I purchased an alternator for my sons 1991 Ford Ranger about 6 months ago. The alternator died so I went back to Advanced and spoke with Jay. We stopped in and picked up a new one. We had the new one installed and took the core back. He refunded my card the same day we took the core back. The service was great and I appreciate their knowledge and having the part in-stock.
