Every morning I order from here and just recently they started messing up my front they need to train their staff better I even read the label and it’s correct but whoever made it just didn’t read or pay attention to what the label said white hot chocolate and I get plain milk chocolate there is a reason I don’t order it because it’s not for me I don’t like their milk chocolate but that’s what I get I’m tired of wasting 5-6 every morning to have my drink messed up. Do better Starbucks.

Just had to get on here to write a review on how awesome Dave is. He is usually at the drive-thru window. He remembers my name every time - it doesnt matter if Im driving or in the passenger seat. Hes always willing to get whatever I may need (extra ice, more cream, sirracha packets, etc.) and he is just a huge reason why I go to this Starbucks. Thank you for spreading joy, Dave!

I used to live in Prescott Valley and came back to visit after a couple of years and had to visit “my” Starbucks. Its even better than I rembered. Extremely friendly, professional and oh the coffee. Today my cup had a lid with a cute little pic of a dog on it. My husband’s cup lid had a monkey on it. I wont be throwing these lids away. Treasures. Thank you Starbucks.

My only issue with this store is they need and extra espresso machine. The Drive thru line is an avg. wait of 20 min. I make the 58 mile roundtrip there 5 out of 7 days a week, and I love the people that work there. They always get my 5 shots over ice in a venti cup topped with non fat milk extra ice order correct.

Wait times at this Starbucks are usually pretty long, especially if you go inside to beat the mile long drive thru. They prioritize drive thru times over their lobby customers, so I recommend always going to the drive thru. The drinks are always on point and the staff is very friendly, I just wish they were faster.

I cannot say enough great things about my experiences here.I was visiting the area for a week, very nice and huge Starbucks.The staff...like OMG! They’re AWESOME!! Came in for the first time and they were incredibly patient with my indecisive 8yr old and myself.They remembered me and my name every other time at off times that I came in. HOW AWESOME!!

Drinks made perfectly, lemon cake was delicious!!! Sweetest server. Will come back!!!

So Ive been here a lot because I live near here and everyone is super positive and kind! I am an artist, so if you walk in, you will see my painting on your right at the register, I draw for everyone here at starbucks because they are super nice to me and they make my drink very quickly and it is always made perfectly! My order is either starberry acai with no strawberrys and with lemonade or mango dragon fruit lemonade with 2 pumps of raspberry in case anyones curios!

I think they need more help! Ordered my drink online, than stood there for 14min. While other moble orders picked up. Finally was asked if I had a moble order. Why yes I do! My drink sat there for the whole 14 min and had melted, but she proceeded to give it to me anyways and said it was fine. It wasnt!! This is first for me at this store. Was very disappointed for sure.

This Starbucks is absolutely the best!!! We are from Seattle so we know our Starbucks stores ver well. The Glassford Hill Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks ever. The staff is what makes this Starbucks the best! Keep up the good work!!

I have only been to this starbucks a few times. My family recently moved here and whenever I visit we come to this store. The partners here always have the worst attitude and are always disrespectful to me and my husband. They are extremely condescending and try to make you feel stupid about your order. They really need to work on demeanor with paying customers.

This Starbucks is closest to my home and I frequently buy coffee there. As a mom of two young children, I appreciate them having a drive-thru. However, the frequency they screw up my orders (both mobile and drive-thru) is unbelievable. Sometimes they don’t have some ingredients but don’t bother to tell you that. You find out when you have driven away. With two babies in the car I can’t really go inside and ask them to fix it. After the third time in the raw them doing the same thing (not putting syrups I asked and paid for into my coffee and telling me nothing about not even having them), I went inside to ask for a refund. They refunded my money but were not very pleased about it, blamed each other for not knowing the obvious things and totally destroyed my mood before a long road trip. Starbucks service in general is getting worse, on my opinion, and this store is not an exception. I will not be coming back.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Even though it can get very busy the employees are always friendly and helpful. The drive through is usually pretty quick, too.

It’s Starbucks. If you’re looking for a decent Starbucks while in the area, this one will suit you. We simply because it’s a chain and because we’re not super big fans of Starbucks coffee can’t rate it higher. The customer Service was great! The cleanliness was ok. Bathrooms definitely needed some attention though.

