Wow! I can not say enough good things about this company! The quality of work, the selection, the care in which they measured and installed the countertop and backsplash, and the follow up when everything was done…just wonderful! And what a selection of quartz they had..including the latest styles from Cambria. I chose one of their designs…it’s so beautiful! And I want to especially thank their Design & Sales Consultant, Yuri Bekchiu…he was very thorough in helping me decide the layout, checking the measurements, and following up afterwards. He took his time to make sure it was what I had I mind. You are in good hands with this company. I am posting the pictures so you can see what it looks like, my kitchen is still progressing, but you can get an idea on what they had to do…especially with the backsplash. If you want to know the color/design, this is quartz, called “Kendal” by Cambria.
Beautiful stone, great selection, great value and customer service. We started by visiting Avrio Surfaces looking for 6 remnants for 3 different projects. Yuri showed us all around the yard. The selections was impressive and well organized. Yuri did a fantastic job listening to our descriptions, needs and the various style and sizes we required. We quickly picked out the stone we needed. Afterwards, Steven came out and efficiently and professionally measured each section of our job. A few weeks later, Landon and crew came out to install. Everything fit perfectly. The overall experience with Avrio has been excellent. I cant recommend them enough. Great job.
Just had a chip repaired in our kitchen counter. Yuri came out and was timely, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
Arielle and her team are amazing! They turned my sad kitchen into a stunning, picturesque dream. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new kitchen countertops or any countertops for that matter. Arielle was so professional, kind and quick to respond. They will definitely be getting my future business!!!
I worked with Arielle on setting up the order and Steven. Cova and his team handled the installation and I was blown away! Their expert craftsmanship was equaled by their professionalism. I love my new counters and cant believe we got them so quickly!
I would not recommend Avrio. We had a similar situation as others where they just ghost you. They were no shows for 3 of our installation dates with zero communication. I understand that it is tough during COVID and we were OK with having to be rescheduled, but a phone call, text, or email would have been great. To have it happen three times is also inexcusable. Part of the issue is that people are constantly quitting at the company. You talk to one of their employees, get a confirmation of installation or are told they will call you back, then find out that they quit the next week, and you are back to the beginning. Our general contractor was super frustrated as well and is giving up on them. Once they finally installed the granite, they did a nice job, but good luck if you need them to come back for a repair or if you on a tight schedule.
Avrios website first attracted me to their quality products. Yuri made the process very easy. He shared his vast knowledge as we selected from their extensive inventory. The crew delivered the cut stones on-time and with perfect measurements. Im very pleased and recommend Avrio for your stone projects.
I was in need of a certain color quartz remnant (a color which apparently is hard to find) and spent 2 days calling every company I could find online. I scheduled an appointment with Avrio and met with Yuri. He was very professional, pleasant and optimistic right out of the gate. In less than 5 minutes he found exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely made my day!
Just had kitchen countertops installed by NW Granite & Marble LLC and couldnt be happier. I did most of my research on their website and prepared on the matter. Met with Sergiu and he helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience was great from the quoting process to the installation. The price was excellent compared to a lot of other local companies. The guys came and installed the quartz tops on a nasty icy day and came in and put down tarps and took great care of my house. I wish I needed more because I enjoyed the experience. I will be back!
After going to many different places I picked NW Granite and Marble and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely love my new countertops! They were very friendly, easy to work with and on top of it all they gave me the best price out of anyone else!Would highly recommend! Also despite what google says they are open on Saturday.
I renovate high end real estate in Seattle. The kitchen for many customers is the most important room and they want to see the largest selection of counter tops available. NW Granite and Marble LLC have every color and pattern in quartz, marble and granite. The selection is huge. If I cant find what they want at NW Granite and Marble the earth never produced it. The professional design staff is also very helpful in aiding my clients to make the right choice.
The Northwest Granite & Marble showroom is beautiful. There are lots of samples and full size slabs for you to choose from.We are still in the planning stages and Yuri showed us several quartz colors and tile backsplash to take home. Yuri is friendly, knowledgable, and very patient with us. He understands countertops inside-out and made some great recommendations on using waterfall countertops for our island and full height countertop backsplash. Cant wait to have our countertops installed! We are considering between the Calacatta Gold from Silestone or Misterio from PentalQuartz.
We contacted Avrio to assist us with drilling a hole in our existing quarts kitchen countertop to accommodate a water filtration system. We used the online form to request assistance and received a call back the very next day from Yuri. Excellent communication regarding the details of the work and the pricing. Yuri kept in touch by text message and arrived promptly at the arranged time.Yuri was respectful of our home, came prepared with a mask, and used a vacuum cleaner to keep the dust down during the drilling. The work was impeccable with no issues whatsoever. We would absolutely contact Avrio should we have further needs for countertops or repairs.Thank you Yuri !!!!!
