I have purchased several high quality products from furniture to fabric. Sadly, empty promises made, poor communication and follow through occurred on my most recent purchase. . When nicely giving feedback to rep Sandy that the circumstances of undelivered promised parts to my new chairs were understandable but the manner of communication ( lots of excuses, no regret or apology for the inconvenience) was disappointing she hung up on me. The rep Sandy conveys that the business perspective is the only one that matters. Not the customer. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing..

My husband and I have purchased 2 sofas and a chair from Bella Furnishings. We love them! Quality and service is outstanding. Owners Lisa and Cam are great to work with, no pressure, greaf people skills, and they know their products and you cant help wanting to do business with them. We took our friends into the show room (more like a gallery) today, and our woman friend who has been in interior design for years said that is the most beautiful and tasteful showroom Ive ever seen!