Multiple times Ive asked for decaf coffee and they serve me regular coffee. To much caffeine makes me feel terrible and I dont appreciate the carelessness

This place has a nice atmosphere but there are no, I mean no, comfy chairs to sit & enjoy your friends & beverage! Outside has the best chairs but its cold so no one is sitting out there.

I go to this starbucks multiple times a week and they can never seem to get my order correct. I went yesterday and got my usual order a venti iced white macho with two extra shots and paid for it. They didnt give me my two extra shots. Went again today they gave me a regular mocha in the wrong size, had them re make it that gave it back to me again in the wrong size. Its ridiculous.

When I need a pick me up during the day, Starbucks in Prescott Valley is my go to place. The employees are always so friendly and they make delicious drinks!

I made a mobile order for the first time. Immediately after I got a confirmation, I called and told them that I cant make it 11-14 minutes and that the app didnt give you an option for a pick up time, which, I wish and assumed it would. The barista who was apparently in charge that night (5pm), told me, its already made, and we dont hold drinks for people. I told her, how is it made in less than two minutes, and your email says 11-14. And she was rude and acted like I was so inconvenient for her. I asked her if I would be able to have my drinks at 615 when Im off work, and she made me feel guilty and told me I guess this time, Im literally pouring them down the drain as we speak, but this wont happen again. . Rude. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was in charge. Super sad.

The staff here are always seriously so nice. We drive thru all the time. I read some of ther other reviews and yeah they were slow when they opened up but they have more than picked up their speed. The lobby is always clean and they gots da wifiiii.

Three people with me. Got drinks and snacks. Took forever to get our drinks. Went to the counter without my mask to ask where our drinks were. Got a rude remark about not having my mask on. Just took it off to eat my snack.

The staff is always extremely friendly. I visited again after not having been there for several months and they treat everyone like a regular which is nice and inviting! Love the cinnamon coffee cake! Ive only had a couple of hiccups here and there and I opt out of the drive-thru now as it seems to get longer and longer with every passing day.

The wonderful smell if fresh coffee on a nice cold day. Beautiful open seating area. Lots of different options. Very friendly staff. Clean and inviting. And most importantly great tasting coffee.

The line is always deep into the kohl’s parking lot, they are extremely slow at this location and the way the drive through is set up is dangerous for the cars with the volume they get.

I always receive the best service at this location. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Matt, Marisa and Russell are awesome but that doesnt mean the rest arent awesome also. Fast and friendly service and always clean.

The staff was friendly, the drinks were great. It has a wonderful atmosphere and lots of places to sit. They have a couple of large tables if youre doing computer work or school work.

The absolute worst service and longest wait I have ever had in any drive-thru experience!The server was delayed in taking our order, then got the order wrong. We were incredibly delayed in receiving initial wrong drink and every longer wait for replacement... for a simple single drink!We were in process for our single drink order over 15 minutes.Absolutely brutal experience. I will never go back to this Starbucks again!

This Starbucks is my go to coffee shop. The employees are always so kind and they all say hi when you walk in the door. Theyre quick and accurate which is a big thing when youre in a rush!

A lot of the baristas give me attitude for no real reason. This last time I ordered ahead. The line was to the street so when it got to my turn they asked me to wait and i said oh i just have a mobile order Ill pull forward and immediately got yelled at, asked to wait 3 more times and to hold on because were busy. Sorry i was trying to move your line out of the street? They were also incredibly rude when i got to the window. Another time someone stole my mobile order and i kept asking for a remake and getting questioned every time. This was during happy hour. I eventually gave up and left.

The Starbucks employees at this location are very nice and super helpful. They remember their regulars and what they order and they remember their names. Excellent customer service.

The guy that took our order was efficient and pleasant, the girl making the drinks didnt seem friendly at all and really talked down to her co- worker. She was kinda a rag and took forever ( well obviously not forever or wed still be standing there)to make 4 drinks. Not a big Starbucks fan anyway so dont see the need to go back.

Love my coffee and the staff is friendly. Many times the wait has been longer than you would expect. Last week or so its been better.

Great service, all the drinks were ready quickly and everything was correct. The store is huge and has good seating for groups of all sizes. It was a good finish to our visit to the Prescott area.

Friendly staff. The location is roomy and clean. I dont prefer Starbucks in general however this is one of the nicer locations.

Worst service Ive ever had at a starbucks, waited 25 minutes for 2 simple drinks and whoevers the girl was working the window needs some lessons in customer service. And the other lady saying that it wasnt her responsibility to make drinks. Not cool at all. We asked for a refund and will never come back to this location. Get some people that know what theyre doing.