Edit: After reading my review, Sergiu called me and made it right. Very happy with the countertop and install.Charged me for extra work that turned out to be not necessary and thus not done. For a month + I tried to get them to send me a new bill, I explained the situation 6 times, they dont answer their invoice emails, but their automated system keeps adding fees to your bill. When you call, you have to re explain everything every time, and then nothing gets done because another person then follows on your ask. Never again, avoid them except if you love to deal with Comcast level customer support.
We hired NW Granite and Marble LLC to provide and install Quartz tops and a large bathroom vanity top. The experience was fantastic! Sergiu, the owner is a pleasure to work with. He is professional, efficient and accurate. The pricing was reasonable and the installation of the highest quality. In addition, although NW Granite and Marble is located in Redmond, Sergiu and his team were happy to travel to Renton to perform the work. I would highly recommend NW Granite and Marble LLC.
Our experience with Avrio was excellent. We needed polishing of our kitchen island quartz surface.Yuris.B did a fantastic job in restoring our surfaces back to their original beauty and shine. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in the process of restoration and repair. We highly recommend him and Avrio.Monica and Markus P., Kirkland WA
I had a positive experience with Yuri getting a countertop.Communication was very clear. Everything was done at agreed time, with promised quality. Its important to me. Lowes and HD tend to over-promise, and under-deliver, a lot! Experience with Avrio was nothing to compare, it was good. Yuri has been man of his word every step through the process. The quartz countertop I got from Avrio looks stunning! Definitely highlight of the whole bathroom. One of my favorite parts of the place now. The lines and color combined really beautifully with walls, and the floor.Installation was very quick and uneventful.I will buy countertops from Avrio again when I move to the new house.
Will not use this company or refer this company to anyone.Their template guy came out to measure our kitchen and 2 baths. Prior to them coming out, we asked if our cabinet door fronts needed to be installed. They said no. We provided everything they requested be present at the time of measurement (sinks, cook tops, spec sheets). He measured the area, placed the cook tops and sinks into the base cabinets, and even made a comment on how the kitchen sink fit perfectly. They sent us the template measurements to review and sign off on. I was hesitant because by doing so I would relieve them of all fault if after installation the measurements didnt fit the area properly. The measurements werent a the same length and width, which confused me. For example, he measured our island counter top (see attached image) for 99 on one side, and 99 3/16 on the other side. I did not understand why they couldnt cut an even rectangle and so I reached out to them for clarification. They told me that theyre experts at what they do and that what I was looking at was not what they wanted me to review - they wanted me to review the stone choice and a 4 overhang in one of the bathrooms. So, I did and signed off on those line items. On Install Day, 2 guys came and greeted me. I thought, Theres no way that 2 guys can carry the 8.25 x 5 island slab up our stairs and into the kitchen. Then, we find out that the template guy told the installers that there were only 8 steps to the kitchen - its not. There are 4 flights of stairs. Because of that, we had to wait another hour for 2 more guys to come. It took the 4 guys 2 hours to bring the slab up. They installed everything, but the back splash in the kitchen powder room. They said they cut too large of a stone and would have to send someone to come back and finish the cut/installation.I tried installing my kitchen sink door fronts but realized that the sink was sitting too far forward to the opening of the base cabinet (where the hinge is supposed to sit). I couldnt attach the cabinet door because the sink was blocking the mounting bracket the hinge is supposed to snap into. I stopped my payment, reached out to my designer, and she forwarded the message along to the fabricators. When NW Granite reached back out, they told me it was my fault for choosing too big of a custom sink, that there isnt enough space for the sink to be any closer to the wall (there was ample enough space and I showed them to prove it), and that I need to buy different hinges. If the sink was an issue, it was never brought to my attention during the template review period. They totally overlooked it, and then tried to blame the error on me. I disproved their excuses, but they wouldnt budge. The worst part - we had the hinges on site the whole time. The guy never asked to see it so we never thought to bring it out. After all, theyre the experts...as they claim to be.It got up to the big boss, Sergiu. My neighbor worked with them before we did (we were unaware) & told me he had issues with his counter top installation. Out of curiosity, I asked him what company he went with and he said, NW Granite & Marble, LLC. He told me that his issue was resolved and Sergiu discounted them on the project. I found comfort knowing that my situation could get resolved, either with a replacement or a discount due to measuring oversight. I was wrong...so very wrong. When Sergiu came, he gave one look at me and my girlfriend and started to escalate the situation, telling us that hell find a different hinge and charge me for the replacements, that he will not go down one penny even after acknowledging that his guy made a mistake and moving forward, he will change protocol to make it mandatory that all cabinet door fronts be installed prior to measurement. I basically was a guinea pig. I paid for a service with an expectation that it would be done properly and completely - not the case, and they threatened to take legal action if I didnt pay up. They did provide lesser quality hinges, but the kitchen sink doors look wonky.
It doesnt matter if you are contractor or homeowner the Avrio Surfaces is the company to choose. Unlimited selection of materials including remnant yard for your small projects. Awesome customer service, attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. Thank you.
