After calling 12-14 other body shops who were either, extremely abrupt, didn’t care or just wanted you off the phone. In addition to that, everyone couldn’t start work on a vehicle until November.I called Abra and Lance answered.Problem solved.Not only did he take the time to understand what was wrong with the vehicle, he understood the time constraint and was able to give a loose estimate from photos I’d taken. Less then 4 weeks later and the vehicle is exquisite. Throughout the process, if any extra expenditure was needed, Lance called me immediately to ensure everything was good to go. Clear and concise, with photos to back it up.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the techs, paint work and biggest of all COMMUNICATION that Lance and Abra work with.If you are going for any type of auto body repair, call Lance.

I was in an accident (not at fault) which was a very stressful incident, I had issues with the towing company taking the car to the wrong shop. The amazing girls in the office called and sent a second tow of their own to retrieve my car so I didn’t have to deal with it. I didn’t have rental car during my vehicle maintenance and they were amazing about staying in contact letting me know how soon my car would be done and keeping me up to date knowing I needed my car back quick. I would absolutely recommend 10/10.

I had a trailer tire fly off and mess up my bumper and fender. Abra did an amazing job fixing it up even better than when I bought my jeep. They took really good care of me and went above and beyond. They found more damage than I initially thought. 12/10 would recommend!

Such a GREAT service! I accidentally put gas in my diesel truck and was convinced I ruined it. The manager Don took the time to explain what they could do to fix it and assured me everything was going to be ok. They handled ALL of the insurance claim and took that stress off of me as well. They are all kind and caring people and I will be a customer for life now. You just dont find that amount of integrity in folks these days so its nice to know you can go somewhere and be treated fairly and with compassion!!!

We had a repair done to the rear of our 2013 Jaguar. Scheduling was fast and easy. The repair was done in two days. The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient.

Everyone there was great especially Kyla, she was the real MVP. She was so knowledgeable and helpful!! Responses were fast. Once my Jeep part was in it took less than an hour! I 100% would go there again! They were all very efficient and I can appreciate that.

Arrogant manager came out to school me on how I should be satisfied with their lifetime guarantee although the customer service sucks and they had to look for more parts because used ones they acquired turned out to be broken.

I needed an estimate in March accident when I was rear ended & now another in June. June backed into me. March has insurance but thought would pay out of pocket but to expensive. June states they donot have insurance. Either way Abra has given me free quotes & done repairs before. Love Them.

ABRA Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Moms 2008 Avalon. Originally thought it would be totaled but they gave a great estimate and the finished work looks amazing! Detailed the inside so that it smells and looks like new! Highly recommend them and Nationwide Blue Ribbons Service.

I tried to post a review but after 30 days I would guess that most reviews would not be positive so you restrict (manage) your reviews. My daughter had you replace front & rear bumpers on her 2004 Honda Civic on R.O. 2127 12/19/14. She incurred damage to the front bumper again so I decided to replace it for her. Upon installation of the new bumper I discovered that there were only 2 push clips and 1 sheet metal screw plus 2 bolts in the fender well holding the bumper on. At least 5 push pin clips were never installed. In addition, the fog light blanks and grill should have been black, instead, you painted everything white. I am very disappointed in the thoroughness of your work. Its pretty sad that a novice had the foresight to order extra push pin clips when I ordered the bumper and ultimately did a more professional job than you, the experts. My family are State Farm insured and you are a State Farm Select shop. I recently had collision damage to my vehicle and, although you are less than 2 miles from my home, I took the vehicle to a competitor because of your shoddy work. I believe that the only reason you receive positive reviews is because as a corporate entity, you manage them. For what its worth!
