I had everything on me to prove purchase, so the reception seemed funky. Got my refund but Im skipping this one from now on

They were very helpful but there was a long line. The line itself wasnt very long but whatever the other customers were ordering or doing seemed to take a long time. But the employees are helpful to find whatever it is that you need for your car since that can be pretty complicated.

They really only help people who dont know what they are doing. I work on my own car know the exact part I need and they never know whats going on. Just for a Tie rod I was there for over an hour. Auto Idiots is more like it.. the one I went to anyway. Smh can we get people in here who know a thing or 2? Telling me the terminology I was using was confusing.. well thats what the actual manufacturer calls the part... step up your game.

I was looking for a fuel filter. The clerk said that was a closed system and required a mechanic or dealer to service. Later I found this was not so.

Staff hard of hearing

Walked in to get an item under my commercial account, the guy behind the counter had no idea what i needed even though i gave him my account number and the part number of the part i needed, pointed at isle five after me explaining what i needed to get and just vanished, had to start the process all over again with another employee, no hello, no goodbye nothing, didnt even ask me for the PO number or anything, the sad part with 7 people working there were only 2 customers in the store.

Always easy to find someone to help you fast as there is usually someone saying Hi to you as you come in. They are friendly and helpful without feeling like they are just waiting for you to do something. This is actually my favorite location.

New & clean. Didnt have what I needed when I visited & right around the corner from another auto parts store. Right on a main thoroughfare in Portsmouth. Easy to get to.

I went here to use the code reader and they said I needed one of them to come out and do it because someone stole the last one which o was fine with that but the problem was they made me wait over 10 min so they could continue to talk to there buddy so I ended up walking out and would never go back to this location

I came in to get a battery hold down for my Jeep Liberty. Jeanandre went out of his way to help me when he found that my tray holder was corroded. He worked on it until he got me straight.

Great service and fast check out. Way better than at Advance right down the street.

The first man seemed more intrested in his good old boy conversation with another man than helping me. The man even told him to go ahead and help me, which he declined and continued his conversation. I waited patiently and when he was finished he definately was not into helping me. He gave me half information and I could tell he hated going out to look at my car part. He sold me the wrong part and I had to return it. Older guy and the rest of the people who work there have always,been very helpful.
