Upon hearing their price, I booked an appointment right then.Now enjoy a crack free ride.Didnt realize how stressed seeing that crack a s I drove. The whole windshield replacing experience was seamless from my first phone call to the front desk- Ms. Holland to the completion and pickup.They connected to my insurance provider, we handled everything on a conference call and setup an appointment for the windshield replacement. Their prices are competitive and they offered to drop me off at the closest lightrail.The installation was done on time took about 3-4 hrs. Have had the car now for a week and it hasnt given me any issues.

Zero stars! Unfortunately this business is not capable of even locating the address you give them. We are a business with a Fleet of 50 vehicles and wanted to use this business as a local provider for glass. I scheduled with Alicia and was given a clear appointment window of 8am-10am. Somehow they entered a incorrect address, even after confirming. The Tech never showed and I missed 2 calls from them while in a meeting. However since we have a receptionist to answer the door there is really no excuse for not showing up the correct location. Fail Windshield Pros. We will find another business partner to work with. Excellent service. I contact them around 7 in the morning through their website for a quote and with 5 minutes I had a response asking for details such as the VIN and within a few minutes they gave me an exact quote and scheduled me same day between 12 and 3. Their guys showed up a few minutes after 12 and were done and on their way by 1 and did an excellent job, it looks brand new. The guys were very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield repair in the future.

Having a cracked windshield is never a good thing but the people at Windshield Pros North made the experience pleasant. From the initial call to getting a rock chip filled only days after the brand new install, they had the upmost best customer service. I have been to the Windshield Pros North for windshield replacement in Folsom twice now and don’t think I will ever go to a different shop. The guys are really nice, know what they’re doing and only use the best products. Both times I’ve had to go in there was because of a rock/pebble being kicked up by a big rig, but once I take it into Windshield Pros North they have it back to me a couple hours later. Perfect to do during the week, especially since there are less people at the shop. Great auto glass replacement services and products and great team.

I was recommended to Windshield Pros by my service technician over at Folsom KIA. I always trust Trampus so I was confident in where I was going. I called them and booked an appointment the very next day! Apon arrival I was told that My Amazing Absolute Full Coverage from Geico, was not going to cover full cost, minus deductible, for an after market Windshield. I was going to have to pay double over my deductible. After speaking with Goldie, she said to wait while she gets on the phone with a supervisor from Geico. After 15 mom not only did she get them to cover the cost like they should, but she got approved for a brand new factory windshield!!! All the ladies in the office were nice and helpful in explaining the process. Amazing customer service to say the least! They said theyd call me when it came in. 3 days later I got my windshield replaced for my $50 deductible. The work took Less than an hour and a half!!! Very clean molding and reinstallment! Super satisfied! Highly recommend!!
