This place is amazing!! They have a huge selection of jewelry, electronics, bags and more. All of their pieces have been authenticated and the store’s atmosphere is great. Estefania helped us find everything we needed. We spent quite a while looking around for the perfect pieces and she was beyond patient and helpful the entire time. I bought a watch two years ago from National Pawn and the same welcoming and dedicated feel endured. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for good quality statement pieces

Do not interact with assistant manager Alex. He is very rude, He makes false claims telling you that your product is not Genuine When in fact serial numbers have been verified by Apple that the product is real. His knowledge of products is extremely limited and he is often incorrect. Took my product down the street to another pawnshop and they immediately took it. He is terrible, he really upset me telling me my AirPods, a gift given to me were fake. The rest of the employees are very friendly and helpful. He doesn’t deserve to work at national pawn Due to his lack of knowledge and incorrect assumptions He has about products They Pawn or buy. His communication and technical skills are not qualified for him to be assistant manager.

So I have been going to national pawn on Capital boulevard in Raleigh North Carolina for over at least 6 to 10 years.I refuse to go to any other pawn shop.The service is beyond excellent.They honestly strive to make sure their customers leave happy.I stopped by national pawn today to look for a saxophone for my husband, and truthfully I was not having a very good day.However one of the employees, ( Lindsey Jones ) and decided in her mind that she was going to give her usual 100% customer service and also find away to add just a little bit of her joy to my day.And honestly she did.Lindsey not only added joy to my day.She was a blessing to me.And I will never forget.I am very grateful and thankful.If national pawn continues to have employees like Lindsey then I will forever be a loyal customer.Thank You.

I was on a search for an item that was sold in the mid to late 70s, to see if it might still be in inventory somewhere. The young lady I spoke with by telephone was Nadia, and she was very polite and very interested in helping me with my search. Using her computer skills she was able to provide me with some information that might lead me to the item in question. Unbelievable place for a pawn shop. Upset to how they advertise their items. Walking in, the employees are just gossiping, no proper greetings, no one comes up to you to ask for help. Employees just look at you and go back to their talk, unprofessional experience overall. Items look old and rusty, jewelry isn’t displayed in a manner where I can see them.

This place is more rundown than I thought, the only thing that may be worth it is the jewelry, but it’s so close to discounted new fine jewelry that you would find in a department store. All the tools and electric equipment are old, and dirty, I’m surprised they accept this kind of trade-ins, the namebrand purses are also all very old and outdated, I was pretty shocked when I came in here for the first time, I always thought it was somewhat higher quality items.
