From these comments it clearly showing that Tara is asking people to rate her highly in the reviews. Which is desperate and a false narrative. I contacted her to resolve something which I thought was a simple issue. No carts available for the customers unless accessed during business hours? 3 carts available for a large establishment like this? Tacky. Tara was rude and sarcastic in her explanation as to why the current customers of the facility have to suffer for the mistakes of previous customers. I’m going all the way to ensure everyone knows how unprofessional she was.

My comments are focused on Tara. I have watched her with other customers and she has excellent customer service skills. She is friendly, in a natural way, not forced or phoney. I went in to pay my bill and shared with her that I am trying to downsize my unit. I am not sure how to get rid of things that I dont want. She gave me some business cards with people who can clear out the unit, also mentioned putting stuff online for sale or for free. She also mentioned getting a smaller unit first to move the stuff I want to keep into it when I clear out the larger unit.When it comes to Customer Service, Tara is a natural.Thank you Tara!

I have stored before and remember how clean this place was. Stopped in to check prices as I need a unit again..Just like I remember. Clean and Tara was a great help she explained how I can now rent online by downloading the new app.

I see her every month when I pay my fees and Tara has always been incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my concerns relating to my 2 storage units. I am highly pleased not only with Tara’s professional demeanor but also her pleasant disposition.

Nice and clean. Set up online rental for my mother, went in with her today so she knew how to find her storage unit. We got lost! Tara showed us where to park closer and helped with a cart so she did not have to carry her boxes. Nice place thank you!

I went into public storage to inquire about rental units cost and general information. Upon entering I was greeted by Kim with enthusiasm and a smile. Kim answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Her knowledge and professional approach is truly an asset to the company.

Alex was great with the on-boarding process and communicated clearly. He was able (and happy) to answer the questions I had regarding the rental. Looking forward to clearing out some stuff to reclaim some living space!

Liked the storage unit I had for 2 years... until I got into car accident, totalled my vehicle, got hurt, all my property was auctioned for only 60 day late payment of $200!! I got no phone call or my emergency contact very unsatisfied with their communication as I lost everything I owned (irreplaceable things)

This is a great example of how customer service should be displayed. I came across this facility in a short term move. I took a look at the place and was very clean, and professional looking. I spoke and met with Christine, the property Manager -and she was text book in the polices and procedures. I was very pleased with all my questions answered and great-Customer Service!

I called about my storage unit and Nancy was very helpful with addressing all of my concerns. She made things clear and easy for me to weigh all my options. Which was a great level of customer service.

Great customer service. Stephenie was awesome as are all the different staff I have encountered each time I am there. Stephenie was great with my movers and very patient with me and my toddler through the whole process. The unit was spacious and easily accessible. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that I wish it was open 24hrs or later at least. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Do NOT rent from this storage place. This location in Randolph Mass is HORRIBLE. They have the worst customer service. The place is ALWAYS dirty and the security door has been broken more than it works since my stuff has been there. They will never call you back or maybe its just me. I have requested a supervisor call me back for months now and still 2 months later no call. There were dead mice laying around so long they look like fossils for a museum display. The carts to move your stuff in and out has been broken and they use a rope as a handle. Moving in was a nightmare. I should have taken that as a sign and rented another storage unit. I have since reported this company to BBB because the toll free number isnt any help at all. Do yourself a favor and just store your stuff under a bridge somewhere. Itll be cleaner and safer.

I was at this store yesterday helping my mother-in-law move in her stuff. Chris & Juanita were so friendly and helpful. We had great conversation and it helped to make moving actually enjoyable. Thanks for the fun day guys! Highly recommended.

I visited this Public Storage facility today to check out a storage room and the cost. I was greeted pleasantly and helped by a young woman named Sammi who was very helpful. She took my information and then promptly showed me a the storage area. It was clean, neat and dry. All inside and climate controlled. I did not need the space immediately but I will definitely rent at this facility in the near future. Excellent!

I would not recommend this facility. Not only have they raised prices (they call it adjusting the price). The place is not clean and the doors dont work most of the time, never mind the restroom. My 10x10 went from $173/mn to $210/mn in one year. 20% increase? Not good, nice job of taking advantage of the current environment.

My experience at Public Storage Randolph, North Street was great. Chris is awesome! He explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. A word of advice:. If your renting from there its best to purchase the Public Storage lock to secure your unit. It works perfectly.

I dont usually write reviews but had to based on my interaction with Tara. She is fantastic! She spent some time with me answering my questions and was extremely pleasant and professional. The times I have seen her there, she is always straightening up something or cleaning or mopping. Its good to see that she cares about this facility. She always seems to be doing something to make that place a little better.

I just read a review really quick from YR Santos, and Im going to have to highly disagree with that review. Customer service at this location is not all about sales. Personally, I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. They deserve a 6 star rating for that alone. I read that review, and decided I needed to make my own.Ive always had the pleasure of dealing with John, and he has gone above and beyond on many occasions. He is nothing but professional and easy to talk to. I had a bad experience in this storage. I had to return my things to my old storage and pay one more day because here at 805 North St, Randolph, MA 02368 the storage carts can not be used after 6 pm its a stupid thing to rent just for a month theres no professionalism in this store I do not recommend it ask if they could return my money to the card I did not want more the unit the head of the store told me simple and simple that he did not give me the explanation why

This place has made a complete 360! So much cleaner and professional. I was there a couple of months ago and it looked like a zoo i actually left .The lady behind the desk stayed on her cell phone the entire time. I went last week and this new lady defiantly reflexs a great look for this company.

Alex was my representative for my appointment and was extremely helpful. He was very professional even though the facility was definitely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon and he was trying to help everyone quickly. The facility is clean and climate controlled which is nice.The only bad thing I can say is they definitely need more weekend help and a shredder in the office yo destroy personal documents.

Property manager is extremely unprofessional. Background: When I first signed up for the storage unit, the prorated fee calculation was not clear. The paperwork says a due date that is different from actual. I was assessed a $20 late fee a day after the due date. I agreed to pay the charge, but the property manager prevented me from accessing my belongings. When asked to show me a policy that said he could do that, he answers i dont have to show you anything. Paid the full balance to avoid confrontation, but for anyone else out there, be aware. I only used the storage unit for a month, but after carefully reading the contract, the wording is very deceiving and will get you in the worst possible way. I will never do business with this particular location again. After taking my stuff, I went straight to the competitor Extra Storage. Would never recommend this facility to anyone

Customer service is a point of sales, it has nothing to do with the facility itself and the fact that it is moldy and mildewy smelling. Which means so will the things you are storing. I am currently in dispute with the Insurance company that this facility uses. There have been ceiling leaks at the facility and there appears to be black mold on the ceiling tiles above. This mold is blown around the facility and the dampness has caused all of my items to have a foul, mildewy smell. I have lost clothing, books, vacuum cleaner, metal items were rusting and the odor does not come out. I have over 500 books that I will have to dispose of, family pictures Im trying to salvage, and too many things I have to get rid of. I have paid thousands of dollars over the four years my belongings have been there and they are ruined.My items were in plastic bins, I had heavy tarp over my belongings, trays of baking soda, kitty litter and bags of charcoal to absorb the odor and moisture, but did not realize that the roof leaks had gotten worse. I read about them on YELP. Nor, did I realize that what I was looking at was black mold on the ceiling above all of the units. I dont want anyone else to have to go through this and am just warning as many people as I can.
