Made an appointment on line for 8:30in the morning, left all the details about the transmission problems my car was having. Chose to drop my car the night before due to the early time. The next morning I get a phone call asking me the details on my car. I explain I left them on line and was told they didnt have access to that. I was then told they were very busy and didnt know if they could fit it in ( I had an appointment). I was told they would try to fit it in the next day Sat. Sat I call and the person in charge had no idea about the car and said the person they wanted to look at it would be in Tue { mon was a holiday). So my appointment turned into a5 day event. When finally getting in touch with service on Tue, I was told the car was not worth fixing and I could pick it up. Picking up the car I was presented a $200 bill including a shop fee that I was told is charged on all bills (even though they did no work on the car). Kind of crazy to pay that for not having my car for 5 days and them not doing anything. Love Mazdas and wouldnt hesitate to get another, just wouldnt buy it or get service here.

I just went there to have a lower right control arm changed: efficient and professional. One thing: a few days before the repair, I was quoted a price for parts+labor via email, and the billed amount after the service didnt correspond (the quote supposedly didnt include the wheel alignment), but they honored the initially quoted price after I expressed my concern. My point: make absolutely sure that your quote includes all the required work, and you definitely wont be disappointed by this wonderful garage!
