We did a kitchen remodel all virtual. They were very patient with redoing the design several times due to my measuring one wall incorrectly. The CAD drawings helped me see what it would look like when finished. The cabinets are a mid grade and the finish is perfect. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We bought our kitchen from Joe at Universal Factory Direct and could not be happier. Joe guided us through the design, ordering and delivery of our kitchen and everything went fantastic. The service was great and the product we received was even better. I could not recommend this company any more highly, great quality, great value and warm friendly people!

We ordered cabinets for a kitchen remodel. We loved our design. When our installers unpacked everything we noticed that two of the cabinets were not what we ordered. We were told that they don’t make the cabinets we ordered anymore, so this is what we were sent instead. One of the cabinets was supposed to be finished inside without doors. Doors were attached and it was unfinished inside. I was told we could patch the holes and request the paint code to finish the interior ourselves. We were also missing our roll out trays for our pantries. They were finally delivered, after our installers were done with our job, so we were left to install them ourselves. When I requested installation instructions I was told to start with YouTube. So now we have over $600 worth of useless shelves because I am not going to YouTube how to install them and ruin my pantries. So beyond frustrating and I have not received any follow ups to my many emails requesting a resolution.

Joe White did a great job laying out my kitchen design. Mark, the warehouse manager was very supportive. Cabinets were made available within a few days. Highly recommend

We worked with Jake on our cabinet project and it was an awesome experience! We had 2 kitchens to do(ours and my parents) he worked with both of us on our desires, and I absolutely love my cabinets! They were able to do it in our budget all around wonderful! Highly recommend!!

We met with a cabinet resurfacing firm, first. Their price was so high, we decided to look for new cabinets. We went to Universal Factory Direct after seeing their ad on You tube. After sorting out the exact measurements that would be needed, Andy Cole made a computer aided rendition of our new kitchen, and provided a quote. It was less than the resurfacing quote! After viewing other cabinets and other quotes, we went with UFD. Andy was kind enough to modify the design to meet our new choices. We love our cabinets! Great quality. Great value.

We worked with Andy from designing our kitchen lay out to ordering the cabinets, it was a breeze, Quick to take care of the issues we had. This is the second kitchen we use them for and would highly recommend anyone to use them. Everyone who has seen our kitchen loves it.

Great value, nice looking cabinets. Very nice that they designed the cabinet set up for me. A few mixups in what was shipped but those were quickly resolved. Universal Factory Direct provided my kitchen cabinets to be used in a redo of my kitchen. They are of very good quality and were at a fair price.Also, not to be forgotten that were delivered to my home in a timely fashion and without anything missing or damaged during transit. I feel that Joe White was very helpful in laying out my kitchen as I had wished for. Additionally, Joe corrected a mistake by me shortly after the order was placed in time that it did not impact the delivery of the finished product to my door. In a time with all the covid 19 restrictions in place, the whole transaction was done quite quickly and without any problems other than the one aforementioned. Definitely a 5 star operation. We bought cabinets. They were all fine except one. Our salesman no longer works for the company. No calls are returned. My husband wrote a bad review and got a cheerful response asking us to give them a call. We did. No response. So...customer service is non existent. Beware.

We looked at the box stores and IKEA for cabinets. IKEA cabinets were poor quality and what you save on cabinets you spend on labor for assembly. Friends spent 3X for the same cabinets at Lowes and had to return them due to severe bows in the side panels. UFD sells a great product. Had an issue with a drawer, it was resolved in two days.

We had a great experience working with Jake and got a great price on a new kitchen. Everything delivered ok, except one cabinet door had paint smeared on it and would not come off with soap and water and scrubbing. I wanted to discuss with them to get their advice and possibly a new door. Jake is no longer with the company and no one else returns our calls or emails. They must be on hard times or something. Avoid this one and move on.

We have used Universal factory direct to design our kitchen and our 2 kids as well. Joe did a fabulous job laying out the kitchens and on our daughters gave multiple options. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with... highly recommend them!

