The staff here make you feel welcome no matter the rider. Everyone from the brand new rider to the A+ bike crew can find what they need. The front desk staff recommend the best value equipment and let you know what you need for safety and comfort. Great tech staff too! They explain all the features and ensure your bike is maintained well.
I cant tell you how many times Ive driven to this shop thinking I was going to need something only to be told Inwas wrong. They dont up sell. They give you what you need and the prices on service are excellent. Love them, they have continued to earn my business.
Gerald and Vinnie are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I called to see if they could inspect a used bike I bought recently and they took the time to fit me in same-day. Im new to the sport and they slowed down and explained things to me as they went. Very customer focused and friendly people - Ill be a repeat customer!
Gives good advice on upgrades. They also have a quick turn around for repairs.
I rode several bikes before i made my purchase. Bill was patient, and worked with me, so that I would be happy with the bike I chose. Dont buy a bike until you have a chance to see what they have to offer. Good bikes and a fair price.
Stopped in today after mtb ride to check out the shop. I was in the market for a new helmet, glasses, and bike rack. Nothing sparked my interest. I asked the front desk how much are tune ups as it has been a while, he said a basic is $30, full is $120, and pro is $250. He said I could bring in my bike and they will give it a look and see what it needs. Nice guy in the back looked at my bike, tighten my handle bars, checked my shifter and derailers, and took it for a test ride. He said my “your bike is fine.” Ahh yeah I know. I pointed out (he did not notice) that my dropper post doesn’t fully come up on its own. They removed the seat and said “we don’t know how to fix it, but we can fix if you leave it here.” Hmmmm I’m pretty handy and can turn a wrench. “I’m sorry, I’ll take care of that myself.” I was charged $30 plus tax. Not sure exactly what I paid. Note to self, only bring your bike into a bike when there is something wrong.
Employees are solid, they are fine, so this review excludes them, but this chain is poorly managed it seems. Nothing is kept well stocked. Items are constantly shared and transferred between stores in a way that makes no sense.Bike service is good, no complaints to note there, but shopping for gear such as bike racks and the like, you’ll have extremely limited options.
Wonderful buying experience today! Went in mainly to get information, but ready to buy if I found what I needed for our bikes. Bill (?) was very helpful, walking me through all of the options for bike racks and explaining what the difference features offered. He even looked up a compatibility chart on the manufacturers websites to determine if there was a rack that would fit both of our cars. While I spent most of this process with just the one guy, everyone there was very helpful and made sure I felt comfortable with what I was getting into. Thanks!
Took a bike in to get a tune up, new tires, and basically a good goin over... Chris (@ service) was a huge help, got started on the bike within minutes after arriving & had us back in the Greenway, same day (not sure thats standard, so prob shouldnt expect that, but it worked out)! The entire staff was super friendly & willing to help, but so intimidating or pushy.. Great experience..
These guys are amazing. They do wonderful work and go the extra mile for customers
Top notch and friendly. They do what you need and give you options versus suggesting more than you might need like other places.
Super helpful! They were able to help me track down apart for my old bicycle. Thank you Vinny!
The only bike shop worth going to. Wouldn’t waste my time anywhere else. BMX FRIENDLY!
Very nice N Raleigh store and repair shop. Inventory is thin due to the virus effect ( bikes are so popular ) but They do have some representative bikes to see and touch AND Ken worked with me over several weeks to locate and secure my targeted “ wish list “ bicycle from sporadic arriving bikes. Also, Christian was very professional when he evaluated my older used bike and gave me a repair estimate. If you buy a new bike here they offer yearly tune-ups all included in the original price . . . This is extremely attractive and a great security blanket. Prices seem fair, perhaps a bit High vs a big box Discount store, but the quality and service and Lifetime VALUE are excellent.
These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable and they stand behind what they sell.Ive been doing business with them for a very long time and they still take care of a bike that I bought 12 years ago with regular tune-ups and adjustments free of charge.
They are super knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you get the bike you need not the bike they want to sell you. The salesman took an extra 15 minutes with my daughter to make sure she would be comfortable on her bike. 100% recommend them
Called the store about 30 minutes before I arrived and received confirmation from a service representative that they could perform a tune up on my bike. When I arrived at the store I was told they suddenly no longer were accepting bikes for tune ups. I wouldnt have wasted time and gas to come to your store if I wouldve known beforehand. First and last time Ill visit this store. Use TLC for Bikes if youre looking for a technician in the Raleigh area. Mr. Gary at TLC is skilled and personable.
