Every time I come in here she is super awesome, professional, and has a very positive demeanor and excellent customer service! You have a gem here and she deserves all of the wonderful blessings and recognition that Walmart has to offer her. She really went out of here way for me, and I really appreciate that.Also to your super awesome cashier Niccolo, what a stunning personality to have at the front end of your store representing your company. Best Walmart in the PalouseBeautiful view of WSU Pullman and surrounding Hills, however no camping in the lot for games due to parking lot can not hold the weight and it slides down the hill

No one elses shelves are empty. Going to day that suppliers are delivering to organizations that actually pay them.

This Walmart was clean and in stock the associates at 10 pm were so helpful and very friendly we will definitely drive to Pullman to shop more often

Not so good regardless of my state of mind I am treated the same way and its very frustrating. If you only treat me like a degenerate even when I have not acted in such a way then no matter what I do I will always be that in your store.... So maybe try and treat people with respect and compassion and understanding and see what you catch...u might be surprised

I am on vacation from Colorado visiting my daughter and a screw came loose from my glasses causing the lens to fall out. I went in to just get readers to get through the trip, but Juanita and another associate had me sit down while they repaired the stripped screw and then tightened up the rest. Thank you so much for saving the trip.

I came in late for a new Vacuum, and the Associate Chris was amazing and grabbed one for me from the stocking stacks! He was very patient and nice and had great customer service. Thank you for your help!! Great store with great associates :)

I wish I could give zero stars. If I had any other affordable grocery shopping options in my small town I would NEVER shop here and give them my hard earned money. Employees are nice and helpful but overall I would not recommend Walmart to my worst enemy.

Quick trip in & out. The store had been hit hard from all of the college kids moving into the university. We still found what we needed.

My go to place for everything. The store is clean and organized, and groceries are very affordable. I enjoy ordering on the Walmart app and picking up groceries at curbside, it’s really convenient.

Its a walmart so lots to choose from usually but theyre definitely understocked / out of a lot of essential items like cleaning supplies, home furnishings, etc. Probably due to students coming back for the fall but that should be expected on their part!

I dislike walmart in general but this store has its redeeming qualities. The staff is almost always kind and helpful, their clearances are the best Ive seen at a walmart and for a smaller store they try their best. Do not go looking for star wars collectables because they pretty much never have any other then lego.

For the most part this is a great Walmart. I don’t like that people can no longer park their RV’s overnight anymore thanks to the college kids and their inability to clean up after themselves. I like the selection and variety of items that is offered at this Walmart too. I also like that you can still do photos at this location if you order online.

I feel like every cart needs a good scrub and someone to grease wheels. Always have an issue with the card readers even with brand new cards. Staff is helpful.

Location of this Walmart is really nice, especially the location looks pretty right during sunset. This Walmart is pretty small but has variety of stuffs, some of the products are not available all year round, apparently the missing items can be found in their Moscow branch, which would be inconvenient if you cant drive down to Moscow to get the items same day, or else you can get the items delivered to you after a few days. The staffs here are very helpful. What I also like is the contact less delivery of Walmart+ service that is really great for items coming from this shop, but again the delivery timing are generally than afternoon.

Nice and clean. Low on stock but that was most likely due to being in a college town and students were moving in.

Then please and helpers there seem to treat it like its their home and make you feel like youre at home theyre very insightful and knowing whether items are and how much they cost and where you can find them youre very very good for being accessible thank you

Good and friendly staff. We were having an issue with a money gram and the girl was super patient and eager to help us figure out what was happening and why we were having issues. We had to call the customer service for money gram and she helped us throughout the whole process. Thanks!!!

As Walmarts go, although this one is fairly newish looking, a bit smaller than expected. They did have lots of great clearance items and plenty of security guards to follow me around. A lady in self-scan seemed overly interested in my scanning and came too close to me to observe my transactions.so STANDARD area Wally World type

This review is as a customer and a worker.As a worker, this place gets 1 star. They are vile and treat their staff like they are golems that will work until they break, then discarded. They should be ashamed of how they treat their staff in this day and age.Aa a customer, this is one of the better stores. Ive had very few bad experiences here and they really do go above and beyond to help a customer. I would give 5 stars for that side of things.I havent visited the Pullman one enough to give a detailed opinion. They are bigger than Moscows Walmart, so they have more. But many of their items are slightly more expensive. So its a tradeoff.

