The store was kept pretty clean and the customer service was pretty cool. Need more sugar free beverages. Everybody cant do sugar and sodas all the time.

Rude as always..cashier never speaks never say thank you.. I was able to find everything I needed thats the only reason they get 3 stars.

Very rude staff. Upon entering the store tonight the cashier stated “we closing in three minutes.” The lack of customer service and customer care here is very disappointing. In addition, the cashier began to yell “we closing in one minute” screaming loudly and unprofessionally in the presence of a store manager named “Shay/Shey” allegedly. The staff offered no help to find our product if they were concerned with closing so fast and as we are in COVID customers should be the number one priority especially to generate revenue. The staff is here is highly unprofessional, detestable in their approach and lack the ability to elevate the customers experience. I am highly dissatisfied with the service offered here especially with a member of management on property and on shift. Lastly, the store is very unorganized and lacks structure. My wife swears by Family Dollar. We have three kids, and she’s always able to get what she needs at a reasonable price. I’ve picked up a few tools here because I needed cheap ones quickly. Nice broad selection that’s in-between convenience store, verity store and grocery store.

A couple of your female staff members need to be retrained in customer service. Especially when issues arise of a charge dispute. Displaying and attitude, eye rolling and staring at each other to intimate the customer is crazy is not professional nor acceptable. Thank goodness a Male employee stepped in to calmly, cordially and professionally resolve the issue in a respectful manner. And I appreciate and applaud him. Please inform your female employees with the young girl attitude to drop it or get a job where the public doesnt have to be exposed to their antics

Very nice staff. The prices are pretty reasonable they have buy 1 regular price toy and get 50% off the 2nd toy. They have beautiful pictures to hang on your wall for varies of prices too

First time in this Particular Famliy dollar love it very much very big and well stocked with merchandise.
