Josh helped me wife out when her speaker for her iPhone when Apple told her it was broke and wanted to charge her $199.00 to fix. Josh laughed clean the speaker and BAM it works again. He saved us at least $199 and maybe a lot more if they sold a new phone to my wife.Check these guys out...they rock.

Absolutely, Positively, beyond ALL doubt... THIS is the Verizon store to do business in within or near the 19464 area. The staff here is very welcoming & professional, pay attention to detail, and do NOT try to sell you what you dont need. I have NEVER found something on my bill that wasnt discussed in the store. I have never felt rushed out of the store.Above all else: NOTHING they have told me has ever been contradicted by Verizons Corporate Headquarters.

What a phenomenal experience!!! AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Josh is the best in the cellular business I have ever dealt with in my life. I had several issues, got a couple of new phones with transfers from the respective old phones. He is a wizard and got everything squared away in no time while being friendly and training a dinosaur like me and taught me new tricks. I could not imagine that there is a better sales consultation and sales/technical professional out there. If I were in that industry I would try to hire Josh in a heartbeat.

Great customer service. Josh and Jimmy were very nice and patient while helping restoring my moms phone. The phone was not responsive and settings wouldnt even open, but they both tried all kind of methods to restore it and they were able to fix it. I would give you zero stars if I could. We were at one of your stores OVER a year ago, ( closer to 2 years). We were lied to about what our bill would be and returned everything within the 2 week period. That was because a bill came for over 500 dollars. We have asked twice to have our name taken off the mailing list. We are still getting your useless mail !!!! Check your records for people wanting off your **** lists.

This store needs more then one staff member on the weekends! I was literally there for an HOUR for a 5 minute problem because the family in front of me was trying to fix a phone then got a new one then pre ordered another one, if there was another staff member there I would of been able to be seen in 15 minutes of walking in the door after the person that was being seen before was taken care of. The employee there did his best but this isnt fair to them or customers walking in with a small problem and having to sit there for an hour.

Great deals but the costumer service is terrible. We were here for 4 and a half hours getting new phones. Then waiting to get our paper work back, only one person was working. Waited an hour for that. Ridiculous.

Fred from Upland Square Verizon wireless was so helpful when my phone got wet and he navigated through Google Cloud to retrieve my contacts, info, pix, etc. I highly recommend this Verizon Wireless to anyone who is looking for great deals with a friendly & informative staff.

The employees at this location are wonderful! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was also offered help immediately. Kaylena is the woman that worked with me directly. She listened to what I needed and provided me with it. She was very knowledgeable about the products and could answer all of my questions. Also she went over the changes to my account and told me specifically what my next few bills would look like so that there are no surprises. Kayleena is a great asset to their team and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Just got my apple replacement phone back up and running. Tim gave me great customer service last night. Ive been through a hell week with nothing but a flip phone. I lost my apple password, and had to go through account recovery. the verizon store in Boyertown guy tried to help me and put his personal cell phone in for account recovery. I was told i had to turn off find my iPhone before i could set up my new iPhone. I went to best buy just before i pulled into this store. having been through the ringer, I just had it. Tim was comforting, reassuring, knowledgeable, definitely personable. I showed up at 8pm the Saturday after Black Friday with two little girls in tow. No one else in the store. The kids entertained themselves tumbling about while Tim got the job done. I really appreciated the customer service he provided. I highly recommend Tim to anyone. Happy Appalachian trailing Tim!! I also recommend that anyone who purchases an apple product should always have their passcode kept written down somewhere. I personally will not buy another apple product after this experience. Im know to lose phones thats why I carry the insurance, but the hassle with apple account recovery was a 3 day fiasco that turned into a 6 day fiasco. Tim knew how to get my replacement iPhone up and running, restore my old password, all my old contacts using the back up. I will definitely be back to follow Tim. Its kind of like trying to find the right hairdresser who meets your needs and listens to you- baha. **** I will be back Tim