We were finishing off a large attic space and wanted cabinetry for books, dvds, music, board games and a Entertainment center. The inital quote from the contractors supplier was double the price that Universal Factory Direct charged us. They were excellent quality and due to the better pricing we were able to add a bit more to the original plan. We hit the end if a sale promotion which helped out even more.They were a very responsive design team and easy to work with. Even during the pandemic we were able meet in person to speed up the design and finalize the options.They are not top end products. But superb quality for the price. I would not hesitant to use them again for any cabinetry needs.They delivered on time, put them where instructed, and everything was in perfect condition. Our contractor was impressed and I think may keep them in mind for other customers.

This review is for the spa part of the business which is linked to the same website. I have a defective upper button panel that this company made me jump through hoops to get assistance on. I had to call the sales building, then Jenny, then Virgie (no answer), then Bob the tech, then Ryan, then the owner. They are telling me it is backordered, however I see the part can be purchased online. I have been given 6 total phone numbers to call to resolve this issue. I was never told it was backordered until I emailed the owner after everyone refused to return my calls or assist me. These guys do not answer phones but instead want customers to text them? Really? How unprofessional. Below is my final interaction with them today after going over a week getting the runaround from not being called back. I was blown off by Virgie from day one and only had my calls returned after emailing the owner. Ryan gave me the owners phone number last night to call. I didnt want to call him at 6 oclock at night so I instead emailed him this review. Within an HOUR of doing that I get a TEXT from Virgie ( took a week to hear from her). She tells me she is on vacation and just got home. She sends me a screenshot of the part ordered and tells me it is backordered and she has no idea when it will be in. I sent a message back saying why did it take a week and 6 different phone numbers to get a reply? I saw online that the part may not be available from their supplier but is available from many others. I tried to call the owner today in the morning to see about having the part ordered elsewhere. He did not answer so I texted as they always request. I will attach photos of my message. I said Virgie told me she is on vacation who should I speak to and who is filling in to to assist customers? He simply replied by sending me Virgies number yet again. I said Back to Virigie again who says she is on vacation? He replies, shes calling you. She calls me and gave every excuse possible. I asked that they order the part elsewhere so my spa will function. She said I will have to look into it. If she honestly was on vacation why is she texting me about this today and calling me? Why would the owner refer me back to her? Why didnt someone say she was on vacation? Because it was a lie. I get a text from Virgie at 430 today asking me for my receipt from when I purchased the spa (this was over a year ago). I sent my spa warranty number to her and who I purchased it from. She then tried to insist I needed a paper copy which I was never given. I was texted a photo a year ago. She then tried telling me they cannot do anything unless I have the receipt. So I asked why does she all of a sudden needs my receipt now since she already ordered my part that was backordered? She then said it is because the manufacture needs to know it is still under warranty. I replied that I am registered on their website, they know it is under warranty. I was then texted saying the part was ordered and there is nothing more they can do for me I just have to wait. Wait although these parts are available online. My last question was now she doesnt need my receipt all of a sudden? This company and owner hide behind their phones. They will not answer phones and hide behind TEXTING. There is more to this but they are unprofessional from the bottom to the top. I was never told the part was ordered until yesterday after emailing the owner for an update. I was also told by Ryan that they have had 5 or 6 of these go defective recently.

I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.At first the cabinets arrived on time but two of them were badly damaged with dents and cracks in it. I ordered a replacement, they came in after more than 1 month and again they are broken. I regret so much my choice of buying from this place. The pics are for the replacements, the original ones were even worse.

Universal was great Andy Cole design the kitchen on the computer and gave me a 3-D layout that was exactly what I wanted. Delivery went well.I installed all the cabinets myself and everything came out perfect!I would highly recommend Universal factory direct!