Been coming here since 2016. Amazing group of people here. As a DIY penny pincher, I dread a trip to a bike shop and avoid it at all costs. But the group here are experts at their craft, give me tips and advice, talk to me as an equal (though Im no expert), and are worth every penny. I always walk out with a smile and am surprised by the throughness I get for the affordable (but usually above-zero) expense. Even though I moved to Cary, this will be my bike shop of preference for any work I need. If I ever decide to buy a new bike, this is where Ill go. However I have no experience dealing with their sales staff, but I cant imagine theyll be any different than the service guys. Its a shame theres a few 1-star reviews of people who dealt with them once dragging this down. No place is perfect and mistakes get made. Life isnt perfect.
I have been here multiple times over the last few months and once or twice a year over the last few years.Every visit is amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They have helped me with a variety of issues and offered some great insight about teaching kids to ride.I highly recommend them!
Great place and great people will be going back again for sure!
I started with a phonecall...Kenneth helped me select the absolute best bicycle for my needs and specifications. Most was accomplished by phone due to my self-quarantine. He called when the bike was ready I tested it and it was perfect! It turned out to be exceptional quality at an excellent price. I am very thankful and impressed with Kenneth and the Bicycle Chain--they are providing high quality, unbeatable service and really nice, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them!
Very corteous people. Told them I was building a bike and they were interested and had a nice talk with me about it. Had lots of parts in stock and a huge selection of riding gear. Will be back!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ken and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it was an overall easy and comfortable process. Will definitely recommend this place!
I just moved over from a hybrid to a dedicated road bike and have to say that my experience was terrific. The staff was attentive to my needs, made helpful suggestions, and took the time to make sure the bike fit me properly before I left. I never felt rushed, no up sale, just good old fashioned customer service. 5 stars all around!
Had a so called tune-up and some cables replaced...was estimated around $200. Bill was $303.00...paid the bill...got the bike home and went for a test drive ...the gear shifters did not work. The brakes were not adjusted....I brought back the bike, the technician said that the tune up was not done....I asked for a full refund they only refunded the tune up cost of $100. The manager still charged us brake, shifter replacement and $90 for labor..(really)..total cost $198...on cable replacements....I got the bike back home and took it for another ride and the gears still dont work. I have now wasted 3 hours of a Saturday dealing with this and the bottom line I still have bike that does run properly. Would not recommend them to anyone-its as if they are capitalizing on the COVID situation and price gouging since there are no bike to sell.
Absolutely horrible customer service!Normally, I would be writing a rave review about the Bicycle Chain (Raleigh). However, my experience today dictates otherwise. I bought a kids bicycle over the phone yesterday and specifically asked for it to be packaged up (so we could ship it out). The sales clerk informed me that it would be an additional $25...I said no problem and thank you very much. Very easy transaction. Today I go to pick it up and the sales clerk at the front counter rolls the bicycle out to me. I explained that it was supposed to be packaged up. He checked the paperwork and said oh yeah. So at this point, my wife and I decided to look around the store while they packaged it up. Please keep in mind that this is a really small bicycle we bought. I saw the sales clerk bring out a box to the front counter, where the bike was at. 15 mins later I noticed the two sales clerks at the desk standing there but the bicycle was not touched. I went to inquire about it and was told...the service department was 30 days out. I would need to wait 30 days for them to package the bike!? When I bought the bike I was told it was $25 to package the bike but at no time was I told it would take a month!!! So apparently I was given lip service in order to make the sale (I wish I would have got the name of the sales clerk I spoke to when I bought it). Then to top it off, the box they gave me was a used box that was twice the size it needed to be. Probably a box they had laying around. SO thank you very much Bicycle Chain (Raleigh) I will not be purchasing anything from you again or stepping foot in your facility. There are too many other bike shops in Raleigh/Cary that I have had much better experiences at.
A big THANK YOU to the staff at The Bicycle Chain in Raleigh. I recently had an issue with my Peloton. With all that is going on the manufacturer was unable to come out and fix it. While it is a little outside their wheelhouse the guys at Bicycle Chain told me to bring it in and welcomed the challenge. A couple hours later and the most reasonable bill I could imagine my bike was fixed and ready to go. Awesome job guys, I thank you and I assure you when I need a real bike you will be the first place I go.
