The owner is an extremely understanding and a sweet gal. She was able to resolve an issue I had in no time. She displayed making things right in a way i wish all stores did. Brandi was very eager to help me out and get things figured out. I will definitely be returning to the store. Their attire is extremely fashionable and cute as well.

Billie was absolutely amazing. I came in 20 minutes to close trying to find a pair of pants since mine ripped. She helped me dig through men’s and women’s trying to help me find the perfect pair! She’s amazing and I’ll be back specifically because of her!

Great selection of boots and jeans.

The girls there were rude, and laughed when I didnt realize something on the pin pad, and were no help at all. It seems that when my friend and I were shopping around they were making fun of us, whispering and giving us sideways looks, I was uncomfortable there and wont go back. Also when I had to ask a question they responded as if I was a nuisance, to my knowledge that is NOT good customer service.

Great place to be, friendly staff. I always feel like a big shot here, they really treat me like family.

This is my favorite shop in Prescott, they have unique high quality stuff from clothes to boots to furniture. Definitely worth checking out!

Went to the checkout with 3 items. 2 pairs of shorts which were on a 70% off rack. Was told my total and asked if the shorts were 70% off like the entire rack said and Kayla told me only 50% off. I advised her the rack said 70% and she said there is a sign back there that says shorts and Jeans 50%. I went back and looked again. No such sign. She told me its there somewhere but she hasnt worked in a week. Must have fallen overagain, no sign. I took one pair off my purchase over the principle of mislabeled sales and argumentative clerk.

I bought a shirt that was for my wedding. When I got the shirt home my fiance hated it so I attempted to return it. Apparently they only give store credit. When I bought the shirt the sign with the return policy was covered up. When I expressed my concern to the girl behind the counter, she was too busy straightening her hair to care. I am really not impressed. I bought the shirt less than 24 hours before. If you sell the product in the store and the person has the reciept, you need to return the money. Period. Work it out