I have never left a negative online review before but I am dumbfounded by the ambivalence and complete lack of responsiveness of this company.On the whole, the cabinets and kitchen design were fine. The problems began with a set of wine cubbies that were recommended to me by Andy, the kitchen designer. These cubbies filled an odd void in the cabinet layout so they were important to the overall design. I was told these cubbies were only available in white so I would receive the cubbies along with matching spray paint and we would have to paint them before installation. When we received the cabinets (2 weeks late), we received the white cubbies along with a can of spray finish. My builder sprayed the cabinets as I was instructed. The finish wouldnt dry and essentially sat on the surface of the cubbies. I contacted Andy right away and texted pictures. He asked me if we had sanded the cubbies. I told hm we had not and that there no instructions so there was no indication that we would need to sand them. I sent him a picture of the spray paint and he told me he and his staff were unfamiliar with the finish we were sent and thought it must have been the wrong paint. So I asked him what our options were. I was told that they could order another set of cubbies or they could order a refrigerator panel and my builder could make the cubbies. Because Andy couldnt seem to figure out whether or not they could get the correct paint, we opted for the panel. I assumed that I would be compensated in some way for the cubbies that were not usable but I was told that I would have to pay for panel (another $200). This surprised me so I decided to take the cubbies to them (because I to drive an hour to pick up the panel).In the meantime, when we were installing & attempting to paint the cubbies, we discovered that we had been sent an extra cabinet. I told Andy this during my conversations with him. I offered to bring the cabinet back to the since I was going to be driving to get the panel. So I loaded that cabinet in my van as well.When I got to to Portsmouth to pick up the panel, I showed Andy the cubbies and again asked for a refund for the cubbies (they cost $200 as well). Andy acknowledged that the cubbies were unusable, that sanding the cubbies would not have helped, and that we were sent the wrong finish. So I asked him to speak to the owners about refunding the cost of the cubbies.Days went by with no response from Andy. I texted him 3 times asking if they would be processing a refund and he didnt respond. Finally, after two weeks, I got a text that said they would give me a $200 credit on my next order. I explained that I didnt think that was fair. He never again responded to me.I decided to call and try to speak to management. I left messages for Mark Slover and Joe White. Neither responded. So then I wrote a letter to the owner, Kevin Slover, because I was still kind of dumbfounded about the whole thing. The letter was tracked so I know he received it (over 3 weeks ago at thjs point). No response.So I had to cover the cost of their mistake, I had to pay my builder to build the cabinet, I had to drive an hour to pick up the panel, and I spent my time & gas to return another customers cabinet. So I am leaving this review. I would encourage you to read the other negative reviews. They all speak to the ambivalence and lack of responsiveness of this company. I wont go back.

Joe White did a very nice job helping me design my kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets. He was very patient while I was awaiting my building permit, which like everything else during covid was delayed. He is a pleasure to work with and knows his products and kitchen design software very well. I look forward to receiving my cabinets and seeing the final outcome in my new space.

This is a great company to buy kitchen cabinets from. The quality is very good, delivery is fast, I got what they promised, and as busy as they are, they were polite, efficient and organized. I will buy there again as soon as the need arises.

I have used Universal Factory Direct twice for 2 separate kitchen remodels. The product was delivered on time and installed easily. Even when I missed a measurement they were able to provide a new cabinet the next day! Some before and after photos.

I renovated two kitchens nearly identically in a two family home using cabinets from Universal Factory Direct. It was a high end renovation of the entire apartments but the kitchens (and baths) were stars. The cabinets are high quality and options like glass doors really shined. Support from Joe White was excellent, even in a pandemic. He was easy to reach by email or text, and a pleasure to work with.We had a couple minor hiccups - e.g., 2 wrong sized glass doors delivered, but they were replaced quickly. It was important for me to get the cabinets within a couple weeks of ordering for the job to go forward in a timely way and Universal Factory Direct delivered for both projects on time.

