I recently purchased an Omega Speedmaster from the Crabtree Mall store in Raleigh. Richard, the Store Manager, assisted me in my purchase. My experience could not have been any better. He and his associate, Sam, made me feel welcome and valued. Well I finally got a chance to sit down and write a review about the wonderful experience I had at Reeds Jewelers, with the most amazing employees that assisted my husband and I. Joy Phillips and Richard Harmon are two wonderful and knowledgeable employees. When we strolled into the Crabtree Mall location they didnt know what to expect from us. They treated us with such high professionalism as we searched for our ideal purchase. Joy worked tirelessly with us for at least an hour or more. Richard assured us of the Reeds Jewelers establishment quality history. Receiving such attention without any guaranteed purchase was amazing. It was customer service at its finest which is hard to find these days. We finally made are selection and indicated that we will return the following week. When we returned Joyce and Richard led us through the process and in a few weeks we had our merchandise in hand. The process from beginning to end was phenomenal. The employees Joy and Richard are just as beautiful as the rings we purchased. I recommend that if you want a customer service experience and not just help, please ask for these employees, they will surely give you the Reeds Jewelers Elite Experience! I recently called in to Reeds with some questions and unable to locate a piece of jewelry on the website. Jane assisted me with all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information I needed as far as texting a picture of the piece to make sure it was the right one. I have never experienced such great customer service!! She truly made me feel like she truly cared! Reeds is truly blessed to have such a wonderful employee. We got my engagement ring here & within hours of receiving it it turned black on the inside of the band. When I brought it back they tried to tell me it was from using hand sanitizer. I have another ring that has never turned colors & said nice try. They cleaned it up, gave it back & within a day it was black again. I took It to another jeweler who said the metal was either not pure or had been heated too high during the sizing process. They suggested going back & telling Reeds to redo the ring & recaste the ring in my size. Weeks later I got my ring back & it’s been fine since. We bought the warranty but everytime I go to the store to have it looked at/cleaned it takes forever for anyone to be free & they’ll be off chatting to each other ignoring customers. I’ve needed to just drop off my ring before & after 10 minutes of waiting & being told they’d help me when someone was free I left. Absolutely will not get my wedding band or fiancé’s band here or recommend them to anyone. It’s a mess in there

I bought a pendant to put on a chain that I already had. When I was asked if I wanted it cleaned, I agreed to it. The employee returned from the back room with the pendant I just bought on a different chain. When I asked the employee if that was my chain they responded “yes, it was just cleaned “. They returned to me a different chain other than the one I walked in the store.

Today my boyfriend and I went into Reeds to look at engagement rings. We had the pleasure of meeting Bill and his wife Jane (who are amazing)! Bill took his time with us and showed us all the different types of rings and bands! Bill definitely knows his stuff. I had the BEST experience at this Reeds. Jane was so sweet and helpful. I had to basically redo my engagement ring and I shopped around different jewelers in the area and even went to the other reeds at the Triangle center but the Crabtree store had the most fair price, the best staff and service, and I felt that my ring was in good hands! Definitely will come here again to get my fiancé’s wedding band!! If I could give 6 stars I would!!

I went in with my boyfriend originally just looking to get my finger sized for a ring and to look at engagement rings. Bill helped size me and showed us where we could find rings and he was so extremely helpful! Celebrated my 19th Wedding Anniversary with a beautiful anniversary band as a gift from my husband. The entire experience & personal service provided by Richard (manager) and his sales associate was something rarely received in this transactional world. Manager was rude. I was going to buy a new omega watch. I was asked to leave because I didn’t have a mask. I can’t wear one because with my military service I was exposed to things that requires me not to wear one.

Bill and Jane are the ones to go to! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. We had gone to other jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and all they did was bombard us trying to sell us the most expensive ring...thats not the case with Bill and Jane at Reeds. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with a smile. They were so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect one for us. We spent a couple hours in there and ended up leaving 40 minutes after they closed, but no complaints came from them! Great people! We will definitely be sticking with Reeds for any jewelry we need! I had a watch under warranty I turned in early August. They told me it would be at least 8 weeks. I got a phone call saying it was ready. When I got to the store, there was a gift card in its stead to replace the watch. Initially disappointed, but Richard helped me find a beautiful watch and worked customer service magic to get me in reasonable range so I left with a brand new watch and a new warranty. It was fitted and adjusted to my wrist, and I will visit them again. Excellent staff! Great attitude and courteous employees!

