Please be aware of shipping with UPS - they are very untrustworthy, don’t deliver packages at all and are known to steal and ruin packages as well. My package for $400 was stolen and changed for the other (less expensive one that was supposed to come same day) with some garbage stuff inside. By the way, they provided a delivery status - your package was delivered. So, THANK YOU ups, I hope you’re happy.

Only place Ill ever go to make copies. The counter guy in there is the best makes the process so easy and even answers all my stupid questions. Always professional always friendly always makes the process so easy for me I love that store. Melvin makes that store

I went to the UPS store the other day to return some shirts I bought my husband and the clerk was a jerk! He talked down to me and was just plain rude. Ive worked customer service jobs, and Im always kind. I was to this gentleman, but after a long day at work I didnt appreciate how I was treated.

Yesterday, May 6th 2020, I went to UPS to return things to Amazon. I was returning two rugs that were ordered in the same order. I received them packaged only plastic, no box. I never opened the product because I realized it wasnt what I was looking for. Since there were two of them I put them in in a big plastic bag with tape.The ONE return sticker we received from Amazon was for BOTH rugs.The person who attended me kept saying I needed to pay for the packaging and the box. I was returning the products exactly how I received them, with no box. Since Amazon would have to take care of the return process I refused to pay. In that moment I called Amazon and I was told that I didnt need a box OR two stickers for each rug (as they kept suggesting us to get). Amazon even spoke to the employee who attended us and even then they kept telling us to pay for the packaging. I stayed on the phone with Amazon and they made a QR code indicating that we did not need a box. When I hung up with Amazon I was attended by another UPS employee. And since I saw that during the call he came on for his shift (he wasnt there to see any of the problem happening) I just told him, Im ready to return this package here is the QR code.This person scanned the QR code and started raising his voice telling me that I needed a box because thats what the instructions for returns say. And in the instructions it only mentions correct packaging but says nothing about a BOX being needed.In that moment he started to point out the stickers by slamming his finger on the rugs telling us that we NEEDED two separate stickers for each rug, while still shouting. I kept explaining that that was UNNECESSARY because the sticker itself already clarified that the quantity of the rugs was 2.While we kept going back and forth about that he suddenly angrily rips the plastic in which I wrapped it in and kept restating that we needed a package for TWO rugs.In conclusion he was being extremely brutal and all for what???? A box? Jesus he looked like a WILD ANIMAL!!!!!!! Many clients even got to see that he was raising his voice, the show he was making. I recorded what happened.I felt what had happened was either discrimination or they really try to sell so they can keep the money and not report it. I simply do not see another reason for someone to want to sell something unnecessary so badly. In the past UPS hasnt given me receipts but still ask for the payment.BE CAREFUL UPS YOUR EMPLOYEES COULD BE STEALING FROM YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS!!!!

I went to that location today for return some items. I ask the man if he can help me seal the boxes, and he said he would charge me $1.00 each for sealing the boxes. I wonder if he charge to breath inside of his store.Im not in the position to tell him how to run his business, but I cant afford this kind of royal service.My 1 star rating is for not been able to provide convenience to customer.

Employees were too involved involved in their own conversation to notice a customer coming in. They spoke to each other in an extremely unprofessional way that made me feel very uncomfortable. I have never been to any ups store with this rude of employees. I will not be coming back to this location.

Every time I come here, staff is never pleasant or professional. They act like a bunch of college kids that just want you to go away as soon as possible. I was literally standing there asking a question while the clerk Melvin was there right in front of me texting on his phone with a stupid smirk on his face. And I had to repeat myself to get his attention. When he looks up he just says Huh? with no apology or anything. Consider training your employees on proper customer service and basic manners.

Besides them being idiots and not able to do a simple flyer. They fight among themselves and their business practices are ragedy. I never got my flyer and they wouldnt return my 20.00 that basically they stole from me. I would not recommend this location they are idiots totally. Would give zero stars if I could. Got to the store at 8:20am (posted hours state they open at 8am) and they were not open. No note with different opening time or anything. Irritated since I went out of my way to go there to mail 2 packages.