When we had to make a couple size changes after the order was placed Joe immediately coordinated with the manufacturer as well as the freight company - and yes, we met all our deadlines! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER VENDOR! I ordered 27 kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They were supposed to come on Jan 8th. We did not receive our complete order until Jan 29th! We ripped out the old kitchen expecting the new cabinets to come as promised. Living without a kitchen was a total nightmare! To make matters worse the cabinetry came poorly assembled and with manufacturing defects. You would expect having to adjust doors, but when you pay a lot of money for assembly you don’t expect your contractor to spend many days fixing drawers that don’t slide, painting blemishes and reassembling incorrect assembly. When I brought up my issues to them, it fell on deaf ear. Not until I called my credit card company and opened a dispute with them when the money was taken away from them, did I get a response. Even then they tried to blackmail me for 3 more days and not deliver the cabinets because they wanted to “get paid right away”. Amazing lack of customer skills and empathy!! They just don’t care. All they want is to get your money and move on. Unless you want a nerve wracking experience, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Love the kitchen cabinets. Great quality very modern look and excellent quality. Great price. Only one thing the manufacturers when assembling cabinets left a blob of glue my husband had to scrape off the corner of the inside cabinet.

I will not be using Universal Factory Direct.As a small business owner myself. I relied heavily on good reviews of my company.I spoke with a salesman over a month ago about my kitchen cabinet layout. I emailed the required drawings and photos, with descriptions of what I was looking for.I have received nothing in response. I even texted the individual. I dont name drop employees. My feelings are, it starts at the top with the owner. My employees would be out of a job if they represented my company this way.Your review definitely show you can do better.

Ordered cabinets from joe over year and half ago... the design was to have a pull out spice rack but the design ended up being to small for a any type of cabinet and too big for a filler board... so weve had an open space in a new build kitchen for over a year. joe did send parts out a few times and were lost by our contractor... finally received a face board for the space and this is what joe sent to fix the design problem..... not completely joes fault for the amount of time its taken but I would def put the design flaw and color of the fix on joe. happy with the rest of cabinets for the most part.

My wife and I are disappointed. We made an appointment with Joe in mid March. The appointment went well and we were able to design a kitchen with Joe pretty quickly. Joe gave us our design plan and priced out the kitchen. Later we added two additional cabinets to create an island. The cabinets were scheduled for delivery.First, I will say the quality is very good. The cabinets did arrive as scheduled and were wrapped or packed in cardboard crates.Then the problems began.The delivery person told us a 21 base cabinet three drawer we ordered arrived as a base door instead but the lady ordered a new one. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. We spoke with Joe and he ordered us roll outs to put in in the cabinet since we didnt have time to receive a replacement. OK.Then another problem. The trash pullout my wife ordered turned out to be a three drawer 18. OK. So now we dont have our 21 3 door base cabinet or 18 trash cabinet. This was not discovered until the contractors had demoed the kitchen and removed the cabinet from the cardboard crate. So now we have a demoed kitchen and the wrong cabinets.After speaking with Joe we did convert the 21 inch base into a trash pullout and kept the 18 inch three drawer. BTW the trash pullout Joe sent us was an aftermarket brand built for an 18 cabinet...so we just have wasted space.To sum up.Two cabinets ordered incorrectly. The incorrect cabinets were used, but were not optimal and did not flow with our original design.No quality control to capture errors during ordering, assembly and delivery.Slow/dismissive response from Joe to correct mistakes. Joe did offer to replace the cabinets, but we did not have a contractor available as we would have to wait for the replacements. There was no offer to expedite the cabinets.A promised refund has yet to appear.For most people, a kitchen remodel is costly and a once in a lifetime endeavor. Joe had a small project to work with and really let us down. We dont recommend this business.

The quality of cabinet far exceeds expectations and the delivery was spot on. They took their time, went over every piece on my order and made sure I was satisfied before they left. The cabinets look great and work very well. Ordering was easy and they arrived promptly. Staff did a great job assembling and packaging, and were very friendly and responsive. While these are not custom built, they are all wood cabinets with full extension drawers, soft-close hardware throughout, and nice finishes. The quality is similar to the top-of-the-line cabinets you can order at the large national box stores, but you can get these at a much lower price.

