Well these folks at this center totally took care of me and my pickup. They understood how valuable my truck is and that it is made right after being hit and damaged. From the paint, many body parts, tires, and ensuring the frame and all components are still straight and not bent. I was really hard on them to make the paying insurance company did not short change me. I was a bit difficult to them, but never rude. These guys are true professionals and know how to make it right again. They made it happen and made it right. That is priceless and important. I will always now be a customer with them. I recommend this shop! Jim is great to work with, and everyone here takes great care of your vehicle. My truck needed some paint and repair work done. It was finished after only 2 weeks and looks better than ever before!

They were super cool. And super helpful. Talk to the manager if you need something taken care of thats important. He is nice, fair and he will genuinely listen to what you have going on and try to work with you to get your car back on the road.

They helped fix my car in one week! This is the fastest service i have ever received! Most auto shops take over a month to schedule and another two weeks to get the work done, but these guys were great! They even drove me home after dropping off my car for service! Well reasonable prices! I highly recommend this shop for their quick and quality service you will not find elsewhere!

I was stuck later in the evening after accidentally locking my keys in my trunk. They got to me and got my car open in 15 minutes, saved the day! All for a very reasonably price. Thank you SO much!!

Fantastic service. Triple A came out and couldn’t get my car to start and left so I called these guys. He tried to get my car to start and called around to see if any shops could get me in same day. The only place in town I found to replace a shattered in window. They were all very nice and very helpful. They offered to keep my car in their garage and gave me a loaner car, for no additional price, when they realized it might not be the safest to have a car without a window parked outside. They were very thorough with getting all the glass out of the door panel. They even vacuumed out the entire car. Also, they had it done within one day. Great workers, great attention to detail, amazing costumer care.Thanks guys :)

I took my car in for a cracked windshield. An additional part was needed and they kept me informed about their progress with the repair. My car was very clean when I picked it up - so appreciated that extra touch!! I would definitely return for any future work.

Owner is very nice. Easy to schedule and got the work done really fast. Surprise to see the car very clean inside and outside. By the way, their price was the lowest I quoted.

Overall they are decently good people. I had to pay one of their drivers not to tow my vehicle, but after finding out that the situation was not handled correctly and the steps taken were actually against the law I was very upset. After calling one of the owners (Wes) at the Pullman location and explaining the situation I didn’t initially get good feedback. However Wes’s employees spoke very highly of him and I feel that he really was a nice guy just having a bad day. That being said I was able in contact with the owner of the shop over in Moscow (Mark) and he was very very helpful about the situation. Mark was very kind and respectful and really did try to help he ended up offering us a 50% refund which was honestly a better deal than having to try to deal with small claims court.

I was hit by a deer driving to work in my Volvo. I could still drive it though it was beat up all along the drivers side and I head some tire scraping on the wheel well when I made extreme right turns. My insurance company recommended Auto Body Super Center in Pullman so I drove it there on a Thursday morning before opening. I had it back by the evening of the eighth day, including waiting for parts.Besides the almost seamless process I had dealing with my insurance and the shop, I really appreciated the convenience I felt with the text updates to my phone, with the option to stop if I didnt want it (so if youre charged for texts you can decline it). I got messages when they started, when they were just over 50% done, when they were almost done, and when they completed the work and would be ready for me to pick it up. I still called before I went to get it, but I liked this because it was important information, but not so important as to interrupt whatever I was doing at work with a phone call.One minor issue, but not worth taking away a star, was even after the accident I had no check engine lights but when I started it up after the work I had one. I had to go to an auto parts store to read it and reset it. It turned out to be very minor code, which I believe for my car was particular to their repair of the mirror. I feel that would be something easy to address at the shop with an OBD scanner before releasing it to me, but again very happy with the service overall.When it comes time for me to do some voluntary work on my other vehicle, I will definitely use them in the future.

Last Tuesday I awake to a flat tire. Auto Body Super Center exceeded my expectations on getting my tire changed. Id been told an hour, (which I was fine with) they arrived in 10 minutes. AWESOME!

