’t depend on dates giving for pick up or delivery. We received our set almost 2 weeks after the initial pick up date, and with that we didn’t get everything in the set. It’s almost a month and we’re still waiting for a night stand, and then our bed frame didn’t come with half of the hardware.. we contacted the customer care team and were told 2 different things by 2 different people, and when we contacted the store for our parts that were supposed to be delivered, they weren’t there... we decided to go ahead and do what we could to find hardware ourselves, spending an additional almost $40 just to put the bed together. Again, not one to leave complaints, just super unsatisfied with the amount of uncertainty as to when we would/will receive the remaining parts of our set.
They greeted me, didnt overwhelm me with customer service, and walked me through every detail of my purchase with honesty. The showroom looked awesome and Im getting my new couch in only less than two weeks!

Couch has been delayed a couple times, no idea when it will actually be here. We were told two- three weeks as they had it IN stock and was in the warehouse. Delivery date comes and goes. They call me at 2:00pm on the day they were supposed to deliver it and said it will be here The next Friday as it was in a DIFFERENT warehouse. That week passes and we are now told it will be here on the 14th of November. No confirmation and no trust with this company. I left a voicemail and never got a callback so I have a submitted a complaint and review with the BBB. If we would have known it was going to take this long we would have went to Seat and Sleep or bought a different style sectional.

They were not pushy let me take my time but was there to help.This is an update to my original post, please read the horror stories on Loves delivery they have to be the worst. I went to the store on 9 Oct and bought furniture, was given a 30 Oct delivery date, that came and went, call the help line what a waste call the sales rep he worked on a new schedule of 16 Nov, and sent a new receipt with a 16 Nov delivery date. Never received a call from the delivery team, sent a text to the sales rep, he replied he would look into the issue. After reading the posts on the delivery I do not expect to see a delivery today. I will never step foot in this store again.
Purchased a dining room table and chairs in October and was told it would be few weeks, no problem.Then I was told a few more then a few more. Can you guess who is still waiting on their furniture? Ive tried to call customer service several times and every time im kept on hold until the call is disconnected. January 5th was the latest in-stock date. Got a phone call today instead telling me January 22nd. Its a game of chicken at this point.UPDATE- They filed for bankruptcy....they won the game of Chicken

I bought a swivel rocker recliner that once I got it home found that it didn’t rock, it would take two men and a boy to make it recline, the chair tilts forward and leans to one side. I immediately called the store. Since then I have spent hours on the phone and many emails back and forth with my salesman, even been messaging with someone on your Facebook account. It’s been a month and nobody seems to know how it’s going to be fixed. One star is too much for your customer service!!!
We went into loves the first time a few weeks back and we’re helped by Bev. We had both our kids running around and she was so patient and kind. We came back today and asked for Bev because of her amazing customer service! We ended up buying our whole living room set from her. We got a call a few hours later on how she could save us some money and put mouths dropped to the floor. Hours later and payment already placed and she was still spending time to find us a great savings.Please if you’re looking for great furniture and an amazing person to help you, please ask for Bev!
When I received my Xl Abington Dresser, the wood was cracked across the back!! The sliding door wouldn’t open because the wheel was bent all the way off the track! They left it in my house until further notice. I bought the bed, but I wouldn’t dare buy the 2 nightstands and wait another 6 months for damaged goods.
The staff were friendly and attentive to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for.
** UPDATE** After getting our delivery date changed a total of SIX, times, and no resolution or attempt to make it right, after speaking to multiple employees at various levels in the company, we ended up cancelling our order. We are getting our lovseat delivered TODAY from La-Z-Boy. The couch is not available until March, but they told us that from the very beginning of our transaction. I highly recommend going to Lay-Z-Boy and not giving any business to Loves.I am LIVID. We ordered a sofa and loveseat from Loves Furniture on 12/6. The sofa was in stock, and they were supposed to get the love seat on the 16, so delivery was set up for the 18th. Didnt hear from them so I called and was told delivery wasnt scheduled because the love seat was backordered. So, sofa was set to be delivered yesterday. We got a text saying they arrived, but they had not. They attempted delivery at the wrong house, not even a remotely similar address. Contacted multiple people last night and they couldnt retry the delivery. Now we are being told it cant be delivered until 12/30, despite the fact that THEY are the ones who screwed up and went to the wrong house. We now have no couch/furniture for Christmas. They should be going out of their way to deliver it to us. I have been on hold trying to get a person at the 1800 number for 1 hour and 45 minutes and counting. The customer service with this company is a joke. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Dont expect Loves furniture to honor delivery dates even if you get a call on the date of delivery, confirming the time of delivery.My sales person and the management were very kind/courteous when looking for and purchasing a sofa. Unfortunately it all breaks down at corporate. I was given a delivery date on the day of sale two weeks out, a few days before the delivery date I get a confirmation for the upcoming delivery (The day after the originally stated delivery date, which is fine. A day later is reasonable.) The day of the delivery I get a text in the morning confirming the time of my delivery. I take the day off work so Im home when the item is delivered. A few hours later I get a call stating the item is backordered and might be in next week. Getting anyone on the phone to talk about this has been a nightmare, my salesperson has tried to contact people and figure things out, and even he is having trouble getting answers.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Our sales person, Casey Bush was slimey from the start. We ordered a new sectional at the end of November. Casey told us in store that delivery would be December 18th and promised to keep in touch as our deliver date approached. After not hearing anything on December 17th I called and was told delivery was scheduled for December 30th, but they apologized and said they would rush the order to be delivered December 23rd. Again, no contact at all. On December 22, I went in store because it was impossible to reach anyone on the phone and was told once again there was no chance of delivery on the 23rd and it would be the 30th. This morning, December 29th we just received a call to notify us that our furniture would be delivered sometime in FEBRUARY! Keep in mind, never once have we heard a word from Casey Bush who promised to keep in touch. We have canceled our order and will never do business with Love’s ever again. I advise you to avoid them at all costs.

