I recently dealt with Roman who was absolutely awesome. I had called a different Victra and was told they cant order the phone for me I have to come in and wait and do the order in person yada yada. Basically I would need to spend an hour in the store, theyre nice stores but no one wants to do that. I got Roman on the phone and not only did he say he could do that but it was done over the phone in about 5 mins. Then I came in and spent maybe another 5 in the store. Absolutely made my day. I had so much to do and he made my less so much smoother for that day. Thanks again man!

He (Ramon)was very nice good personality very professional. His customer service skills were excellent. He made sure to fix the problem for us. Made sure we were happy before we left. They were conscientious about the Covid regulations, inquisitive about the needs of my phone usage, went way above and beyond to find the best possible deal often times restructuring the whole thing, and helped me set up everything so when I walked out the door I could or text! Great service and knowledgeable personnel, just very good place to go for service.

It has been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get my account set up correctly. Unless you have a lot of free time over the next few months to take care of their problems yourself, dont consider walking in the door. The staff is friendly and helpful but the manager has not followed through on anything. I was charged $800 for services they are unable to explain and they have not reversed the charges and are now threatening to cut off my service. It takes a lot for me to post a poor review, unfortunately this store has earned it.

I am so happy with my experience with Roman he literally made my transition easy and simple. I couldn’t be happier. I told my mom that she should transfer and she came in and didn’t get the experience I did so I told her to make sure to ask for Roman. In this age of Covid, I recommend calling for an appt. We were able to get a same day service. Jared was patient, knowledgeable, customer friendly and explained in detail the contract etc.

I’ve been with Verizon for 19 years and have never been disappointed with the service I have received. My latest experience was at the Red Bluff store on Bell Mill. Anton spent a great deal of time attempting to repair an old tablet I had brought in. After awhile we decided to trade the frozen screened tablet in for a brand new one. He showed me how I could get the best discounts. He was even able to save most of the apps and do it all while my family and I went out to dinner. Great job, Anton & Verizon.

I recently went in to upgrade my phone. Roman was really helpful. He helped me with my phone trade in, got me set up with lots of new accessories, and I had to leave for work but he still took the time to transfer all of my stuff to my new phone and then hand delivered it to my work about an hour later, as promised. I definitely recommend them.

Cannot say Employees are bad but the items they sell such as covers and phone screens are horrible. I am on my third Puregear Cover Tempered Glass for my phone. This is all within 6 months of first glass purchase. Unfortunately for me store will not refund or work with me on the screen cover. That means I am out $50 for initial screen cover and $10 each new one. Cannot recommend a store that does not stand behind its products. I will probably get the same reply to this review as every other person who rates the store a one star...contact us at our corporate email. Well I Did and it has been two months since my email...still no response. So do yourself a favor do not buy any products from the store. I am sure the phones and Verizon carrier is top notch but the in store products need some help.

Angie was my sales person she was friendly and helpful at first but was very pushy with selling us accessories and a free phone or tablet which isn’t free you have to pay for another line for two years. Got an iPhone for my mom they are 120 dollars more than Verizon Corporate store and if you don’t like your phone they charge you a 70 dollar restocking fee vs Verizon with a 30 dollar restocking fee this place try’s to gouge you.I would spend a little gas and go to a Corporate Verizon store. This place is joke. Totally ruined the excitement of getting a new phone.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! I called corporate and the said oh them they hear a lot of complaints about them. Its time to clean house. They are the worst customer service worst company they wont admit they screwed up they just wanted the sale please dont waste ur time here go to any other dealer but them. They obviously just hustle people into sales. They cost us extra 400 dollars I cant pay now my phone is going to get turned off and it will be an expensive paperweight. If I thought I could sue them I would but the under dog always looses. Im not being spiteful for kicks this is a warning to save people the hassle.

Very bad customer service-you have to wait a long time, then they said l can bring my charger back and they will exchange it if anything happens to it. Today when l went to take it back-lts a total different story! I was supposed to register the charger..... Who knows anything about registering a $42 charger Ensane!

Do NOT seriously do not go to this place. All I needed was two prepaid sim cards and service for them, almost $200 later and ONE of my lines still doesnt have service because this store didnt process my CASH payment and Im out $40 plus the $10 I had to pay for the SIM card which is FREE online, plus the $20 activation fee, which is also FREE online. After spending over an hour on the phone with Verizon I was told Id have to make another payment to activate my line because they dont have a record of my payment from that store. I called the store and a gentleman took down my name and number and said a manager would call me back, that was two days ago.DONT GO TO THIS STORE. You will be over charged for EVERYTHING, that you can get online for less if not for free. If you DO go to this store dont pay them cash because even if you keep your receipt and they accidentally dont process your payment somehow, youll be SOL and have to pay AGAIN.Horrible experience, horrible service, complete rip off.

A phone was placed on or account fradulent Li or mistakenly either way it created a $200 bill that I am now being taken to collections over I have called several times several hours of conversation trying to get this taken care of and I get a final call that says they can credit back my account but it will take 3 to 4 billing cycles to fix their error and at the same time I am being taken to collections not a happy camper

Over charged me atleast $100 be forewarned they will rip you off
