A nice, clean store with a diverse selection of products. They carry face masks and clothes for all four seasons. They have dog, baby, and children merchandise in addition to regular men/women/uni-sex merchandise. They are not too crowded and it is easy to find parking.

Thought it was a little overpriced. $32 for a cap.

The in-store experience here is 5/5 rating with great selection, easy to park, great alumni discounts, etc. but I only give 4 stars due to my online shopping experiences. Twice now I spent time shopping the online platform and ordering items only to receive an email several days later that some items were unavailable and cancelled. The manager has made it right both times by reaching out with a gift card, discount, etc. but it is something to be aware of if you are shopping online with a time sensitive product need.

I couldnt decide between a 3 or a 4 start. Their clothing is more expensive than at the college bookstore but their non-clothing items are cheaper. I chose 3 instead of 4 just because clothing is a good 80% of the merchandise.Buy your non-clothing items here.

The Crimson & Gray is the off-campus store featuring products produced by or in associated with the Washington State University (WSU), Pullman, WA. I have visited this merchant when visiting my granddaughter, during the time she was a student. Besides purchasing WSU, Pullman clothing items, I have purchased the Cougar Cheeses, including their famous Gold.

Overpriced completely and everything is brand name and sold at a premium price. Im willing to change my review if they learn to give more reasonable prices for the students that are going to the school.

Always something to buy and I love that they have online shopping now too.

This would be because sales tax is determined by the address of the physical business and not by the customers residence. As it is everywhere. I felt the need to clarify this...this place is getting a bad rap for only negative people leave reviews.

As most students know College books are expensive, and sometimes a pain in the butt to find the correct edition online in time for class.Crimson and Grey has fair prices for book rentals and used books for 25% and 50% of the new book price, respectively. If you are an SFCC or WSU student they can find the books you need just by telling them your classes.Cash offered for book buy-backs was decent, about 25%-40% depending on condition.My only problem was when I didnt return a rented book on time which was frustrating. They charged my bank account for the full price of the book new, sales tax, and a fee.Although they did refund everything except the fee when I talked with the manager there, which I thought was more than fair of them to do and was very satisfied with the customer service.My overall experience there was a positive one and I recommend Crimson and Grey.

I recently ordered an item from this store and was called later that day by an unhelpful employee named Kristen who said they were out of stock on my item and that I would be refunded the next day. She left a message saying to call back with any questions. I tried to call back but the line was busy. Thanks for the false advertising.