Visited the Portage location yesterday looking for a sofa and loveseat. Enjoyed the experience and layout of the store. Our salesperson Chris was very informative and professional. We purchased our sofa and loveseat can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Fake going out of business sale. Found no real bargains here. Marked way up so they could fake sale prices. Then 6% of sale price is the delivery charge! I dont recommend this place.
Update: below you’ll you’ll see where they asked me to email them which I did but they never responded. Then yesterday I got a very strange call from them. The person said she was reviewing the picture from the delivery and noticed only 2 box springs and wanted to know if the mattress was delivered or not. I just about came unglued. She stated “the note on the account aren’t very clear”.Just Art Van in disguise! Terrible customer service. Ordered a new mattress set the salesman said he call to schedule delivery when was in the warehouse. He called we scheduled delivery for Friday he said they would call and confirm on Thursday, they never called I had to call them at 5pm and wait on hold for nearly an hour. Friday comes and they only deliver box springs! Where’s our mattress? Nobody know for sure. One person says it’s in the warehouse in Detroit another says it’s not in stock and won’t be until sometime next week. Meanwhile every time when I call the store to talk to the salesman they tell me he’s not in today but will be here tomorrow. I’m fed up.

Warning: this review will be very detailed and therefor wordy.I would like to start out by saying the sales associates were great. We came in to purchase a larger platform frame for our existing bedroom set. They did not pressure us into deciding anything and and did not interrupt us several times while shopping. We were able to get the same frame we already had in a larger size. When we picked out the bed they were excellent at helping us and using the diagnostic bed to find the best mattress for us. The mattress actually came a week earlier than expected, which was ok with us. This is how they have earned their first star.Our positive experience stops there. When the mattress was set to be delivered we were not given any option to set a specific time frame, which is inconvenient because of the 3 hour time gap where neither of us are home.We were told the frame would be delivered October 16th. As I was 5 months pregnant at the time my fiancé arranged for help to pick up and unload the bed. The day came with no word from the store. We checked on it and it hadnt arrived. We were told the following Tuesday, which came and went with no bed. We were then told the following Friday, which again it hadnt came. We were told the following week 2 more times. I will mention that every time this occurred I had been told that they are consolidating 2 Artvan warehouses into one Loves warehouse. I then said it is inconvenient to us because we have to arrange help to pick it up. I was offered free delivery (another reason for 1 star) and asked if it was for sure going to be delivered on that date, which I was given an attitude and told Well Im setting it for that so it should come in.The day before delivery date came and no one had contacted us about the delivery. I called to check the status and was told Oh, well they may still call you. Its still set to be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow came, and no one had called.My mother, who purchased the frame and bed as a birthday present went to the store and asked an associate actually call the warehouse and check on the status. This entire time they had only located 2 of the 3 piece box set for the frame. The associate did say to the warehouse associate Dont you think thats something that should be communicated to us so we can communicate that to our customers? It was then said that they should be done sorting it out by the end of Black Friday and be able to deliver it the following Monday.My mother then pointed out that it is an inconvenience to us because It had been 1 1/2 months since we ordered the bed and hadnt received it. She was then offered 10% off the frame and 10% off the mattress as I am unable to use it because I have no frame frame for it (again, its a platform). She was also given a free Bluetooth speaker and headphones (the reason I have given it the second star).Fast-forward to the day before its set to be delivered (again), and I still hadnt received a call. I called the store and was told their now famous line to