While googling where to buy cabinets from, we came across Universal Factory Direct and decided to look into them.We made an appointment with Joe and brought along a drawing of the kitchen area we wanted to fill and, during that 1 - 1.5 hour visit, we chose the cabinet type we wanted, Joe took our dimensions and started placing cabinets in the area, based on what our needs and wants were. By the end of the meeting, we had a 3-D rendering of the cabinets we chose and a complete itemized list and price for everything.At first Joe showed us what we would pay if we bought everything retail, but then he showed us the price by going through UFD. We saved about 40% off the cabinets !!! WooHoo !When the cabinets were received, the shipping company is very organized and professional. They have a nice system of checks and balances to ensure you received all of the items on your manifest.Now, we did have a couple of issues with the cabinets pertaining to shipping (2) and one cabinets with an incorrect door, but Joe was quick to contact the manufacturer and the new parts were at our house within a week.Thank you so much Joe, for all of your help and support through the process. We absolutely love the new cabinets and the space we created.

Bad experience with Jacob. He was yawning, drinking from his quart of milk on his desk, complaining about working too much. He did a god job on building on a design I already had but I felt uncomfortable.In the end Jacob baited andswitched me on the price, a tactic we all have experience in used car lot sales during our lifetimes and I walked out knowing fully well I do not want to do business with this company.

We worked with Joe to design four custom kitchens in our luxury apartments. We explained our requirements and Joe was able to come up with a very high end design for a very reasonable price. Joe was able to able to coordinate our delivery to meet our schedule and he was very responsive to all our questions and promptly handled every issue.

I bought a hot tub last week and it was delivered within 2 days. It was less than half the price of the ones I’d been looking at and is a real pleasure. My wife and I had a great experience with Universal Factory Direct. We live in Western Massachusetts and went to a couple of kitchen designers in our area and to be honest, the cabinets were nice, but the hardware was junk. I found Universal Factory Direct on an online ad and I read the reviews so I figured I would give them a call. They were more then willing to create a design for us through email and conversations so we wouldnt have to drive out, but I wanted to drive up (2 hours) to see the cabinets for myself. We met with Joe and couldnt have been happier. He is a great guy. He had new ideas for our design that the two others just overlooked. The cabinet quality is GREAT and drawer guides (my issue with the others) where solid. We ended up getting a better kitchen design and better cabinets for literally 1/2 the price. Along with that, Joe gave us a contact for our counter tops that they have a commercial account with that has great discounts without them getting any cut of the sale. This is a great family owned and operated business that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. Not only did we make an appointment and drove 2.5 hours to get there (they KNEW we were traveling that far), the OWNER whom we had the appointment with DITCHED US (we found out upon arrival) and had another guy fill in who did not even have enough time for the appointment because he had to pick up his kids from school.We were RUSHED through the appointment, then promised to get a 3-D rendering of our layout, but of course they did absolutely NOTHING. They did not even have the decency to return our call inquiring about it .The good news though is that we found an AWESOME place to buy our kitchen that is much better quality and totally PROFESSIONAL.Jeff Carr from Cabinet Depot was so AWESOME and worked hard to get us the kitchen we wanted. We did end up spending more than we planned but that is also because we got a much better kitchen than we planned as well.I would give Universal Factory Direct a NEGATIVE zero but the rating system does not allow it. They must have forgotten how they HORRIBLE they treated us when they requested us to give them a review.We were not potential customers to Universal, we were just CATTLE who meant NOTHING to them. Apparently they had enough business so they did not need ours.By the way, we bought 37 cabinets for our kitchen, 5 of which are FULL pantries and the largest they carry, crown molding, corbels, light trim, toe kicks etc, and quartz counter tops.I guess our money was not green enough for Universal.

Joe was so helpful and skilled in designing a kitchen that could work for us. The cabinets are such nice quality with SO many options.

We worked with Joe, who did a great job designing our kitchen. He was thorough and patient as we made some design changes during the process. The delivery team was amazing. They were knowledgeable and very customer service focused.My wife and I installed all of the cabinets in one weekend and are very happy with our new kitchen and dining room.

