My experience and courteous on extra space was good becuz of the staff, at our location bill was amazing, always courteous and tries to help people best he can ... hed always call me when its getting close to paying late fees, very informative . Without bill i probably wouldve given only 2 stars for my experience because extra space raised their prices so much and charge so much in late fees .. that was aweful but having bill made things much better

Painless & very fast/efficient. Store manager himself called me to check in and make sure I was all set. Sent me a map and specific directions to get to my unit. Was extremely helpful when I had a hard time getting inside the building (because I wasnt reading the map correctly). Awesome online deal for storage unit too. It was also very clean and easily accessible after learning how to get in, haha.

Extra Space truly does not care about their customers and it is a shame. They have raised my monthly rate since Ive obtained the unit a year ago. It has now doubled in price!A few weeks ago I was unable to enter my unit due to a door issue. The main door I enter has been broken for months as well. So the two entrances to the building were inoperable and all that Bill, the store manager, offered me was a $25 credit. I lost $4,200 that weekend due to not being able to access my unit and having no one working in the office. When you call customer service they only offer an automated system with your bill information. No live person.It is a shame that this company does nothing to assist you when it was their mechanical errors that cost you clients and money. I have already given my notice and I am happy to be giving my money to a new, reliable business.Be careful with Extra Space on Broadway in Raynham. I cannot speak for the rest of the locations, however.

My experience setting up my first ever storage unit was smooth and stress free at the Raynham location. The customer service over the phone was very helpful informative and kind. The first trip in to store some of our stuff, went much smoother than I ever expected... making our very stressful moving situation much less stressful.

One of the easiest process of renting with excellent customer service. The raynham facility is spotless both inside and out. The space I rented was clean and to be accurate better than I expected. Very convenient to get in through security and the into the building. All climate controlled so do not have to worry about humidity or any temperature damage on valuables. Extremely satisfied.

Staff is great. Thomas checked my in and explained everything. My only 2 issues were the automatic door kept closing despite the timer. And there is a curb where you have to lift up the carts to get in.

Ive had to put things in storage a few times in the past and I have to say this place is the cleanest Ive ever used. Very well maintained. Bill was great. He went through the lease agreement clearly and thoroughly and had me on my way in no time. And he was just a super nice guy. If I ever need storage again I will definitely come back here.