Surprising variation of goods and better selection than most Walmarts that Ive been to, not sure why that is. Not crowded, no lines and the employees were super helpful and nice. And no one got mad at me for playing kick ball with my little girl with the bouncy soccer balls! For that I give them a 5 star!

Store is filthy and poorly stocked. Only one set of self check open and no cashiers at all.

Often the least expensive option and can get groceries and most other retail items. Even for that Christmas sweater contest.

It was a little crowded. But things were easy to find. We did self check out even with a full cart. Which I love. I will always recommend shopping here. They have almost everything you need all the time. There will always be a time something you want is sold out. But the staff is friendly too. Making sure you found everything you needed.

Its Wal-Mart, not much to describe. On weekends theyre packed and you have the typical people that youd find at one of their locations.

It’s a pretty typical Walmart. Great produce and very clean and organized, even with the mass amount of college kids that frequent here. Great selection for pretty much everything you need on a budget.

Some of the employees are rude and run your children over the store manager was super helpful I dont recommend going if its back to school or a football game there is usually nothing on the shelves

The store was very dirty and many shelves were empty. The produce department was full of rotting molded fruit.

Fairly normal time at walmart. The staff were nice and helped me find some of the items I was looking for. Some tech items were a good deal but others like usb drives are a worse price than online stores.

Pullman Walmart is one of the cleanest facilities Ive ever been to.

This Walmart is definitely nicer than any other Walmart that I have been to. At the end of the day, its a corporate superstore but all other Walmarts that Ive been to are definitely darker and dirtier. I have had good experiences with the retail staff at this store and they have provided me with good insight. I didnt rate it 5 stars because its nothing special. Its a good place to shop with average prices.

About as decent as most Wal-Marts. Shelves is occasionally empty. Clean most of the time. Not a bad experience as a customer. Have had worse experiences as an associate, but not by much.

We had ordered everything we needed and got to the store about an hour and a half later. They had a hard time finding our on line order, then said they couldnt pull it yet and we had to wait our turn, and then when we tried to cancel the order they said we couldnt because it was being pulled. We got everything we needed in the end, and the person who delivered it to our car was really nice, so it made up for it.

I was looking for a pool for the hot weather. Called the store to make sure there were some in stock and ‘reserved’ one before I driving over. Once I got there I was told that they didn’t have it and all of the other pools are out of stock. Waste of time.

So yes, the sign outside states “face masks required” (obviously Walmart is a big company and that is protocol) but I have stood there and watched the staff turn a complete blind eye to costumers wandering around in plain sight without any type of covering on. Everyone has to grocery shop, including chronically ill and elderly. I know it sucks to have to enforce basic science but that is your job now, please do it.

I have been to three Walmarts . I love the one in clarkston Washington and the one in Pullman Washington...... i go to the local store at least two or three days a week and I dont have any problems except that they never have enough amigos to go around. I have to use it because I have issues with my hips...... I had to walk all over the store and I am paying for it now....

Rudest customer service I’ve ever been around. I get you have rules to check cashing and the fact you couldn’t cash all 3 valid payroll checks isn’t the issue. She said they couldn’t cash more than one. But they tried two and both worked. As the first two worked my wife asks politely if we could try to run the 3rd just to see and the workers response is it’s not going to work so no, that’s life deal with it. Are you kidding me. If that wasn’t enough I come up with my also valid payroll check and before I can even say more than a couple words I’m told ummmm yeah we can’t cash yours either it doesn’t have an address. Again it’s not the rules that make me mad. It’s how happy they were to refuse service. I don’t expect to be talked down to by anyone, much less someone who’s technically there to help me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Just got my groceries this afternoon, the prices are good.

Can work on friendliness for employees not an A+ but still very good, Excellent sales, get $5 sale shoes a lot, cheap prices, and Im amazed at the quality and style matching many top styles of brand name clothing of even shoes, boots and slippers!

Big and clean and decent customer service. No confirmation on truck(semi)parking and I got in and out so I didnt overnight it. Ask management and Im sure they can tell you if its ok

Was able to find several things I was looking for plus ideas for next time I visit.

Not overly crowded at that time. Crews working to stock shelves that already seemed pretty well-stocked. Arrows on floor to direct traffic, when more people are in the store. Several times employees asked if I was finding everything I wanted which was very nice.

The cheapest place to buy groceries and other commodities

This was an amazing experience for me. Everyone was so friendly and I got greeted by so many smiling faces and easily found exactly what I was looking for.
