This store used to be the best one around. Hannah was one of the most helpful sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. The last couple times I’ve gone there, the new sales people are helpful in the same way it would have been helpful to give Anne Frank a set of drums for her birthday.Inattentive sales staff who give single word answers that offer zero solutions while staring blankly out the storefront windows make me want to buy those drums.
Richard was very helpful. He was very patient and kind and worked to find the best fit for service options and cell phones for my family. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this store.

A few months ago I worked with the former manager of this store to buy multiple phones for my business and was very pleased (put up a five star review that I have now taken down). Alas, there is a new manager James who didnt want to break a fingernail yesterday to help me with a minor accessory problem. Fortunately, I got great service at the Seabrook store - which is independent. My new go to.

Daniel at AT&T in Portsmouth, NH was efficient, business friendly and knew each product well that I needed. He installed two of the products onto the phones and set up the new phone. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Despite these COVID times there were a good number of technicians available to help. Best...strict protocols were observed.

I bought a new I-pad. I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. Everyone had on masks, which I found reassuring. My usual salesperson, Maureen Lewis, was prompt to keep our scheduled appointment. Per usual, she was unfailingly personable, direct, and professional. The store was immaculate, and hand sanitizers and wipes were very visible throughout the store. Always a pleasure to shop this store- excellent staff, Maureen is the best!!! Five stars!
John helped explain phone jargon in a way I could understand. He found me great deals and discounts. He also told me about services I didn’t even know I had and nicely FaceTimed with my family to help explain services. Ask for him when you go. He’ll take care of you right.

Friendly and efficient service
Updating my previous review because I need to be honest. I was asked by the employee processing my phone upgrade to do the review while I was waiting for him.After 2 months of waiting on a confirmation email about my trade in and upgrade I was told by customer service that my order is in limbo. The nice lady from the AT&T customer service line was puzzled because she saw no record of the transaction Michael “processed” while I was in store. My order was never actually placed. He charged me the upgrade/activation fee and added insurance plan for a phone he never actually ordered. I have been a loyal customer at this specific store since 2007 but I will no longer be giving them my business. This has nothing to do with covid delays are back orders. I called and spoke to a different salesman at that store a month after my purchase and was told they wouldn’t be able to help me and to just “wait it out.” I waited another month and didn’t see any order number or any information. After hours of waiting and speaking to several AT&T customer service reps they told me my order wasn’t in the system. So I’ve been waiting on an order that doesn’t exist. Neat, right?If you’d like to be charged for services or products you’ll never receive give them a try. If you want actual service and your order placed just do it yourself online or speak to AT&T over the phone.

On top of this I have never had a good cell phone store experience (several different carriers). The friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the person that help me was beyond great! Thanks!!!! In fact the entire team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy that I switched and that I randomly selected this store to work with. I would recommend switching to AT&T just to work with this store!

After wandering into other AT&T stores and finding that there wasnt the device i wanted to see in stock or the sales reps were over the top or selling the product line instead of getting down to what was important to the customer, I was lucky enough to go to this location. They had everything in stock, took the time to listen and answer questions and transfer all the stuff as i was away and not heading to an area with cell service. It was an awesome experience for what had become an arduous task

This was great! Also had a little glitch in one of the phones when I got home. Had to go to the Sanford AT&T for help. Eric the manger there had me and out in less than 5 minutes.😁. He to was commendable!!

In the Brave New World we live in I would recommend just getting what you want online and not at this store. Historically I have always had great service here. I went to buy a screen protector for my phone to replace a broken one. The clerk that stands at the front was scared even having a customer in the store, kept me from entering and shopping even though I was wearing a mask as the sign outside requested. Then when I told him what I wanted he said I could get that online. I told him I’m standing here now and want to purchase what I came for. With great reluctance he went and got the screen protector, took him less than a minute after 5 minutes of not wanting to get it. Then when I asked if they could install it, so it would be done correctly he refused, claiming he did not feel comfortable doing that. Mind you a screen protector comes with an alcohol wipe and there was a large hand sanitizer bottle right next to him. Better off going online or a store that is not playing into the hysteria of COVID-19. Like I said, historically great store, last 3 upgrades done there, purchased my Apple Watch there, always with great customer service.
If I could give these guys zero stars I would, shady dealings. The manager was accusatory that my son had caused the defect in the brand new phone we received. They filed a $200 insurance claim on my account when we returned the defective phone and it was supposed to be a swap- did not bother to read account notes from the hour long phone call to AT&T the day before. I had an appointment so they knew we were coming because of defective phone. Made us wait 15 minutes with no explanation as to why. The sales person did not know how to use apple products. Worst experience ever. Will be looking for another provider.

My fiance and I have visited this location a few times since moving to the area. Each time we were promptly greeted, and our longest wait was maybe 3 minutes. We have worked with close to everyone there by now, and have found everyone to be knowledgable, friendly, and pretty stinkin funny. So if youre looking to upgrade, review your plan, or hey..just have a good time, I highly recommend this location (and give Scott a hard time, hes new...I kid...kinda).
Just walked outside from AT&T, the Gentleman, David had greeted me with much respect and had helped me set up a new SIM card so I can also have my old number back. I thought I was gonna have to get a new number but luckily David was able to help me out in a very professional manner. Much respect to him and I would recommend him to anyone who goes there. If I could give a 0 stars I would. I went in to get a new phone and in the process, they lost all my pictures from the past 5 years. They claim it isn’t their responsibility and I signed the papers which is true but I trusted them after they said that is what they need to do. No apology or anything. All I’ve gotten from this store and the corporate office is “it’s not our problem” after being a Gold Rewards customer for years.
David Ware is the best. He not only helped me upgrade my phone, but he helped me understand my account features and billing, and then helped me save money. Oh, and he was FUN to talk to. I actually had an enjoyable experience and left a happier customer. Thank you David!

This morning I tried to go in for an in-store pick up after I receive the email that it was ready. There were two employees neither of which greeted me with a good morning and I’ll be right with you. I went over and sat down at the pick up desk and was ignored for almost 20 minutes. Even though my name was clearly on the board at the very top they would not of even known that because they never even addressed me. I believe the woman’s name is Kathy. It kind of makes sense, if they’re working on commissions why would they care about taking good care of the customers were there to pick up? I’ll take my $3000 a year to Verizon thank you very much. Not that I don’t like AT&T is a company but if this is the kind of customer service they’re putting out they don’t deserve my business
LONG TIME LOYAL ATT CUSTOMER WITH A BILL OVER $400 A MONTH. WENT THERE TO UPGRADE MY PHONE AND DIDNT GET THE TREATMENT I EXPECTED. UNFORTUNATE I WORK TILL 7 PM AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET THERE 7:30. FIRST THING I HEARD AFTER HOW CAN I HELP YOU WAS WE CLOSE IN 20 MINUTES OR SO.GOT MY S10+ AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE WAS WHEN TAYLOR TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULDNT HAVE TIME TO HELP ME WITH MY PHONE BUT I COULD COME BACK IF I WANT OR I COULD JUST DO MYSELF. FELT VERY RUSHED AND I JUST THINK IF A VALUED CUSTOMER WALKS IN MY STORE 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME, HE DESERVES THE SAME LEVEL OF ATTENTION OF THE FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I gave a star only because I had to to be able to rate. I was not greeted no one spoke to me in the 30 minutes that I was there trying to get help. 6 people who worked there were in the store 4 of them were not doing anything and yet I was still not helped.
