Total disappointment. I scheduled to have my windshield replaced (per my insurance companys recommendation), but found out Auto Glass Fitters are from Phoenix and they only send one person up North to do the jobs. Im in Prescott! They had to cancel replacing my windshield. This isnt completely their fault, my insurance companys third party scheduler (Lynx Services) knew I was in Prescott, not Phoenix! 4 Stars for Auto Glass Fitters courteous representative. Now on to Lynx Services to rate them for their dumb mistake. Hey, Insurance Companies!! Start using local vendors and services, not from the Valley!