Loved the buying process, the fast speed in which they were assembled and ready, the ease of working with the salesperson and the owner.One thing could have been better: The cabinet build quality. Materials and hinges seem fine, but they were assembled with drywall screws (many of which were not the right length and pulled out right away) and were not glued. I ended up rebuilding several cabinets before installing them. Even after that I am very happy with my purchase and will use them again for the next remodel. Ill budget in an extra half-day on my install to double check and fix the cabinet build. You should plan to do the same.

Disclaimer: I have not purchased anything yet. I am still in the planning phase but these guys seem to have a good product and they are very LOW pressure. I met wit them and got a quote and a drawing of the intended work. It was a good quote. You would have to find your own contractor or get a referral from them, they will sell you cabinets but not install them. They do not advertise as a company that installs, they are strictly a place to purchase cabinets.

When my husband and I started to look at kitchen cabinets for our renovation we quickly realized that we may not be able to afford new cabinets. We considered refacing our existing cabinets, but we were not happy with the layout so we continued to search for better cabinet pricing. My husband found Universal Factory Direct online, and after reading some of the positive comments, we decided to arrange a design meeting with Joe. We were blown away! Joe was able to design our kitchen right before our eyes and provide us with a layout that works so much better for our space. What really sold us was that he quoted us $7000 less than what we knew we would be paying at big box stores! The cabinets were all solid wood (no cheap particle board), dove tailed drawers, and soft close doors and drawer hardware! The finish paint is a sturdy enamel, which is easy to clean. The crew arrived at our house as scheduled and brought the cabinets into our house for our contractor. We couldnt be happier with the service and quality cabinets Joe and his team provided. I could not be happier with the way my kitchen looks and I have Joe White and the amazing staff at Universal Factory Direct to thank for it. On top of getting a quality product that looks good he was able to save me over $3,000 from the big box stores. I live in East Boston in a 3 family house where sometimes space can be limited. He was able to design a layout that that is functional and still the look I was aiming for. I definitely plan to go through him again when I get to the remaining two apartments.Thank you Joe!

Buyer beware. Purchased whole kitchen worth of cabinets for remodel. Cabinets couldn’t be delivered at time when I was home to inspect them. Almost every cabinet was delivered damaged, misaligned, and cheaply built. Several had to be rebuilt by my contractor. Called kitchen designer and owner to rectifier the issue. Owner was extremely rude and offered me a few hundred dollars to go away and eventually hung up on me. I would never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable where the company will stand behind its products.

We ordered cabinets that had only been added the previous day, but Joe White, our salesman was right on the ball and I have the most beautiful cabinets, love the color, love the design of the glass fronts, the cabinets are substantial in quality. Much less expensive from the Big Box store.Great experience.

The design and order process was easy.When they delivered our cabinets, 2 pieces were on back order (we were not notified). When they came back to deliver the 2 units, 1 was the wrong color and they had to come back again.. had all the material been delivered right the first time Imwould have rated them 5 stars. Had a wonderful experience. Having a problematic kitchen, Joe did a wonderful job helping me get what I was looking for. The process was simple and didnt take much time at all making it easy for a first time kitchen designer (me). Everyone in the office and warehouse were just as helpful and polite. ​I would come back again when I do my next project!

The cabinets are great. sturdy, well built and fit nice. Although the reps can be a little difficult to get in touch with, because they are always on the go, once you do they get you whatever you want. They have a small business feel and really take care of their customers.

I purchased a hot tub from Universal Factory Direct and could not be happier with the hot tub. The service was exceptional. The hot tub quality was even better than I expected at less than half of what I would have spent anywhere else. The overall experience of working with Kevin Slover was an absolute pleasure. Kevin was very professional and had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend Universal Factory Direct.

I was very happy with my new cabinets. They are very good quality for a fraction of the price at most other places. The only problem I had was one set of doors did not have the slow closing hinges. But when I let Joe know that. He sent out a 2 new sets.

We had a great experience with Joe at Universal Factory direct. We have been looking for kitchen cabinets for a while, and visited a few so called designer stores in the area. We did not want to wait for 6+ weeks and pay $20K+. We are very happy that we got a line of great quality cabinets ( maple ) for the less than half of the price. Customer service is five star from booking appointment to delivery. Highly recommend. I will post some after pictures once they are all installed.

