One of the things I appreciate the most from T-Mobile is the staff. At one time the agents in the store and on the phone where empowered to fix the problem. It appears that times have changed.The staff at this location is great. Friendly and helpful.The dynamics of the company has changed and you can tell. Currently loyalty is rewarded by increasing your fees and providing new faces and locations to call the main office from. After 5 years its time to see what one of the other 2 mobile providers has to offer.Day 3 of trying to cancel my service and ensure the bill doesnt go any higher that it already is. I scheduled the call back after the automated system said it was a 2 hour wait. ( the first day)No call back. The next day it said only 1 hr. The call disconnected. Day 3 I talked to a rep after a 30 minutes wait. They started but guess what? The call was disconnected. I went to the store and was told they dont disconnect service in store anymore.Now Im in hold once again. . . We shall see what happens.After 1 hour and 12 minutes the call disconnected.I did get to talk to someone once again and the process was started once again but the call was disconnected.
I went to T MOBILE to check my cell phone out today Agents name was James. Took care of my problem in a VERY PROFESSIONAL way. Thanks for an enjoyable trip to this location.
This location is amazing. The staff is super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My last 3 visits have been to help my elderly parents decide on and switch to T Mobile and the team has been patient with us and with every question in the process.

I dont usually leave reviews, but Sierra made sure that my visit was a great one. Her energy was really positive, she answered my questions with a smile, and actually went the extra mile by applying my screen protector (which Im so bad at), putting my phone in its case, & even helping me transfer my data. Flawless experience!

Stopped in to see if there were other plans worth considering a change. Ive been with T-Mobile for the last few years and I have been satisfied with them.Iman, a nice lady who works there engaged me immediately. She suggested I change to a different plan, more benefits at a price a lot less than my existing plan. Everything was set up and completed in less than 10 minutes. Im saving 30% monthly for more service. Thanks Iman!

Beware of this store. The worse customer service in the cellular business. I left the company because of this store and the manager. Plus they will trick you when the representative mess you promo.

Ivory was AWESOME to work with. I went in last night and had to come back today to purchase my phones but I made sure I saw her specifically because she is so friendly and helpful. She even found me an ongoing promotion I had no idea of so with my not-so-great experience last night with the online and 1-800 customer service, she really made my day and the purchase worth it. Omar was also great and caught something last night in the fine print the 1-800 customer service should have (which is why I had to settle it with them and come back today). I really recommend Ivory if you need to purchase anything because she was really thorough-- made sure I saw what I was signing up for, printed me the details I needed and made sure I was all set up before I left. I didnt feel rushed or confused as I usually do when making such a large purchase (2 phones). Thank you Victory for being my go to store in Portsmouth:)
We visited the store today and Joshua was the one who assisted us and he was pretty quick. Also, I needed a little more assistance and he was so willing to help me and my hubs out with improving our plan.Its a 4 bc theres no restroom. 🙄

Adam & Chuck were very rude to me when I visit the store this evening, I tried to pay my phone bill & we weren’t acknowledged at ALL! Customers before me were already angry because they have been waiting for over 30 to an hour & still was not able to get to us, when I talked to them about the time, Chuck told us including the customers rudely that we should’ve downloaded an app to pay our phone bills & we wouldn’t have to worry about waiting, which was very rude, my mom is handicap they didn’t have chairs for her to sit in or anything, I felt very uncomfortable at this store & the only thing the employees was worried about if we was buying something or not, we didn’t matter. Also, Chuck over heard the customers talking while he was working with some one else & also said something to us very rudely, left from talking to us, slammed the iPad on the counter & walked away.

They have zero knowledge of most technical support and the billing is a disaster. T Force couldnt even help much. For 3 years they have totally ripped us off as well as cost significant damage and loss of money to other home devices through hot-spot issues that were not properly installed with tech supports help. I they only care about the almighty dollar

The customer service is terrible. The staff talk too much and hold up the line. Nobody should have to stand in a line for 10 to 20 minutes to pay a bill. They should have someone there specifically for bill payments. Thats ridiculous . Then when your trying to make a payment theyre trying to sell you some accessories. If it wasnt near my job I wouldnt even bother to go in there.