There was a great selection of mens wedding bands and the customer service was wonderful. I picked out a ring, learned about sizing options and got the warranty + sale knocked out in less than 20 minutes. I can only say good things about my experience in the store. I have found my new place for anything jewelry related in the future.

My husband and I went by the Reeds at Crabtree Vallaey Mall today and the shopping experience was excellent. Richard was very helpful and patient in helping us select my Valentines Day present. He spent a lot of time showing me the different items. I felt like I was the only one in the store although they were busy. I finally settled on a bracelet which he had cleaned so it sparkled beautifully. He also took time to clean the bracelets I was wearing so they would match the shine of my new one. Most irresponsible and cheatsOn one site rating is very poor. Here it is 5. Dies it make sense? They lost my 500 dollar Swiss watch. The only thing they could prove that they mailed it to me was by showing me that I received a mail from me. However, that envelope carried only some papers. They mail a watch to me and on their records nowhere it says that a watch was being mailed. No paper to show insurance value. They are liars. In addition the wont maintain the lifetime warranty that they sold toe and gave me such a run around from one store to another for years.

I wasnt going to spend as much as I did, but because Mrs. Linda was soooo nice, and kind I spent more!! Great first time experience!!!

We went shopping around for wedding bands for my fiancé and the salesman didn’t really seem to know much about the jewelry he was trying to sell. He told us one ring we were looking at was cobalt and it was actually zirconium and he tried telling us cobalt was the toughest.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here back in 2014 and we havent gone any where else since. From the very beginning, Richard helped my fiancé out with picking the ring, getting the best coverage, best price and value for his purchase. Weve been back and gotten our wedding bands from them now. Every time we go in, they are all super kind, accommodating, and patient with us (especially because I am quite indecisive). Whether we are coming in to pick something new, alter what we already have, get a cleaning, or just have some questions, they always go above and beyond to help us out. I am currently altering my wedding band to include some emeralds in it and we are recasting my engagement ring in white gold. Richard, Daniel, Jane, and the whole crew have been so kind and patient while I figure out exactly what I want, explore all the options, and change my mind several times. Last Tuesday, Daniel spent at least an hour helping us get our plans in motion and purchase my fiancés wedding band. Then on Thursday, Richard spent at least another hour just going over the options again and allowing me to change the design plan for my wedding band several times. We are always so welcomed and comfortable every time we go in. I always know Im getting the best help, best product, and best value for our purchases. I simply cant say enough good things about this group, store, and company and we love telling our friends and families about our experiences here. I really like this REEDs store and this is why: I had a very disappointing situation with my engagement ring. A diamond fell out and another store replaced it for free with the warrantee, but the ring that came back didnt look the same. I went into this store and met Richard Harmon. I tried not to speak badly of the other store since they were nice people, but he could tell by one look at my ring that how I felt about it was valid. It looked awful, and different. Richard was so professional. What a sales person does with a ticked off and unhappy customer really shows what they are made of and Richard rocked it!. He kindly listened, reading between the lines (since I wasnt bashing anyone) he understand what I was saying and instead of focusing on what the other store didnt do he just demanded I give him a chance to get it done right. It was impressive how he handled the situation and Ill be a client for life. You are in GREAT hands there, and their warrantee is amazing. Quick turn around, SO MUCH FASTER than the other store (3 days verses 5 weeks????) where my diamond wedding ring is from. Hope this helps... and know Ill drive past a couple other REEDs stores now to get to the Glenwood one.

You have to go here if you are are looking for the best quality at the best value! I grew up in the Carolinas so I knew Reeds was a family owned jewelry store. I went in just looking several months ago and kept going back. The store manager, Richard Harmon, is expert and so very nice. His associate, Joy Phillips, is also tremendous. Richard helped me decide on my new Forevermark wedding set celebrating 17 happy years of marriage and my 50th birthday. I was REALLY having a difficult time making up my mind, but Richard was so patient with me. He even went out of his way to get in a ring I had seen on the Forevermark website that he didnt have in the store to help me make my decision. Richard, Joy, and the entire crew at this place is smiling, happy and relaxed. They make you feel welcome and like you are part of the family. Reeds must be a wonderful place to work. Thank you Richard! You are the best and I will be back as a future customer.

Sunday the 7th of November I walked in to look at and potentially purchase an engagement ring. I come to this location to purchase all of my jewelry for myself and family. On this day I walked in and stood at the counter for around ten or so minutes without even a hello from any of the employees. Multiple employees walked by without any acknowledgement of me even standing there. There where a few customers there but not busy enough to ignore other customers there. I grabbed my daughter and walked across the mall to Kay’s and bought my engagement ring!!!