I have traveled the country and Ive never had so many problems at Starbucks as Ive had at this one on multiple visits. Always something wrong, out of this out of that, long delays. Im always nice about it but it is frustrating when they could do a better job.

Starbucks....what can I say. I love it and it is delicious. They have everything from black coffee and tea to sugar packed beverages. I do not like the lunch menu. Everything I have tried was nasty. The breakfast menu is better but i really just go for the drinks. I love the very berry hibiscus tea and of course the iced carmel macchiato. If you go to Starbucks often you need to join their perks clubso you can earn points to get free drinks as well as free take home bags of coffee.

So nice, they make drinks, sell food. Smile alot and say hi. (Its a Starbucks, how am I supposed to review each one, unless of course they are truly terrible, like that one in California. Damn, just damn.)

This is a decent Starbucks with some pretty cool customers and nice employees. occasionally there is a long line, they mess up my drink, or they put it in a cup that wont keep a lid on. but other than that, they do pretty alright

Drinks were good. Employee at the drive-thru could not wait to get rid of you and shovel the drinks out. No smile no eye contact and didnt care.

Came to this location in the morning around 11-ish and it was a long line. The drive-thru line was very long but surprisingly it went by really fast. This could be due to the great workers inside the place. They looked to be on top of there customers. We placed a coffee order like every one else but when it comes to my coffee Im like my coffee customized. Some Starbucks locations get my order all wrong, but to my surprise they got my coffee just right. The drive-thru person was super friendly and welcoming which is a plus in my book. Great service that was fast and quick.

Internet is down. Staff is oblivious to customer service in that area. To stand and say I guess we could call again doesnt do it. A little training in this area may help in customer dissatisfaction. An internet provider who is on the ball would help also.

Drive thru service is fast, efficient & friendly. They are open later on Friday & Sat nights. Prices are comparable to other local coffee shops.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a drink and food. When I got to the window I noticed the drink was a small when I asked for a large. The man at the window asked the guy to remake it into a large and he said loudly enough for me to hear I asked her what she wanted! and was clearly annoyed. The man at the window said that the manager was out today so everyones running a muck. I recieved the correct size but the drink was clearly made incorrectly when I tasted it. So I parked and walked inside, they asked what was wrong now and I explained that it didnt taste right. Blame was passed on from one barista to the next, I got dirty looks and eyes rolled. No apology to me for their unnecessary attitude or the inconvenience to me. The teams lack of professionalism as a whole clearly reflects the lack of management their store has. It was a truly disappointing experience but I hope they can learn from their mistakes and take care of their customers and treat others the way they would like to be treated.

The employees are super friendly and genuine. Coffee is decent. Its the employees that keep me coming back though.

Starbucks has always been a favorite of mine especially if its a drive- thru, but this location I recommend going inside instead of the drive-thru, itll be faster.

Not sure if I even ever want to go back to the Starbucks. Number one it’s a newer store but it’s always dirty bathrooms are always dirty. Tables don’t seem to ever get washed. Because of that when I saw it was allowed for a couple to bring a bird in and set it on the table in a cage right next to me. I had to get up and go to another Starbucks. Knowing the table wouldn’t probably get washed and that could’ve been me sitting there next😖Also the service is very slow there every time I go in or in the drive-through.

This location has great baristas and is pretty wheelchair accessible. The doors arent automatic which was my only problem

I go here somewhat often, great service. One morning I was off to a rough start, it had snowed that morning and while scraping ice and snow off of my windshield, my wallet fell out of my pocket at home, but I didnt notice until I pulled up to the window and my breakfast and drink were already waiting at the window. I apologized and told the employee and she told me to wait a minute. She gave me my breakfast and chai anyways. The day started off pretty bad, but that one act of kindness really changed the mood for the day.

I just went for my Birthday on 3/30 and I was able to purchase different items I wanted & spent alot of money. I paid cash for every thing. I did get my birthday reward though. I had the 🌟 bucks application on my cellphone & a gift card and the 🌟 didnt get updated on my phones application to reach the gold level so I uninstalled my phone application when I got home. I was really disappointed.

They make a bacon and cheese egg bite here that is off the charts good.

Its adequate if you want a muffin. Not so much their coffee