Prompt friendly service on the phone and in person. Bought a Specialized eMTB and pedals, and was given all the instruction/info needed for the various things that were new to me (a lot). The local bike shop is the best way to go.
Awesome staff. I have been to the bicycle chain twice now, and each time their knowledge and customer service were great. Prices are very fair as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I went here about a month ago to look at bikes. I explained to one of the workers that my bike sits too high up on my bike rack. Instead of coaxing me into buying a new bike, they showed me this bar that hooks on that would be a cheaper route. Yes, I could have gotten it $10 cheaper on Amazon, but I appreciated their help with something I didnt know existed.
Excellent, knowledgeable sales. No pressure, wide selection.
Always have had a great experience whenever I come to the Bicycle Chain. Christian is a great tech who is always eager to help out and get my bikes up and running. Highly recommend to anyone in the Raleigh area looking for great service and quick turn around. Cheers guys!
I bought a Yamaha TORC emtb. very happy with the price and service. Bike is great to ride. Climbs straight up hills with lots of torque and is nimble on the technical single trails. Only complaint with the Yamaha is the speed limit kicks in at 18.5 mph not 20 mph as advertised. The assist motor stops assisting. That is only a problem riding long flat trails though. Going downhill off-road you really dont need the assist at all.
Great bikes at fair prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Ill never buy a cheap bike at box store again!
I bought a bike here in 2012 - first bike I had in 30 years. The staff was both helpful and patient with my decision. I have been COMPLETELY satisfied. Everyone has been helpful and friendly every time I have visited for service. I have recommended them to several of my friends and coworkers. You cannot go wrong with this place. Dont worry about the prices - youll always get great followup service and knowledgeable help.
The staff at The Bicycle Chain recently helped me find and purchase a new bike after my previous one was damaged beyond repair in a crash. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got good information and personal attention while I looked at a number of different bikes, and when I decided on a model that was not in stock, they were quick in getting the bike and in getting it ready for me.
Ken helped my husband and I pick out a bike! He was so encouraging even though I had not ridden in almost 50 years! He was SOOOO amazing and made me feel like I could do this again!
Great bike shop, great service, even during a pandemic
I have not been in the store in a few years. I went in to have my bike serviced . Christian was helpful and educated me on maintaining my Bike. Chris has suggestions for my son and Jacob was pleasant and helpful plus he seemed interested when i called earlier in the day. Great Job Guys. I will be upgrading both my bike and my sons bike and I will bring my business to the Bicycle Chain!
I tried so hard to give this place a chance. But repeated errors and missteps by their customer service, quality and timeliness of repairs were done wrong at every turn. Unannounced reductions in hours (despite place being quite busy and inability to get help), weeks to get appointments, no coordination between front desk/management and service techs. So frustrating because I would like to use them I was even willing to pay the extra cost versus other shops. Would that we all had the luxury to deprioritize customer service, speed, cost and quality in our businesses... not much left beyond that to say.
Needed a part for the seat post on my 20+ year old Bianchi and the crew at Bicycle Chain went above and beyond. Found the perfect part solution and answered questions about some future upgrades to make an old bike run like new. Cannot imagine a better service department in the Triangle.
Great Service! The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help customers. My husband and I visited their recent tent sale and got such a great deal on a new bike for me, we were able to also get a new bike for our daughter! We have limited knowledge on bikes and the staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this shop.
Fantastic. They are close so I thought I would give them a shot. I had shifting problems. Took the bike right back, fixed the problem, cleaned and lubed the chain. Paid less than expected. I highly recommend.
I bought a bike at the Bicycle Chain Raleigh and had a great experience. The customer service was outstanding and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend buying anything from bikes to accessories.
Fantastic service. With everyone biking the COVID blues away, all the other bike shops said replacing my broken chain was atleast a 4 week wait. They did it same day and adjusted the derailer. Bike is running better than it ever has. Super friendly staff too.
Went there to compare trail hardtails and ended up staying fro about two hours. Very knowledgeable staff. Chris was super helpful and friendly, and the bike store itself is clean and very organized. Highly recommend visiting if youre looking to see whats out there.
