Place advertises alignments for cars trucks and suns and they sell oversized tires but yet they will not align lifted vehicles. Well you shouldnt sell tires if you cannot complete the job with an alignment. Never been a fan of Firestone products but Ill never use any company that cannot complete a job.
Had my car serviced here a few days ago, nothing too crazy just an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. It was smooth and easy (I had an appointment), I just walked in and they pulled my car into the bay shortly after. The wait didnt seem long, and then I was on my way. Staff were all polite and made good conversation. I definitely plan on coming back.

I had to bring an Enterprise car in for a tire repair.The staff was super friendly, chairs in the waiting area where comfy. It was really cold inside but other then that great place!
Bad customer service. Lady completely ignored me. She started a conversation with the customer behind me before even asking me what I needed. Not professional. One of the men beforehand came in and assisted a customer who had came in after I had already been waiting. So I was ignored by both employees and I did not feel the lady was professional at all. Definitely not going to come here again.
We have a warranty for our tires..we went yestaurday the guy told us we had absoluty no oil on out dip stick, hard to beleive.We told him our sensors for the tires were not working he said soynds like you have bad sensors, we said well you guys put them in their under warranty 5 mins later he gets them to work.I felt he was trying to up sell me. The gentleman asked me a question, I answered it then he said to me thats not the question I asked you.So very condescending, I felt Is rudeness.So youre gonna call me and tell me weve been driving around town with no oil in our engine at all and there is nothing wrong with it.Yeah tell me another one.... I really wanted to give them a 5 star because I used them, for tires and felt I was protected with the warranty.Or they get your coming and going dont they.Is very disappointed to say the least.
So I do like this place.. I was getting my Durango serviced here, dropped it off at 7 am so they can fix it up and get the check engine light off.. told me it would be done around 4-5pm (they close at 6 on Friday) which I was ok with.. so around 5:58pm I get a call from Simon to come get the car mind you they close in 2 mins and I live 20 mins away and had to Uber... I told him Id be on my way but had to Uber he said that he would wait.... After paying 30$ to get there( got there at 6:45) he was standing in the building but the door was locked... I asked him to open door so I can pay and be on my way... He told me since I did not get there in time that he could not help me after telling me on the phn that he would wait? So I pay 30$ to get to Firestone and 30$ to get back for nothing? Why even call me 2 mins before closing and tell me to come get the vehicle? Like I said I like this place but Simon in my opinion is not professional at all and should not be a closer for the company... Definitely will be talking to the morning manager about this
They couldnt align my 4runner because it had a WHOPPING 1-1/2 lift on it... 🙄🙄🙄

Bought 4 new tires for my Chevy dually (K-3500) Put them all on the back & Im VERY happy. The people there were real nice & even answered a couple of questions... Like Why is the hood up if youre only putting on tires? 😲They were doing a courtesy check of my fluid levels. (Oil & what not)😂😂Will DEFINITELY go there again for tires
Called them told them I had a nail on my tire coming back from Vegas. Told them I put a can of seal and air in it. Once I get their they say they cant fix it due to seal and air I already told them but can sell me a tire. I took it elsewhere and had it repaired saving me hundreds of dollars and keeping my tires matching. I would never go back here. My dad did when I was a kid but it is not the same now. Go elsewhere.
I’m somewhat new coming here. The few times I’ve come I’ve had good experiences. Raeth and Lacy always give great service and explain things very well. This time I had an issue and I thought it might go bad. Well, I was wrong. You can always tell how a business really is when there’s an issue. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it right with me. I’ve been in retail most of my life and this kind of Great service is hard to find. Worst service ever. Im a long time customer bringing in my car for what I thought would be a simple brake issue and it turned out to be more. It started out with one fix, then another and then another with still no resolve. Have to wonder if the people working there are trained properly. They cant seem to diagnose and fix the problem right. Ive spent more than I want to there and have been told my car is fine when I leave only to find out it isnt. Im forced to bring it back because its unsafe to drive. I guess whoever test drives these cars hasnt a clue to what is safe. Seems certain people at the counter dont really show much concern either. Today when I picked up my car again I was advised that they couldnt fix the problem because they didnt know what it was. I was refunded part of my money and told to take it to the dealership. What a waste of time. Id recommend going elsewhere.

The staff here are always rude and argumentative towards customers. I think the manager has a little man complex. The staff are just as bad as the manager. Save your time and go to another location. Let this store die off and close down. Theres MANY other locations that treat you better.

We have all of our Fox Family Heating and Air fleet vehicles serviced by this Firestone. Management is solid there. Customer service at the desk is always courteous. Im sure you have lots of choices, but for us its definitely this Firestone location on Folsom Blvd in Rancho Cordova!
Oil change was good. Price was good. The counter person pulled off her mask to talk to a mech that was not wearing a mask. They were within three ft of each other. Mech did not wash his hands before getting into my car. Im 67yo and this behavior really scared me. Manager needs to check it out before someone gets sick over there.

