This place is only a pharmacy. Just avoid going there for anything. I wanted buy something but the self service only policy prevented me from purchasing. I just left the items on the counter. I will go the supermarket 5 minutes down the road.

Manager clearly wasnt wearing mask correctly. Went there to get photos developed but they keep your negatives and give a cd instead. Thats really creepy. Where do the negatives go???? I dont want someone keeping my family photos.

Anna at the photo dept went extra mile to make sure the passport photo would meet the official requirements proactively. Even though when she was extremely busy helping other customers, she took the time to help me and other customers with patience and smile. Thank you Anna.

The ability of the pharmacy staff to handle anything outside of basic script filling seems to be non-existent (e.g., insurance authorizations).

This pharmacy is always busy. The staff does their best to keep up with the value though. They answer your questions, get you your prescriptions when you want them, and even give helpful advice. Once when a prescription came highly priced, they told me to get a coupon from the Internet and come back. They refunded me the money and ran the purchase again a few days later to save me money.

Great prices on puppy pee pads. I use them when I don’t want to get out of bed. Just roll over and pee on the floor. Soaks everything right up.

Staff in the pharmacy will not notify in advance if theres an issue with a prescribed medication. My insurance changed and when I asked them to update it, the pharmacist said she wouldnt update it unless theres a prescription to be filled. WHAT?! NO! You can and should do it as soon as you are told to update it. The rewards machine NEVER works. Someone seriously needs to talk to, train, or make some staff changes in the pharmacy department. Very disappointing.

The pharmacy staff is horrible! My prescription was sitting there for one month and every time I inquired about it, I got 5 different answers from 5 people. For example, I was told my insurance card was not up to date so I drove over and one of the assistants told me it was up to date. Still my prescription was not processed through insurance. I called again and was told by another person that I need to drive there and present my current insurance card. I called again and whoever answered the phone told me it was not covered by my insurance policy (and I got confirmation from my insurance company that it is covered). Till now I still have no idea whether and when I will get my medication. Quite an eye-opening experience with the provocatively unprofessional staff from one of the largest pharmacies in the country

I have never been to a CVS with such rude and incompetent staff, particularly in the pharmacy. I used to use this location regularly for my prescriptions but have had everything moved to another location as I cannot support this store.

I just called in to ask a simple question about changing the address for a photo order and to cancel a photo order. Ebony, The manager, gave me an attitude and seemed bothered, as though I asked her for a tiramisu recipe. She told me to call 1800 cvs and hung up before even asking for my name or order number. I called back to ask how she can cancel my order without any information, and she simply said or yelled I dont need your information. She must be some sort of a psychic to know which orders to cancel.

Pharmacy seems to always have ample help behind the counter, but its as if they intently try to not help the customers. There could be people standing around with a huge line at the pharmacy, yet no one steps over to help.

Pharmacy staff is not well trained, they have ignored my request to be notified if there is a problem with a refill, and I have been forced to buy LIST PRICE because they didnt tell me about a refusal to fill by the insurance company, and I was out of meds. DO NOT USE this place!!

This is *the worst* mess I have ever seen in *any* business. Every time I have a prescription filled there - it goes several times between my doctor and the phramacy and they are always wrong. Basically it takes a day to get your prescription done. I just finished one - and this was my last! No more this location and no more CVS!Manager has to be fired, this is serious problem.

This pharmacy might be the worst ever. English is a second language for most of the staff and they treat their customers with indifference. I have transferred my prescriptions to Hopewell Pharmacy which is still a family owned business and treats their customers like they want them to come back.

Every time I walk into this CVS to pick up a prescription, there is an issue. Most recently, I picked up a prescription that was supposed to have 14 capsules. Turns out they only gave me 12, and I had to go back to retrieve the other 2.Additionally, on Friday 12/2, my Dr. told me she would be calling in a second round of antibiotics to pick up. When I went in on Monday, 12/5, I was told there was nothing there even though I mentioned my doctor called it in Friday.Tuesday, 12/6, I went in to retrieve the 2 capsules left out of my original prescription, and even though I had not had time to call my doctor during the day I figured Id ask about the new prescription.. Maybe my doctor just ran out of time Friday and couldnt call it in until Monday. The rep that I spoke with checked the system and there was a prescription that had been on hold for me since Friday 12/2!Despite the convenience of the location of this CVS, I most likely will be changing my pharmacy because they cannot seem to get their ducks in a row.

Worst pharmacy ever. Freqently have to wait 4 days for them to order in the meds, and even then they frequently promise them and then dont deliver. Have beeen giving CVS our business for at least 20 years; this local CVS pharmacy is very poorly managed; will be moving our business to Rite Aid, even though CVS is near our home and Rite Aid is considerably further away. Its worth the drive.

I had several negative experiences when my prescription was lost or mismanaged. This seems to be the modus operandi in this pharmacy.PS. I had another case of mismanaged prescription. I am switching permanently to the online pharmacy - OptimumRX and recommend you to do the same.

Worst pharmacy ever! I came in with very severe pain, I couldn’t even walk . They gave my card to someone else then told me my insurance was canceled. I called my provider only to be told they were wrong then I waited another hour to get it fill. Don’t go there they may kill you ...Verina and AJ worst ever

Terrible pharmacy service at drive thru. They ask you to come in because pharmacist needs to sign off on medication. Rx was phoned in two hours in advance, when got there was told nonsense... But when you dont need a refill they have the automated system calling you that med is ready.