me Oh, well they still may call you but its still set to deliver tomorrow. So my mother then took it upon herself check in the store (again) and speak to an associate (again) who called the warehouse (again) and confirmed that they had found all the pieces but were unable to get it to the delivery service so it would now be delivered Friday.I was sent an email to confirm delivery with no way of selecting a delivery time. The next morning I was given a delivery for 4:30 to 7:30 (inconvenient because I have prior obligations after work). I called at 2pm that they would be there at 2:08. My mom rushes over because my fiancés is now at work. The bed was assembled incorrectly by the delivery team so my mom then corrects their mistake after they leave and goes to buy extra hardware that they didnt have.Bottom line: communication sucks within this company, customer service is actually good, the delivery team is incompetent at assembling a bed that had stupid simple instructions. I wont be buying anything from them in the future.
Total scam artists, this place took my daughters money with no intent on delivering a product. Never trust this place. Only open a couple months and already filed bankruptcy, makes you think the scam was the plan all along
I do not recommend anyone dealing business with this company!! This has to be the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company.Sep 5th my wife and I had placed an order order for a five piece sectional, which the only reason why we went with the one we did because we were told it was in stock. We had a delivery date set 10 days after purchase. two days before delivery I had got a confirmation call for the delivery. The day of the delivery we waited until 5pm until we decided to call customer service just for them to tell us that not one piece of our order is in stock. So after talking with them they hade scheduled us a second delivery date three weeks later.Three weeks later rolls around and we got another confirmation call and a text message to confirm our delivery. The day of the delivery we got a call from the delivery truck to give us a estimated time of arrival. While talking with him the gentleman notified us that he only had one piece of out five piece sectional on the truck which was an armless chair. Im not sure what the hell youre suppose to do with just a armless chair in your living room. So we called customer service again and we were told that they didnt know when our other pieces will be in. They once again scheduled another delivery date on when they expected it might be in. at this point we are now at three scheduled delivery dates and only have one armless chair.Last week we were set to receive our couch which once again ended up in us calling customer service for them to tell us all of our pieces were in stock and that they were only waiting on a corner piece. So we scheduled our FOURTH... 4th.. delivery date.This Friday we were expecting to receive our couch. We had gotten another confirmation call and text confirming the delivery but in the details of the delivery it had read that they were only going to deliver a armless chair.............. which is what we already had delivered a month and a half ago. So once again we called and they told us that non of our stuff in in stock.... Ok hold on a second. How did they go from telling us everything was in and waiting on one piece to they have nothing?So as of right now we are sitting at five scheduled delivery dates, an empty living room, Scratch that, we do have a single armless chair, and another delivery date set for December 15th.This company has done nothing but cause us heartache and trouble. Not only have we had to call into work to make sure we were home for the deliveries, but we had to send a mass text message to our family telling them they have to find other plans for Thanksgiving because due to us having no furniture.As of right now our order is still open but this weekend we are going to explore other options.
Loved the store and our salesman was great - we did make a purchase with them after going to three other local stores.
It was an awesome experience. The sales person was great, I feel like we got great furniture for a great price.
I wouldnt buy anything from the Portage location unless they have it in stock. I ordered and paid in full for 2 mattresses on Nov. 7th and they kept pushing back the expected arrival date(3 times now). They are going bankrupt and will NOT give refunds at the store.
I think this place should go out of business.
