I didn’t think I would write a review for 711 because other employee’s are a bit rude. But me and my friend were having some problems with her card. Also the machine was not working either. But we have never encountered a cashier so nice and generous before. I believe the cashiers name was Freddie. Basically Me and my friend were buying snacks and her card got declined. She had enough cash on it but it was not working because of the machine. The cashier was very kind and extremely nice. Freddie ended up paying for the three items we weren’t going to buy and gave them to us before we left. I don’t think I’ll ever forgot this Cr of kindness. Definitely will be coming back! Also Freddie deserves a raise!!!!

Store never has enough people working. Never up to date with Funko Pops, which they sell. Slurpee machine always a hit or miss with being in service.

Good prices also respectfully staff. But the area where the hot dog, chicken and all the other hot food is extremely dirty. Keep the eye on that.

I find the staff to always be friendly and helpful. I am greeted with a smile and they will often run to open the door for me to get my double stroller through the door. They encourage me to input my phone number to earn points. I read the other reviews and was completely surprised that they are negative.

Worst customer service ever experience in my life! Just wanted an empty cup to fill ARIZONA ICE TEA purchase over the counter to put it in ICE to drink it later, they charge me 2 bucks for 1 empty cup. How ridiculous!! I dont recommend this place for anything.

The customer service was terrible. My friends and i were about to buy a pairs of shades, when a lady who worked at the place yelled at us to put the shades back and leave even though we had just bought food and drinks at the place and were technically customers.

Its always well stocked and the staff is the friendliest of any 7-11 Ive been to, no idea where all the one star reviews are coming from but I have a feeling it is the kind of people that live in Princeton being resistant to any kind of change or chain restaurant 😑

We called to see if they had a product and he said that he wasnt going to move and that we should come get it. Even after we told him we lived 30 minutes away. When we asked for him to go check he just hung up on us. (previous times we have gone there and gotten 1 less dollar then we shouldve)

The gas station attendant said he can do whatever he wants after overpumping gas
