Drove there from York to buy 4 nuts.Steve’s customer service was less than desirable!He told me he couldn’t really help me and I would be better off at a hardware store!Just needed 4 nuts with fine thread and one with coarse thread.So I took his advice and went to Eldridge Hardware in York. Nice people. Good customer service. Got what I needed no problem.I had never been to fastenal before, obviously hadn’t missed anything great, I won’t ever be going back again!