Awesome group of people, Chris is the one that helped me this past weekend. I test rode three different bikes, all different price ranges. He answered all of my questions and was so very patient with me. I have gone twice and each time he went above and beyond on customer service. I will be purchasing my bike from here in the next few weeks, because the company has some great benefits and their staff is amazing. I went back the following week and bought my bike, and the process was quick and smooth.
Over the course of several weeks my wife and I looked for bicycles. Working with Derek and Chris at the Raleigh Bicycle Chain was a very pleasurable experience. Derek helped us select the right bicycles based on the type of riding we wanted to do. Both Chris and Derek made the purchasing and ordering experience straight forward and kept us informed of the progress. Some accessories we had requested were professionally installed by the repair shop personnel who were also professional and personable. Thanks to the team at the Bicycle Chain for a very informative and enjoyable experience.
I was really impressed with Chris and his team recently. I asked about a very specific part that needed to be replaced on my old shoes, and they had the part not only in stock but the part was installed on the shoe in a matter of minutes. GREAT customer service!
Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Chris and Chase were incredibly helpful going through the different types of bikes and features that fit my needs. Speaking of fit, Chris did a great job with the bike fitting. Really took the time to measure, test and get the fit just right. Highly recommend.
I was new to cycling and purchased two mountain bikes with accessories from Raleigh Bicycle Chain. One bike was for myself and one for my mom (separate purchases). Both experiences were great. The staff was very friendly and helped find the correct fitting bike and helmets for the both of us. We rode several bikes before choosing the right one for us. The staff patiently answered all of our questions which we had a lot. They took the time to show me all the basics about the bike and about being a new cyclist. Their customer service is second to none, and I wouldn’t buy a bike from anywhere else. I highly recommend this store.
Great service and help in finding the bike that fits best to your needs and size.
Excellent customer service!
Cant say enough good things about the shop. Derrick and Chris spend as much time as you need to help pick out the perfect bike for your riding style. There is no sales pressure and they walk you through all the features to make sure you get the right bike. That goes for accessories and tools as well. I have referred multiple friends and they have all had the same experience. Have never heard a negative word from any of them. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. The service department is the same. Christian and Dorian have both worked on my bike. From small adjustments to full tune ups. Never had any issue with their work. On most occasions, they have worked on the bike while I wait, so I can ride it out of the shop. Feels like I have private mechanics!Dont shop anywhere else.
I have had only had great experiences with this place, and would be quick to recommend it to anyone. The fact that you can test ride their mountain bikes on a little piece of trail behind the shop makes the experience incomparable to any other shop in the triangle. The brands they carry are all really solid, and the staff is super helpful without the common annoying salesman qualities. Ive gotten a ton of help from Derrick on bikes, gear, and general riding stuff, but all the mechanics or anyone else at the shop has always been cool as well.
Service department is fantastic and Chris the manager is knowledgeable and super easy to talk to.
I had an excellent time purchasing a bicycle here. While the prices are a little higher than youd expect to pay at a chain store, youre getting much more knowledgeable staff and free checkups at any Bicycle Chain location. I would definitely recommend a stop by to at least chat with the team and ride a few bikes.
Good folks. Very helpful. Truly experts.
Expert repair service at a fair price, and thankfully open on Sunday afternoons. Chris replaced a derailleur cable in a few minutes, explained the steps while I watched, then took the time to test ride to make sure the gears shifted smoothly.
Bought 2 Specialized bicycles (Crosstrail and Ariel) from this store recently. Overall, a great buying experience and very good customer service. Vinnie has been very helpful in providing with tips about bikes. I have recommended this store to my friends.
I went in because the chain broke on my mountain bike... Ill admit Im not super knowledgeable about bikes other than tearing up the trails and the guys here were amazing!! All I brought in was my broken chain and Drew the mechanic Drew told me everything I needed to know just by looking at my chain!! He informed me that the chain had snapped from wear but also was wearing in such a way from a worn out cassette. To be honest I had to check as soon as I returned home to see if he had sold me something didnt really need... and low and behold he was 110% correct!!! He also directed me to the tools I would need to do the job and explained them to me!! I will say Im extremely handy and have fixed cars for years as a hobby but Drew made it so easy!! I also had left my old chain there and I decided it may be helpful to have with me and they and it bagged up and ready for me when I came back in!!! I really am grateful for a good shop with good ethics and knowledge!! The other guys there were super attentive as well I remember one was named Derek and the other guy was the manager (the man who found and bagged my old chain for me!!) Super nice people!! Great experience!!! Thanks guys!!!
