We went in today hoping to find a good deal, and something to use our discount coupon on. While the cashier had never seen our type of coupon before, the manager stepped in and quickly helped us out. She even took off more than the value of the coupon! We got a great deal! Another happy and return customer!

I just have to say that Joshua Marshall is the BEST guy to go to when shopping in the store. My husband owns several older vehicles (40 years old and up!), and when hes gone in to ask for help regarding parts, other employees there were rude, argumentative, and not willing to go above and beyond to help him. Joshua Marshall however, has ALWAYS greeted us with a smile, asked us if we were finding things ok, and if we needed help. He goes above and beyond, and doesnt just treat people like an everyday customer. He treats us like were his friends, and makes conversation with us, and really has a way of making us feel welcomed, and appreciated. I used to work in retail myself, and working with the general public can be difficult, so I understand bad days. However, there is a fine line between a bad day, and just being just plain rude, and treating people like they are a bother to the employees who would rather play on their phone, and who want the money they make, but they dont care at all about the job they do. Joshua Marshall is the reason we keep going back to that store, and when you are treated like a friend, and someone goes above and beyond to help you, that says a lot about what good customer service is all about. The managers here are horrible! Very very rude and disappointed. Manager hung up on my husband the manager followed me a woman out of the store and threatened me, told me he would delete my account and warranty and I wasnt welcome in the store anymore!. Horrible horrible dont recommend!

Overall a great place to buy automotive fluids and parts at a low price. Some of their parts are lower in quality, but they do offer parts that are higher in quality than their store brand. Customer service isnt the best in town, but the associates at least get the job done.This is also a great place to rent tools. You can rent many pricey specialty tools for free that you would most likely not keep in your garage.

This store has by far some of the best service in the area. I can simply walk in and greet someone on shift. Tell them what i need and they will take me right to it. I have also found they usually carry the odd ball tools i end up needing.

Long story. Blew a radiator on a Sunday driving from Denver to Sacramento. Needed one asap to get back to base. Earliest they can get it is Monday morning. Ok, fine. Never shows up. The hub is making excuses, etc. Store manager himself drove up to Salt Lake to get the radiator. Got back & compensated me for the lost time. Never met such a good group of guys. Very nice, very friendly! Definitely earned my business! Highly recommend!!

Back on January 7, my wife and I were on the way back to Texas from Salt Lake City in a company truck when a pulley went bad which also took out the crankshaft position sensor. I nursed the truck to the AutoZone in Price, Utah, where they had the pulley and crank sensor in stock. The sales associate, David, and other store personnel assisted by helping me with the tool loan program and coming out to the parking lot to check on my progress. They took the time to make sure my wife was comfortable and basically made a very lousy situation at least tolerable. After a few hours we were back on the road to Texas, thanks to the crew at AutoZone. They went above and beyond standard customer service and provided what was needed, when it was needed, to get us back on the road.

You asked for a certain address to AutoZone on the web and they have you jumping through hoops, just to get to the store that you already requested.

Helpful staff and knowledge of what I needed was a bonus!

Good selection, nice mix of everything ya need, seem to have parts on hand in my experience. The staff thou not all that knowledgeable (usually) are very friendly and eager to be of assistance. There is an oriley across the street, I have been to both and definently recomend this one first.

Store didnt have what I needed in stock, so I would have to call or go back tomorrow to order what I needed so that I would maybe get the part on Saturday. This store had the same things in stock that I had already seen at the local Walmart, which is kind if lame for an auto parts store😑

The parts guy doesnt know how to look up commercial accounts. He didnt know what a distributor cap and condenser was. When we tried to talk to manager he got mad and told us not to call his employees dumb and asked us to leave. Considering canceling my commercial account and moving all purchases to Napa.

All AutoZones Ive been to usually have what I need. If not they order it right away or bring it in from another store that same day. I stopped at this one for a few parts on my way back to Utah valley.

These guys go out of their way to help you. We had a problem with our alternator and they walked us through changing it out step by step so we could get home.
