I visited this store on Saturday, October 30th to buy rotors for my car and was amazed at the customer service. I asked Tim if he could show me how to tell the difference between a V6 and 4 cylinder and he patiently explained everything to me. Greg changed my battery, cleaned the cables and replaced the alternator. Thank you Greg and Tim for making sure my car was ready for the road trip and exceeding my expectations! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to friends and family.

Went here today to get part for my Chevy Tahoe, I love the service they always give me a kindly Clerks at check out time. I like the discount difference they have from other auto stores. On 3/19/21 I had to come back to return a part and they treated me again with all courtesy. My money was returned with no hesitation, Thanks again Autozone 🥰😇

Chad was so awesome at the Richard D Sailors location. My battery died and rattled my nerves. After receiving a jump, I headed to AutoZone, and Chad tested the battery and change the battery. His personality was so fun and helpful that it calmed my nerves and made me feel much more relaxed. Everyone that worked there checked on me a some point while I was there and each person was so kind. I would recommend this location to anyone!

About a week ago I went into this store for help. I was broke down in the Home Depot parking lot with a dead battery. As I entered the store I was greeted by a man named Jamie. This man went above and beyond to help me. I was frustrated at myself for leaving my lights on while I was in Home Depot and it killed my battery. But Jamie took his time to help me and pick a batter that was right for my truck and even walked over to the parking lot of Home Depot while it was raining to put in my battery to get me back going again. Jamie’s has made me a customer for life and I will forever return to this location.. again the best customer service possible was giving to me that day and I’m very proud to call this my Autozone

I purchased an oil filter for my car. The item number was correct but unfortunately the filter length was shorter than other oil filters causing me to have an issue installing it next to the car engine plate. The employee knew right away of the issue and went back and picked up the correct filter and did an even exchange. I did not have my receipt but he made the issue effortless. Thank you..

I rented a tool, it was a ball joint separator and no other AutoZone had it. The young lady that helped me actually knew what I was looking for. Great staff and the right tool.

I bought a new battery, had it installed in my car and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Great service!

At first I thought it was a bit expensive for a battery, but it included installation. installing was rough. every thing was rusted and needed a new end on the cable. I think he spent about half an hour working on installation. It was worth every penny and I will not go any where else. they did not charge me anything extra. they are awesome. THANK YOU.

Both of the guys that helped me made me feel like I was a bother to them. They didn’t fix my problem either. Had me make an unnecessary purchase, knowing that wasn’t going to fix my problem. I felt taken advantage of because I don’t know much about cars. Clearly those two guys didn’t either. Idk the name of the night that was out but I thought it was the fog light or daylight because those come on automatically but the two guys said it was my headlight that was out, but when I turned on my lights, they were both on. My headlights are not on in the picture, just the fog light or daytime lights.

Phenomenal customer service! Mike and the guys/gal go above and beyond for me every time I have a problem with my truck, these guys are just really good genuine people that care about their customers and are always so helpful, even if they don’t know the answer right away (which is rare) they’ll get up under your car and figure it out for you. These guys treat every car problem like it’s their own. Highly highly highly recommend!

Bought a car battery from here. The guy installed it and when I went to pay for it, the guy said youre good to go, so I left. 5 or so minutes later he calls me and stated he thought he ran my card. I went back an paid. Of I were a lesser person, I would have ignored the man.

My back turn signal out. So i decided to stop by here, which i am now thinking was a mistake. They had the bulbs i needed, but they lack serious customer service. Dont know why they think every girl that comes in they need to hit on. It really makes for an awkward, unpleasant experience. I wont be going back again, unless i absolutley have no choice. Oh, and btw, my turn signal is still out. Wasnt about to go back in and ask for someone to come help. :/

Went there looking for motorcycle additive. He showed me lawnmower oil, then went to a different shelf and started pull things to the front. The other coworker that followed us was more interested in going to luck then helping. Nice I thought they were supposed to help. Ill go to somewhere else.

Always great experience. I was able to get oil and filter for my car. I bought 1 5quarts gallon and 1 1quart gallon. I do wish the cashiers wouldve mentioned to me that I bought mixed of oil. I needed 5w20, but instead I got 1 5quarts 5w20 and 1 1quart of 10w30. Didnt notice till I got home and started putting it into my engine. By then it was too late to even consider returning it. Obviously thats my fault. I wish they wouldve mentioned that.

I visited this store earlier this wk to purchase some windshield wiper blades and the employee that helped me was very helpful. All I can say is WOW.

Two words. Customer service. I have been coming to this location for years but my last few visits have been VERY disappointing. The store manager I believe her name was Laura, Lauren or something similar, is very rude. A month ago I came in to have the codes on my vehicle checked. When I walked up to the desk and asked to have it done she seemed very irritated. I casually tried to engage in conversation about what was wrong with my vehicle. I told her which warning lights popped up on the dash. She then said We cant check that. Confused, I insisted on having the codes read anyway. Seemingly irritated she checked the code, gave me a print out and I was on my way. Just a week ago I came in to have the same service performed. She let out an aggervated sigh and once again tried to avoid performing the service. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but this has happened more than once. Best practice is to not let the customers know you are annoyed by them. Also, it shouldnt be an inconvience to do your job.

The employee at this store was unable to help me . He said sorry maam Im not good at putting on wipers. It was raining pretty heavy so he ask his co-worker if he will be able to help me. He rudely said, going out there is a courtesy for customers and I am not that courteous. He clearly should not be working in customer service, better yet Autozone. Its not what you say, its how you say it.

After leaving the AutoZone on South Cobb Drive because they didnt have the battery i needed in stock I was sent to this location because they had my battery in stock. I reached this location by 8:40pm. My battery went dead in the parking lot. I went in to purchase the battery and all the lady could do while checking me out was remind me that they closed in a few minutes. I knew by this point I would have no help with my battery. I asked if I could borrow a tool for 5 minutes to change the battery myself and I was told i cant lend you a tool right now because we close in 10 minutes, (Changing a battery takes 5 minutes). I was not able to recycle my battery core worth $18, (no tool to remove the old battery) So, I bought a pair of pliers so that I could remove the battery at home. Needless to say I was angry. I will never shop with this AutoZone again and at this point questioning all AutoZones.

I had two different employees tell me they didnt even carry an item their website said they had in stock. It wasnt untill I showed the manager the item on my phone that he checked his system which also said he had it in stock before he came out from behind the counter to help me find it.

Tried to sell me bulb grease for a bulb that has a weatherpack connector. So water wont get in there. Water cant get into a weatherpack connector.