Went here to look at bikes for my girlfriend, we immediately felt like sheep in a field of wolves. We just wanted our space to look at bikes (told the sales guy we just want to look and will ask questions when we are ready). He followed us over and kept reappearing over and over again after we asked to just look at them. From start to finish we didnt care for the service there. We took our business to all star bikes, bought an amazing bike with great service, and we wont return or recommend bicycle chain to anybody.
Great service, friendly staff. My new go to for all things bike.
I cant say enough how impressed I am with The Bicycle Chain in Raleigh. The sales staff is courteous and knowledgable on all things bike related and will truly go above and beyond to make your bike/accessory purchase a pleasant one. Service team is great as well and will keep your steed in tiptop shape! Shout out to Chris Hull, Derek Harvey, and Christian Simmons!
Awesome!!! Great prices great staff!
My wife and I were very happy with the service recieved by the staff. Thanks for helping us find our new bikes.
Super nice. Helped my husband repair his bike for a very reasonable price. The guy even threw in one of his used tires to help keep the repair cheap for us.
This is the best shop i have found in Raleigh for specifically mountain bike maintenance - the mechanics were knowledgeable and do a fine job. When we went into the service area to look for a new bike for my girlfriend, the sales staff were very helpful and allowed us to shop around at our own pace. Ask for Derek he’s the man.
Customer was service was great. Was in and out within minutes to shopping.
I needed to replace the rear tires on my jogging stroller and stopped by to see if, by chance, Bicycle Chain had any that fit. One of the employees greeted me upon entering the store and helped me choose a new set, then installed them for me. Since I had my toddler in tow as well, he kindly went the extra effort and carried the stroller in and out of the store for me - even loading it back in my car. It is in perfect working condition again. Couldnt be happier.
Walked in looking for a saddle. They greet me as I walk in. Ask me if I need help. Everything was looking fine. As time went on after 5 minutes still no one asked me if I needed help or if I had any questions. Saddles are hard to shop for. Especially when they only sell their own brand. No one asked me what kind of riding I’ll be doing or reasons why I would like that saddle. Wanted to buy a $300 saddle. But I walked out with nothing.I probably could of asked Facebook for advice on the saddle and got more than what they told me.
These guys are the absolute best ! Im an avid cyclist and bring them fairly odd bikes to work with and they always are able to fix whatever I bring them. They frequently stop whatever they are doing to help out people in need. Cant say enough about this shop.
I recently started purchasing from this store and my experience has been fantastic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I really like the general laid back atmosphere. The selection of bikes is absolutely huge, and Im pretty sure theyre the only Santa Cruz dealer in the area.On of the coolest things is that they are located right across the street from Umstead Park and they were cool with me parking at their store and riding to the trails from there. It made it extra convenient because I could buy some clip bars before the ride and rinse my bike off there afterward.I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a bike shop in the area. They have good prices, cool people, and one of them even has a very stylish beard.
Derrick could not have been more helpful with getting me a part for my bike rack - multiple phone calls to the manufacturer, ran down the part numbers - just great. Drew took my bike as a walk-in and gave it a quick work up on the spot. Excellent service.
I purchased some training wheels for my son new bicycle. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. They provided me with excellent customer service.
Last week we went to look for a bike. Andrew helped me out. Road tested 5 bikes on their track behind the shop. No pressure. Great service. Bought a great bike for a good price.
Purchased a couple bikes from the store, and was really happy with the experience. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly, and I definitely recommend the store. I also got a good deal on a used bike, was happy about that.
Came in to get service on my bike and find a new bike for my boyfriend. Service department was super helpful and fixed my bike while we shopped. The salesmen we worked with didn’t pressure us but were very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right bike! Would recommend this shop to anybody no matter the skill level.
Customer service is great and the team is very knowledgeable . They helped me with all my bicycle needs and questions. Thank you Bicycle Chain. Id definitely recommend them.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Big fat dude sitting at the counter asked, What do you want? when we walked in. What a rude bag of pudding. Sure did make my answer easy though, Not a damn thing!Dont know how anyone can stay in business, let alone have 5 stores when that is their customer service attitude.
