Yesss, I really like to shop at Dollar General because its fast and convenient. Of course I went to my good old neighborhood Dollar General today 3/20/21 to get my Cheerios Cereal and Coca-Cola. Again convenience is for me.

Great low cost options. They have the low key products you cant ever find anywhere else.

Worst dollar general I’ve been to. Workers are rude, and the store is a mess.

I called Dollar General Headquarters on last week, April 8th regarding their Hiram Douglasville store # 07172 regarding large pot holes taking up 3 parking spaces by the building and was told I would receive a call from a local manager in 24 hours. Well, today is April 15th and I have yet to hear from someone. These pot holes need to be fixed immediately. They have been this way for months.

You will find alot of things you may need. With out having to go far. Not the best as far as clean but you sure will find all kinds of verity of things

Well lets start by saying the employees and the customers are so nice they will go out there way to make sure you stay there is comfortable you Have a safe social and distance and opportunity to shop or work wherever you disire so stay focus crew and pay attention to the business and lets focus more on supporting the local business provided in the plaza by dollar general franchise and other companies surrounding our community

This dollar store always has problems with there register. The people are nice. There always a problem when I go there.

Theres one employee who wrote her mask under her chin the entire time I was in store. She was too busy carrying on loudly with friends,to take customers in line that went down 2 aisles. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The other employees were very helpful and jumped in to help. Especially Christie

Cute holiday decor at reasonable prices. Low cost snacks and drinks. Great deals on households items.

Great go to spot for getting items in between regular shopping trips.

Love the employees that work at this store. But the store is out of so much. I realize its the times were all living. But, I see other DG Stores with stock. I shop this store on a daily so I know. Looking forward to seeing products to buy instead of having to shop elsewhere.

This is the best supermarket on earth. They have so many things you cannot get anywhere else. Their version of every product is delicious, of quality and is very affordable. We go many times per year!

Its convenient and you find whatever your looking for. Im so happy that i went there and knew my budget. The place is clean and the staff are helpful when needed

This location is hit or miss. I like the convenient hours and location but, the staff could certainly work on their people skills. A little eye contact and a smile can go a long way. No consumer wants to leave feeling like they have just made an employee go out of their way by interrupting a personal conversation, long enough to ring up your purchase and take your money.

Usually great customer service! Great small town feel! There is one cashier that is usually on phone and too busy to greet or thank customers, but rest of staff is fantastic!

I had rather skate board down 285 traffic then to ever go back in to that store ever again the one on Hwy 61 in New Georgia is the best they are very nice and helpful if you need help, but this one on austel road needs better help the cashier was very rude

The cleanest and most well organized Dollar General Ive been to in a long time. I will travel the extra few miles to visit this store again.. passing my neighborhood DG that is usually dirty with empty shelves 80% of the time..

Good place on the way to my hairdresser to get greeting cards they have a great selection its an easy stop and the service is good.

I always shop there its always clean and help is always friendly.

1 cashier, 6 people in line and the customer doing a return of several items.... No back up in site.... I had to put my stuff down and leave as no one was in any hurry to help the rest of us... Wont be back.

The cashier, whom doubled as the manager, was rude and muttering under her breath, because it was 2 mins after close. Then she looks over at the other cashier and says, Were going to have to start locking the doors at 5 mins til. It wasnt like I had a million items, I spent $13 and all my items fit in 1 bag. Shes lucky I dont have time to be petty and come in 6 mins til, walk around and browse for 24 mins and leave without buying anything for a week.

I cannot stand the employees here. Every time I have gone into this store, Ive waited several minutes because the cashiers are always on the phone, spewing unintelligible garbage about their coworkers, their spouses, their bosses, etc.One girl was cussing nonstop while talking on the phone and when I asked her to please watch her language in front of my kids, she rolled her eyes at me and ignored my request.
