On the 13th I believe it was I spoke to you tech and he couldnt tell me when he could come out, but said should be able to make it end of the next week .Today 5/25 you still cant tell me when he can be out.Ya know its likely Ill need another tub next 5 to 7 yrs . Itll be coming up on 20 yrs old then.But if I cant get it serviced or even an appointment to have it looked at then my screws are loose buying another 1 right ?I guessi was a little bit harsh and Im updating this review 6/9, another Spa place took a few mins to explain things to me.. can someone at hotsprings call me

Cool place - in a historic fire station - has all your chemicals and tools. Gallon chlorine around four bucks. Worth it to see the old jukebox inside

Ive been using them since 2002 and they are absolutely one of the best companies Ive ever worked with for customer service. I cant say much about their prices bc I dont have much to compare to, but I do know they work hard to find cheaper solutions to problems that can be expensive repairs. What more can you ask for?! They are excellent!!