Amazing service--above and beyond! Someone smashed into my bumper in the WSU parking lot, and my insurance company called Auto Body Super Center for a tow. There were no rental cars available anywhere in Pullman (not Hertz, not Enterprise, not anyone) so I could have been stuck there for a few days. Fortunately John, the tow truck driver, confirmed that the car was drivable and didnt need a tow. He put a zip tie on the bumper so it would hold together well enough for the trip back. Thank you, John and Auto Body Super Center, for helping me to get back home! Based on their great service, Id call them again if needed.

An awesome team! Everyone was very helpful and nice and obviously care about their customers. They explained everything to me and called back just like they said they would. Someone ran into my tail-light so I needed the cover replaced. The bulb was also out. They gave me a new lightbulb on the house and also a discount for paying in cash! The service was also quick and I was helped immediately. Very happy and will recommend to anyone that needs work on their car. 5/5 Thank you!:)

Over thanksgiving break I left my car in Pullman. Came back to my front window shield smashed in, I called around for pricing and the Auto Body Super Center was by far the cheapest. In fact, by over a hundred dollars compared to the next best competitor. I called them, they ordered the glass, fixed my car the following day. I would encourage to call around and check prices because some places can get different parts for cheaper but my experience with the Super Center was perfect. Very well mannered and polite workers and seemed to understand financial situations with students. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely go back to these guys in the future.

Auto Body Super Center and their mob of employed drivers continually stalk student apartment complexes.Sneakily, again over 2019 spring break while we were away visiting family, Auto Body Super Center stole many of our legally parked student vehicles and impounded all of them for ransom. When we returned (weeks after break), Auto Body Super Center again charged us EACH $450 to release our vehicles.Another frustrating part is Auto Body Super Center business drove the towed vehicles only 1-2 miles away from where they stole each the vehicles! These guys are by far the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond, and even above that. I cannot explain how awesome my experience was from start to finish! Wes is such a nice guy, and by far the easiest guy to work with I have ever ran into period. He kept me in touch throughout the process. The staff is always ready to assist you as soon as you walk through the door. These guys make it seem like you are just talking to good friend when they help you, and never pushed anything on you like some other mechanics or companies do. I had a previous dent in my car from an unrelated accident, and fixed it for me no charge. He even offered to have me bring my car in a couple of days later to follow up and check my fluid to make sure nothing was leaking. They topped off all my fluid, did an incredible job cleaning my car which I was not expecting (even better than the detailers you pay). My car felt brand new when I got it. The brakes felt brand new, the steering wheel felt better, and my car looked brand new. They were fast and had great prices. Im almost happy I got into an accident because I found a great company anytime I need work done. You will not be disappointed if you bring your car here!

They were very kind and accommodating; the owner even gave me a ride when Enterprise failed to pick me up. Im not an autobody expert, but the mechanics at Jess Ford approved of their repair job. Cant speak to the cost because insurance covered it.

I just had a flat tire and Bobby came out with a tow truck. He was quick, he was professional, and kind. I have an expensive sports coupe and he knew what the heck he was doing... he picked it up and set it down like a baby. I had my VW Passat towed over to them after having an accident with it and issues with another body shop. They were very professional and did whatever they could to get me back on the road. I was quoted for the damages and was allowed to bring in parts to keep the price down. After I got my car back, I was amazed by the craftsmanship and the paint job they did on the new bumper. It was as if I didnt even have the accident in the first place. If I ever need body work, which I hope I dont need again, I will surely be back!

Wes and his team did a really good job fixing my Subaru. They were pretty quick considering how busy they were and were very friendly.

Very expensive, tried to overprice me for something I got fixed at another auto body center in Moscow. Even though I had full coverage insurance I made it clear I was going to pay full in cash. Was estimated for 2800 when the auto body in Moscow was 800. Don’t know why they estimated that, maybe because they were trying to charge my insurance that.