I took a Santa Cruz mountain bike for a pre-puchase, independent inspection to these guys. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful with their comments and advice. Great bunch of guys, I would recommend them highly to anyone.
Really friendly staff. I am inexperienced rider & the staff were very helpful in finding a bike to suit my needs & stay within my budget.
Staff is great. Mechanics do a great job. And they will give you a fair price.
Excellent store with a great selection and great customer service. Gentleman named Christian exemplified quality and customer care. Will be returning here in the future.
Awesome service
They gave us fair deal on a new 20 bike. My review would have been 4 or 5 stars if my expercience had ended there. I went back later that same morning to buy a kickstand for our old 16 bike. They charged almost double the price of another stores bike department plus an additional $5 for installation (you cant really know the kickstand was cut to the correct length without bolting it on). The salesman didnt seem to care when I mentioned that their markup seemed a bit excessive for what turned out to be the exact same part. Compare prices before shopping here.
I pulled my bike out of the basement and took it in for a serious tuneup. I had almost 200 bucks worth of work done, get the call and pick it up 4 days later. I ride it, I dont have the tools or the time to do serious work on it other then carrying my riding tool to make minor adjustments. Whoever worked on it didnt tighten up the main bolt on top of the tire/handle bars. As soon as I hit the first bump on the trail front folds parallel to the handle bar. If I had been going fast I would have seriously been hurt. These guys need to learn to use a wrench if they are going to charge the prices they do....or even if it were free!
A little over priced, they are a little over priced as compared to what you get ordering from online but thats not the main reason for the two stars. TBC offers a trade in program based off the value of the bicycle blue book value which is a little low to start with but if your bike is not on the BBB then they will try and determine the value of the bike. But consistently they have valued by bike as a joke, they offered by bike that I know parts wise is worth around 600 he offered me 200.They did this again with a trek I bought from them in the past 3 years later they offered me on a bike I bought from them for 500 they offered 50.I do have to say they have a nice little test track outside but their offer on my used bike was just so bad I couldnt buy from them ever again. Also I didnt feel like they wanted to do business with me.
Best bike mechanics in town.
Ive enjoyed my visits. everytime I go I get the products I need and the knowledge I need to make the right decisions. Wide range of skillsets in their employees which really makes for a cool environment to ask questions and learn from
Staff is not friendly. Sadly Ive gone back in there on 3 occasions and bought several bikes but every single time the sales associate that leads me, or my gf, or friends around treats me and them like were idiots. Literally tells you everything you are looking for or ideas you have are wrong and then preaches to you. Its obnoxious but I have a thick skin so I didnt learn my lesson until later. Family and friends hate going there and now I do to. I left them a wheel to build and after over a week they still hadnt gotten to it and had to be reminded in which case they were like oh yeah, uh well get straight on it tomorrow. I go in the following day and they said the spokes didnt fit though the hub holes since they werent the right size... Oh they did fit, on some of the holes the paint on the hub was a little too thick and needed to be pushed through but w/e. I left there and immediately took the wheel to Franks Cyclery which is 3 blocks up the street and he fixed it up quickly. I now find it laughable that I even put up with this place. Every time I took someone I knew to this place they hated the entire experience. The prices are not small, customer service is so bad they actually punish you, and the employees dont even want to even be there themselves.
I had the brakes adjusted on my bike and everyone was really friendly. The mechanic was helpful, patient, and explained what was going on.
I love this shop and will continue to support them for as long as I have needs for bike parts and accessories.
Good store and repair shop. Always polite and ready to explain stuff.
Fantastic service and agile when it comes to adapting to your use and rentale expectations.
Fair deals, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. That is what you will get and what I have experienced during my five year relationship with BC.They have a large selection of bicycles from kids bikes to high-line racing machines. You can find any accessory that you need.If you are new and a little apprehensive this is the place to go to get bike smart .The service staff is the best around. Quick to diagnose and fix a problem and some of the nicest folks you will meet.Want to check one out to see if it is for you. No problem. You can rent one for the day and if you decide to buy one the cost of the rental is deducted from the total.I could continue this lovefest but you get the idea. Dont purchase a bike or get one serviced or pick up an accessory without talking to Chris, Hormis, Glenn and the gang at the Bicycle Chain
Their knowledge and attention to detail make for an excellent bike shop! Support your local bike shop!!
Very friendly helpful staff. Vinnie was great!