First time visiting a FIRESTONE TIRE SHOP and it was Johnny manning the counter. And he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in a very clean shop. Answered my question/concerns, offered direction, and didnt try to over sell me. Ever. Picked my jeep up right when they said I could and everything we discussed was completed. I liked the experience so much I opened an account.
Wanted oil change and needed to have belts checked. Left being told belts were fine. Took car to another place. Timing belt loose. Very disappointed. Tech marked all 4 tires as cracked. Tire store said not the case. May be a single lady of age but really? Paid extra for belt inspection. I cant recommend this place
I had a great experience there. I went in for a repair on my tire that had a nail on it and they repaired it in a timely manner. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or do any other service. They made my son and I feel comfortable. I would highly suggest them. Bruce was so kind to answer all of my questions. Thanks once again!
Sorry folks. I do not have a favorable opinion of this place. They went from happy, helpful to searching for things to charge us for. I paid off my credit account and sent them my cut up card. After 7 years, Were through.
These guys are scam artists, they gave me the run around on my warranty tires. At first i got a tire pressure light that came on, I brought it in to check it out. They told me my front left tire had two nails in it so they couldn’t repair it and had to replace it under warranty for $50. Not too long afterwards I get another tire pressure light come on and now it’s the exact same story but on my front right tire. Not too long after that I’m driving to work and yet again I get another tire pressure light come on, I stop to see what happening and I can hear air leaking out of my rear right tire. Ok so I get things happen on the road but not like this not one after another. I have spoken around and I get the same story from multiple people. So my conclusion is that these guys are truly scam artist and make you come back to repay for tires over and over again. If you’re shopping around for a tire place I suggest you look elsewhere because there is no worry free service with Firestone. Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten,

This garage was able to fit me in as a last minute appointment.They service members were honest about their times and technician constraints. Walked in the store on the way home from work. The girl at the counter was apparently too busy to give eye contact or even acknowledge that I walked in the door. After about 10 minutes Katie comes in from the back all smiles and eager to assist as ALWAYS. Thank you Katie, after explaining I only needed a head lamp for my car I was literally out of there in less than 5 minutes. The excellent customer service in this store is always constant. (Except for Miss too busy to say, Ill be with you in a moment). Johnny, youve got a great team! Even though you werent in the store Katie made sure that the customers are still treated with excellent service. keep up the good work!
Incredibly fast service, friendly staff and best price in town. Got an oil change for my vehicle. They said it would take 45 minutes, they got it done in 30. Highly recomended.
My parents jeep was taken there today for an oil change as it always goes there faithfully but today the Jeep came home on a tow truck. The incompetent worker broke the oil pan weld inside the oil pan and wouldnt take responsibility for it and was told it would cost over $500 for US to fix it even though it was their fault!!! They took no responsibility and now it sits in the garage till its fixed leaving us stranded! Beware!! Do not go here!! Giving them one star was still way too much! !
Great service, staff is very friendly. Didnt have any reservations about paying too much. Its a new car for me and it just passed 100,000 miles. I feel safe leaving it with Firestone.

Service was perfect. They took my car at my appointment time and completed it within two hours for full frontal break replacement, alignment and an oil change. Employees were friendly and very helpful with questions.
I went in to replace a battery, I was told they were to busy to help me and I should try somewhere else. I asked for advice, and they said I dont know and the employee gave me a look and walked away. Im glad they couldnt help me, cause they werent very inviting.

Way overpriced, tried to sell me something I didnt need. The young woman working the front counter lied about the financing aspect regarding credit. She said they do a soft credit check our score went way down after their soft credit check.

I stopped in this store to get a price for 4 new tires. The guy at the counter was very nice and gave me a print out of three different options. There was no pressure to make a purchase.
We took the vehicle in for a free brake inspection. Received a call stating car needs new rotors, calipers, hoses and brakes. We just replaced them all along with a new master cylinder, within the last week. They wanted $1400+. We decided to get the vehicle and bring it home to have another mechanic work on it. Low and behold the FREE brake check turned into towing $29.99 for the brake check. They said they had to do a diagnostic, which we did not authorize, saying my son signed to have it done. My son did not agree to a diagnostic, nor did he sign any paperwork for said work, nor was he given paperwork. His signature was forged!

Made me wait 3 hours to tell me my car was “too low” to do an oil change on when they lead me to believe they would be able to work on it being how low it was (most places will work on it). Waste of my time when I could’ve gone somewhere else that would do the oil change on my car. Should’ve just told me they could’ve done it in the first place so I could’ve taken my business somewhere else. Never going here again

This was the first time that I went to this location. The employee helped me and let me know exactly what was going on. He gave me a window of when they could start on my vehicle since I didnt have an appointment. If I need assistance again and Im in the area again, I will go back to this location.

Wow I cant believe people are saying that they got a good price I called them and they quoted me $800 for the tires and the Firestone a off Madison offer them to me for $600 and then the Firestone in Rancho told me that $200 was for mounting and balancing thats crazy .
Kenny answers the phone and works the office. He is not helpful at all. He lied about our repair and tried to deceive me and my wife just to sell us new tires. He has zero customer service skills. I will never step foot there again. There are so many good tire companies out there, no need to put yourself through their abusive service and attitudes. Please do yourself a favor go someplace else.

