Do your self a favor do not use this service or lack there of. Billing is wrong 9 out of 10 times you have to call every month to get bill corrected. This is a multi phone call process since manager jay never answers phone or rarely returns calls. When i signed contract i was un aware contracts are 5 year contracts. Tried to get out of the contract after many uniform errors and 6 misbillings in a row they said there would be a $10,000 buyout. We offered $1000 to no avail. so fast forward another year same stuff every time every week different price same service its as though they intentionally inflate the bill every month in order to make you call to get the bill fixed. we do not have a hour or two every month to call in so you can fix the bill. from the 6 weeks to get the uniforms to the wrong sizes missing and stained uniforms to the over inflated bills every month just a bad expierence from begining to the end.

Great place, wonderfully run by nice people. Good selection of new and gently used uniforms. Great prices for bulk sales. So I dont understand. Theyve always been fair. Replaced shirts that we considered sub par..FREE. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

I work with an ABA provider who does center-based and in-home based services with children. Cintas recently provided our facility with a multitude of clean supplies such as toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet bowl fresheners, air fresheners, hand sanitizers, mops and cleaning chemicals for the floors, among other supplies. They stop by weekly to restock our supplies. This has made a dramatic difference to our facility. As soon as parents and families walk in, there is a fresh, clean aroma. The entire building not only smells good, but the colorful dispensers adds a nice pop. This is reassuring to our families that we maintain a clean and healthy environment for their children. Not to mention, with the weekly re-stocks, a huge wait has been lifted in keeping up with everyday supplies. We are extremely thankful for choosing Cintas and highly recommend utilizing there services.

Places sucks, operation is a fail. They cant repair anything and simply hide repair tags from customers. Im a current user and believe me, go with a cheaper service, because the service ice couldnt be worse...save the cash!

Worst company we have ever deal with, they initiate services without a signed contract or permission, then bill, then refuse to credit their bill. The left a rug in our office and told us it was free sample, then started billing for it. Constant issues with service delivery, our office spends 2 hours each week auditing their invoices and disputing wrong charges, and filling our missing uniform reports. We are stuck in a 5 year contract (sales person said 2) and were told that getting out of contract would cost over $50,000 I know many businesses that are in court for non-payment of their predatory contract, Cintas will seek judgement against your firm for the full value of the contract (5 years out). Their legal team has even called my personal phone and harassed me to take down these reviews! Why is there no class action lawsuit out there? Cintas also raised our rates without notifying us in writing, when we called them they said it was written on one of the invoices.

I dont love it but i work there. I just love the money 😀😀