The design and purchase of the cabinets experience was good and the cabinets came quick. The follow up is very poor. It seems difficult to try to get a hold of anybody who works there when you are making small purchases like wall fillers, a cabinet door, or just some extra crown molding which should be part of the experience. Once they are done with the big purchase it looks like they are done with you. Make sure you get everything all at once if you purchase from here. I still havent been able to get a hold of anybody which is delaying the completion of my kitchen.

Joe made the whole experience of putting together my kitchen very easy. I have a very small kitchen and had to be conscious of the use of space. We managed to configure the cabinetry so I have the absolute best use I could have achieved. Great service coupled with great product and value!

We were very satisfied with the time that was taken to make sure the cabinets we wanted would fit into our kitchen. The cabinets were delivered to Factory Direct in the time frame we were promised. The cabinets are good quality especially for the price. I was disappointed with the selection, as there isn’t much to chose from. Also, you are on your own for the hardware. One other small gripe, we were told that they shrink wrap the cabinets if it was raining when we picked them up. It was, they weren’t. That may have been a miss understanding on our part though. Overall, we were happy would definately go there again.

I was very pleased with the quality of cabinets. The price was very reasonable. Everything was delivered professionally. When we needed extra cabinets they came through in a timely manner. As a professional interior designer, they have become my new go to cabinet company.

2 years later and our cabinets look as good as new. I waited to post my comment to see how my white cabinets would hold up to daily use. So far my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. We look forward to doing business again in the future.

We were referred to Universal Factory Direct and made an appointment to drive up to NH. We had also shopped at Lowes and cliq Studio cabinets. Lowes pricing was almost two times as much. Cliq studios had amazing service but still a little more than what we wanted to spend. In the end it came down to pricing. UFD had pricing that couldnt be beat. We already had a floor plan so it made things much easier. We opted for a very soft grey (had my heart set on navy) but in the end we are so pleased with the quality and the overall look of the cabinets. Service and communication was just okay. Although the delivery guys were awesome! Its definitely worth the trip if only to check out the warehouse and see the quality for yourself, or use the website for a quote.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional laid out everything we wanted and had suggestions to utilize the space properly. Worked quickly and efficiently while setting up our dream kitchen!! I purchased two kitchens for rental properties I own. The kitchens were built fast, and I was very happy with the quality. We are already discussing another kitchen in the near future.

Very happy customer. Helped my sister in Boston find the perfect kitchen cabinets. Looked everywhere in Boston but everything she liked was way too expensive. Then, I saw a Universal Factory Direct ad online. We had to drive from Boston but my sister saved around $3,900 and its much better quality than what she had been looking at that. Nancy designed the layout and it looks like a designer kitchen in Better Homes and Gardens. Wish there was a Universal Factory Direct in my neck of the woods.

Everything went perfectly from our first consult with Joe regarding floor plan through delivery and install.We saved over 50% from what we would have paid at either home improvement store which we had checked out for the same quality which is very good,full wood box soft close etc.We also used the installer Joe recommended and the job couldnt have come out better

We love the cabinets. They are well made and look beautiful in our kitchen. Joe was very helpful and kept in touch when he was on vacation in Arizona. The only problem was when we needed some additional parts, somehow there was a miscommunication and we waited weeks to receive them. That became annoying as no one would return my calls but eventually it was resolved.

We are very pleased with our experience with Universal Factory and recommend them highly. From the beginning stages of designing our kitchen with Joe (whose design was much better than the one we had done from a big box store. He suggested accent glass cabinets and utility cabinets), to receiving our cabinets (we had one cabinet that was damaged and piece of trim missing that they quickly replaced), to the final installation. We had ordered extras like beadboard and different colored cabinets and our final kitchen looks very custom and beautiful. Months later we had some drawers that became misaligned and they promptly responded with how to fix them. We also saved a tremendous amount of money, getting much better constructed cabinets for almost half the price quoted at the big box store. Thank you Universal Factory!