They always do a good job on my car but I feel like they could take my business or leave it. Theres no sense that anyone cares if Im bringing my car there or not. Plus every time I go in they are really understaffed, like, every time. So an oil change took almost 2 hours. Like I said though, they do a good job so I keep going back.

Work was fine (so far anyway), but shop cant or wont process a credit card over the phone, unlike every other shop (and business) can. So I had to drive all the way to the shop to pay for my daughters car in person since she attends college near that shop, and thats where she went when her car broke down. I realize its probably some mindless corporate policy and not the fault of the folks working there, but it still nets out to a customer service fail.
Good experience here! Very friendly and professional employees over the phone and in person.I would have given 5 stars, but the work took a bit longer than quoted, and we had an appointment.But so far, the work they did solved the problem! (grinding noise from needing new rear brake pads) and they always have coupons online for different services, which is a huge help!
This is the only automotive shop I will take my car to. They are very efficient and honest. When they repair my car, I know its fixed correctly.
Update: Took my 2017 Kia Sedona in for an alignment, it was pulling right. Johnny, my advisor, got me in the same day and did a great job. The van is now tracking straight and the overall experience was excellent! Alignment on a 2006 Ford E-150 Cargo Van.My van has pulled to the right since I bought it. Ive taken it to the dealer twice and had three other shops attempt to fix it. After two sets of tires wearing out, I started looking for an alignment expert. I heard back from a couple of sources that Mike at Firestone in RC was excellent. They were right. The van is back and tracking straight for the first time since I bought it.The shop was clean, the guy who checked me in and coordinated the effort was great, and the most important thing, they fixed the problem.Nice JOB Firestone!
Expensive and takes a long time. My repairs took a lot longer than expected and cost much more than I anticipated. To be fair, their quote was exactly what I paid. They are open on Sunday which is useful.
Their work is okay and it should be, you pay enough for it! Whenever you need a part after they diagnose a problem for you, you cant got to another place to buy that part cheaper and they dont tell you they CANT install customers parts until AFTER youve purchased them, they seem to TAKE DELIGHT in telling you that and if you return for continued service and they cant make anymore MONEY off you, they LOVE to INCONVENIENCE you!After they complete the work Ive already paid FOR, Im DONE with their NICKEL SLICK, SLIMEY asses, NEVER AGAIN will I DEAL with those CROOKS and theyre lucky they got two stars!

First Big service was because my vehicle overheated and I was told that it was because of my thermostat and thermostat housing was leaking, come to find out only after I paid over $400 for the repairs that it was my fan clutch. Now I’m back again and I wanted new tires for my vehicle and asked for all terrain tires and when my wife came down to have them installed they showed her tires that are not AT tires and then installed them. Now she’s not to savvy in what tires do what. However if they had paid more attention to the request for all terrain and less about getting a sale I’m sure we would not be in this spot. Will not be returning.
Went in at 9am to replace brakes and didnt get out until past 5pm. A couple hour job turned into an 8 hour job. Best to not go during Sundays.

I have been a loyal customer to Firestone for over 5 years now. Sadly this is my first and possibly my last horrible experience with this company if this does not get resolved in a timely matter.I took the vehicle in for full synthetic oil change and as soon as I left the store, the check engine light came on. I called the store and told them what happened so they said I could bring it back in to get it looked at.When I finally brought the vehicle back in to the shop I let Johnny know about the issues. Ie. The check engine light came on as soon ad I left and the vehicle started shifting abnormally hard. (The hard shifting is more than likely unrelated to the oil change, but I expected the car to get an inspection).I left the car with Firestone for a few hours and upon my return I was greeted with, there nothing was wrong, there must have been air in the line. The code is cleared and your vehicle is as good as new. Which was my first red flag.As I leave Firestone and turn onto Zinfandel the check engine light came back on. Which tells me a few things. 1. They did a bold face lie to thier customer about the services being preformed. 2. The only service preformed was clearing the code. 3. Another bold face lie about not being able to inspect the transmission or its fluids because there is no dipstick.Now, I am not a professional mechanic, but I do have project cars and I do take care of the vehicles on my own when I have time for it. But there is other reasons that a transmission will slip and there is other parts of the vehicle that need inspecting if the vehicle is shifting hard. He could have checked the fluid levels by taking the plug out on the side of the transmission. The Chevy Cavalier has a transmission plug on the side very similar to that of a manual transmission. He could have inspected the filter for clogs or leaks. They could have inspected the transmission and/or axels for leaks or cracks. Im sure they could have checked hoses and the pump. Point is, numerous things could have been checked and they were not because there is no dipstick.If you are the manager or owner of this store you can expect a phone call from me tomorrow morning.
They are open everyday, and are always friendly and do a good job explaining problems, and what repairs are necessary. If there is a problem they have no problem taking another look at your vehicle.
Limited waiting and always willing to help; this is a great place to get your car serviced.
