Unfortunately I was very disappointed with our rental. We rented chairs for an event and the chairs wet all dirty and I feel if you rent something it should come clean especially now things should be clean and sanitized.

They came highly recommended by a coworker. I have used them twice now and both times they have been excellent. When I call a real person picks up the phone and is very friendly, knowledgeable with their current inventory and prices are competitive. Delivery is fast and organized.

If I could give zero stars I would. I want to say when I called the woman on the phone was super nice. We discussed every detail about my order. I recieved an invoice the same day with all the proper dates times locations and items rented. I called to make my payment and I got a different person a gentleman. I asked if I could add 20 more chairs an 2 more round tables as our guest list got bigger. His response was we dont have anymore 72 inch round tables in fact we dont even have the initial 6 you requested we have to borrow those from someone else. Shocked a bit about the 6 I initially ordered I figured they had everything figured out and I shouldnt worry. I ordered 2 additional 60 inch tables instead. Than I get a call back that my pick up time is after 5pm so I will need to pay 145 not 65 dollars. That was not listed in the invoice I already received in fact it clearly states 130 PM drop off and a 7 PM pick up 65.00 again trying not to panic as this is now the week of the party we agreed to keep the items until Monday meaning I know had to find someone to pick up 80 chairs and 11 tables and hold them until Monday to get the original charge of 65.00 but that wasnt it now Im being told the day before the party the county kept all the 72 inch round tables and I should just change my tables to 60 inch tables. When i finally said I have had enough of the merry go round changes the gentlemen was rude disrespectful and not customer friendly. He told me basically I shouldnt be arguing and take 60 inch its not to much of a difference from 72 NO its not my fault you cant schedule party rental equipment properly. If I went with 60 inch tables that is 2 less chairs per table which means I now must rent more tables than I originally ordered which means more money more table cloths more inconvenience the day before a party. When his rude attitude didnt work with me he said I will get you your tables. I asked what is the time window someone should be there he argued with me I told you this the other day you dont listen yes that is what the owner of this business said to me . Just FYI, I never had this conversation with him the other day or I wouldnt have asked. Rude is all I can say... now lets get to the day of this guy shows up with old wooden round tables he doenst have anyone helping him. He rolls the tables out onto the concrete slamming them Ill n the ground. He rolls them to the grass area and leaves them in a pile. Yes he DOSENT HELP SET THEM UP he dumps everything and takes off. I start looking at the tables and chairs.... DIRTY BROKEN CRACKS I paid 350 bucks and this is what we got unbelievable! Before he left he proceeded to tell me I must re stake the chairs in a precise manner if I dont they will charge me lol okay I said and did you note how dirty the chairs are and the missing pega on the bottom of the chairs and the broken tables you provided me for 350. He told me they are all in working condition and will not snag your table cloth wow unbelievable. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WASTE OF MONEY AND THIS GUY IS A JERK IF YOU SO MUCH AS QUESTION HIM REGARDING YOUR ORDER FYI HE NEVER OFFERED ME ANY DISCOUNTS FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED NOTHING. I RENTED A BOUNCE HOUSE AFTER RENTING WITH THIS JERK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU RENT YOUR PARTY STUFF FROM PARTY BOUNCE HOUSE RENTALS IN SACRAMENTO/ELK GROVE CA THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING THE CARE THE FRIENDLY STAFF ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT YOU WILL EVER GET FROM THIS JERK. I rented from this company for my Thanksgiving dinner and they were very helpful with timing and decisions. We had 50 people at my house, and the deliver came on time with plenty of time to set up. The staff is very knowledgeable also.
