Amazing my daughter found all her birthday gifts there and loves everything she got!!!

Ok, let me first start by saying, I have been a hot topic customer since I was young... Which I now no longer am. However, walking into this store in the Gateway mall, the kid behind the counter was more concerned about whatever he was looking at on his phone, than acknowledging actual customers in the store... Wont be back to this one anyway...

Always cool stuff and usually a great sale going on. Staff is super helpful and friendly as well.

Yeah, yeah, yeah....I get it. If youre a metalhead you catch a grief for buying your shirts here. However, I have purchased some in the past that have become rare and highly collectable. The staff is usually very helpful as well.

The workers are very nice but the store requires way to much info just to buy something. Name, address, email, phone number, birthday!! Sorry, I wont shop there again.

Im from California and honestly I thought it was going to be the same but boy was I wrong. Everyone was so nice no attitude what so ever like in California, I loved it the employees were so helpful.

I shopped here for years and they have really nice and helpful employees, and extra points for music and products.

Forced us to create an account with name and private phone number in order to do a simple exchange. Seems like a scheme to get information. I can see maybe needing a phone number to prevent fraud, but signing up an entire account just for an exchange?! I call B/S...

The employees are always super helpful and nice. Sometimes the music can be a bit too loud but other than that you can find a lot of great merchandise in there.

Great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. They had a buy 2 get 2 piercings deal and the worker was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind about what to get. He was very kind as well, brought my stuff up to the register and then even gave me a coupon for next time. My brother and dad got something right before and he let me just put my purchase and my brothers points account. Made the transaction way quicker and easier. Definitely worth the stop.

Customer service was great for doing returns really helpful. The organization could be better in clearance sections. Great collection of everything cool but I didnt get greeted when I came in but Im not very important so....

When I lived in San Diego, I always loved going to Hot Topic. This one in Prescott has been a good exchange. I miss the ocean, but here, I still get that feel of acceptance and endless possibilities of happiness. It sucks theres only one changing room, so it can take a while to try stuff on. The employees are helpful and friendly. I feel taken care of, and they check up on how things are going, but arent annoying about it. Love coming here, especially with friends.

This store offers a unique experience. It is definitely for the younger set but all ages can enjoy it. Staff is very helpful and nice.

I love stopping at Hot Topic. The staff is always very helpful and they have the cutest clothing and accessories. I shop in store as well as online and never have had an issue with anything I have purchased. If you are looking for anime, Disney, or cool Funko Pops....you should check out Hot Topic.

This is the best Hot Topic I have ever visited (and I have visited far too many). The person working the check out was great. She helped my son and I find the brand of tshirt my husband loves.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful. They have more merchandise than Phx stores.

Great The Office Apparel

We have 4 kids they went above beyond to help us. They found us coupons I didnt even know I had and points I didnt even know I had. We are not from Prescott we just visit there we will come back again!

The store is plenty stocked, thats for sure. In fact thats my issue, its a little TOO stocked and crowded. However the staff are so friendly that they make up for any unpleasantness. They also have PLENTY of the pop characters.

This is a really cool place to shop unique items. Its always changing and they always have a lot of good deals and sales going on every week or every couple weeks if youre looking for something clothing-wise at unique they should have it plus they have a nice selection of random things

I have to give them credit for staying open in this little nowhere town. The staff are nice, the selection is mediocre, but hey, when youre an hour or more from the nearest alternative, you deal with it. Other than that, its just about the only reason to go to that dead excuse for a mall Prescott has.

I love that store but their band t-shirts are getting worse and worse, theyre not even punk or emo bands, they have Poppy and One Direction and 5SOS, I loved when they had MIW and PTV, I wish they had more hardcore bands like Halestorm, just a bigger selection would be nice

The manager just told me and my husband that we never buy anything but we are always there. It seemed like poor customer service to say that considering we buy something once every other week or more. It looks like well be doing our HT shopping online from now on.
