Was able to get my window replaced same day, which was a real blessing! However, after my window was replaced I noticed a nasty sound inside the door panel when rolling down the window. Went back and the owner told me, yeah, thats a loose actuator and they get like that over time. Ive had my car for 5 years and never heard that sound until leaving this shop after window replacement. Of course, he offered to repair it but at full price. Im happy we have an option for quick window repair when you need it, but I suppose you get what you pay for. So still beware.

My windshield was cracked in less than 36 hours after getting it replaced here. It cracked from the upper right edge, nothing hit it, so it is caused from poor workmanship or a faulty product. They refused to remedy the problem and now a couple days later, the crack is 30 inches long, a safety hazard. Im guessing the pick and pull 2 doors over is the reason for the compromised glass. Do NOT replace your windshield here.

Wow! Excellent service! I called them this morning to see if they could replace the windshield on my Toyota Yaris. Raj told me they could get me in right away and have the windshield replaced within the hour. I was running late, and he even called to double check that I was still coming. No lie, it was replaced in 20 minutes! I’m very impressed with how they do business. They are great communicators, fast/quick service, and their prices are the best around. This place is bad, the people and technicians are un trained, the missed up my car and the lock, the defroster not working, leaking, I have to pay extra $ 300 for dealer to fix my car, I am editing . The owner said not related, its related to this store, they just want to cover their fult. I went to county small cliams, to go legally with them, and I talked with insurance as well. You will receive legal documents from small claims department in some days. You will pay the damage, you did in my car

The price was good. Thats where my good experience stoped. The trim was pried up and left damaged. The truck had the black sealer all over the body and interior and even the interior roof.The window still leaks after i brought it back, twice. They just used more sealent and made a bigger mess. Save yourself some time, money and damage and take it somewhere they care about quality.

The replacement windshield they gave me looks better than my original + fast service economical

They charged me $300 to replace my back window and they cut the defroster wires and the wire for the window antenna and got black glue on the carpet under the back window. I would not recommend anyone go to this guy he’s a rip off big time, said I waited to long to come back and say something to him, but it’s been hot and didn’t need my rear defrosters until a few days ago and that’s when I found out they had cut the wires on my rear window when they put it in. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but you have to. Had to get another window put in because low price auto glass messed the one up they put in

I had the fix a door window and broke the lock on the doorIt won’t open unless you hold down the unlock button or hold the key al the way to the leftAnd it locked every time you close the door so there’s no getting out of opening door without holding button down.Actually really upset I checked it when I got home and noticed it was. Or working at all then took it back they tried to fix it I waited for about 45 mins until they said it was fixedI checked again and still broken but could at least open door so I showed owner what the problem was and that it still wasn’t fixed correctlyHe told me that he’s not sure that it was ok befor they fix the window . Pretty upset wondering how much it’s gonna cost me to get this fixed correctly

Got the job done quick! It wasnt busy when I walked in. I would have liked more information about what they were going to do and how much the labor/glass was before they installed it. And maybe after suggest ways to maintenance the window for a longer life.

They pulled a bait and switch on me

The price was just as everyone says, affordable for quality work. Actually pretty cheap compared to other repair shops. My car took about an hour and I sat and waited. The owner is super friendly and super personable. Only downside was they were doing construction on the building while I was waiting so it was pretty loud. But either way I got what I came for and left very happy.

I woke up to my car window shattered. Low price Auto Glass in Rancho Cordova was the first business I happened to call. I was quoted a price and told I could bring my car in right than. I first called 2 other business in the area. One quote was $100 higher and the other was $50 higher. When I dropped my car off they looked a little busy so I was glad that they were able to still get me in the same day. Low Price Auto Glass is a good business and I feel is deserving of a 5 star review.

A friend recommended this place to me and said they work fast and have low prices. I come in to get the crack on my windshield taken care of that was the size of a dime, for 40 bucks out the door and done in a very timely manner 30 mins from the time of arrival. I would recommend this place.

Great guys, good part, great service! I have had 4 windshields replaced here over the years - some done in half an hour - until 4 there is a taco truck next door.

I specifically told the company that my car had a panoramic roof. They failed to understand that and gave me a price that was way more expensive that they promised. I came back again hoping for better service. I mentioned the roof I have and I made sure that understood. They told me that it was going to be 1hr and 30 mins for it to be finished. I waited for two hours just to find out that the windshield they intended to put on my car was cracked, so they had to start over. One other thing I’ve noticed is that there prices always change, I was charged $207 last time and now they are charging me $267 for the same windshield?

The price was very low, the work was done while I waited. My whole family goes here and we have all had the same great experience. Just dont expect a lux seating room and a bowl of candy because there aim is to get it done quick so you can be on your way. VERY Affordable.

I will keep it short and sweet. My Nissan Frontier door window was smashed last night on street. Raj from the low price auto glass was god send for me.