A big thanks to NW Granite/Avrio in Redmond ! They installed a Quartz tub surround for our master bathroom. Our concerns for a timely, affordable and quality install were high due to a very poor experience with a storefront tile business in Mill Creek. We checked them out thoroughly and compared to other competitors before selecting NW Granite. Fortunately, our experience with Yuri, the staff and installers was exceptional. Yuri was very professional and precise in his advice, recommendations and pricing for the project. Their variety of products offered was extensive. Our existing tub surround structure had some challenges for the surveyor and installers, but again their advice and workarounds with the existing layout was excellent. They both dedicated unplanned time to ensure the final product was exact and beautiful. We may have some new work to be done; NW Granite will be our first consideration. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have used NW Granite and Marble a handful of times in the last few years. Our latest job was two Quartz bathroom vanities. Once again the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. We dealt with Sergiu at the show room, he gave us a quote on the spot and helped us to choose a vanity top that was within our budget. Sergiu and his team are always very friendly and professional. If you are looking for quality stone, perfect precision and solid customer service, I highly recommend NW Granite and Marble.
I was referred to this business by my neighbors. This was before they changed their name to Avrio. As a small business owner I take this very seriously. I do my best to address my clients issues and if necessary do what ever it takes to address their concerns (including full refunds).I am sharing my experience after trying to work with the business and the owner since the start of the project on December 10.Communication was poor from the start. The crew was scheduled for a demolition of tile and install of a quartz countertop. When they arrived they were not aware of the demo for the tile and had to contact the office to start the project. They did stay to complete both. The next step was the tile installation. The worker arrived and after examining the tile found it was defective. We decided to return them and order a different tile. He had to return the tile all the way to Redmond and then go to Seattle to pick up the new tile. I approved the tile. He had to wait until the office was contacted about releasing the new tile because it wasnt yet paid for.Three hours later he returned to begin the job.I left for quite awhile and came back to see the tile was much larger than I anticipated. I take responsibility for that. When the grout was applied I waited til the next day and noticed it was dried in different shades. I called the tile worker and he came over and told me it needed to dry more. It was the same the next day. It was agreed that he would come back and redo the grout. At that time he noticed a crack in the countertop. In the mean time. The seam on the countertop was very visible and they sent someone back to repair. They were also going to put a bracket on my dishwasher because it was coming out of the wall after the install. The next day when I went to use the dishwasher I discovered it wasnt closing properly. I took the bracket off to see if that was the problem and discovered the handle was broken and the dishwasher was unusable. The seam was still very visible and 2 different colors.I reached out to the project manager Christian and he was going to take my concerns to the owner. We scheduled a time for the owner to come look at the job.He promised to get back to me that day or the next. Two weeks later I called Christian back to say I had not heard from him. Two days later the owner finally called back.He said he would give me a credit for the tile but discounted the seam and the crack and said it was too bad but my dishwasher was older. We scheduled a third time to come repair the seam and the crack. That was done yesterday. It was suggested that the seam be elsewhere or cut in one piece. He also noticed the grout cracking. They did the best they could do with the seam and the crack. As of today, the bill is paid the job is still not finished. The support staff have been helpful and it is not their fault. I hold the company liable.I do not recommend this business.Post Review
I would not recommend this place. I am a contractor, the homeowner found this place and decided to go with them. They came out and measured an existing area then sent the homeowner a drawing of the template to confirm dimensions she forwarded them to me and I saw that there was a problem with the dimensions. She asked them to wait until I could confirm and they cut it anyway and tried to tell her there was nothing they could do. She refused to take it so miraculously they came up with another one, then days later when it was said to be ready for me to pick it up I had to wait over a half hr because they did not attach the sink on it yet which was also purchased from them. The sales lady said they were supposed to have done that hrs earlier but got busy... There are to many other companies out there that have it together. This was not a good experience for the homeowner. It was actually very stressful for her.
Really great customer service!
Everyone at Avrio was awesome about getting our countertops installed, from the communication aspects to the logistics of install day. Luis and Amir came for install and were friendly, professional, and did a phenomenal job. We are so pleased with our counters and the time they took to get everything perfect. It came out even better than imagined. If we ever need more counters, we are going straight to Avrio!
Very good countertops. Ordered from Avrio for my kitchen. The stones fit really nice. My peripheral counters had to be joint and the union was perfect, we barely notice a line.
We recently had our entire kitchen/island and a very large butler pantry counter installation through NW Granite and Marble and couldn’t be more pleased with using them! Not only was Yuri very helpful in helping me pick out quartz colors and matching them up (we used 2 different colors of quartz for the counters and a 10 ft. Island) but he gave me prices of the quartz samples so I stayed in my price range. The day of measuring and installation went very smoothly and the guts were extremely professional. The end results were amazing and we were very pleased, not only with the finished results but it was more affordable than we thought it would be! We will continue use NW Granite and Marble and We recommend them to everyone that admires our kitchen!
Yuri at NW Granite was a great person to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to reach all the right people to get our fabulous bathroom countertop, on time purchased, scheduled, fabricated and installed. Even when we used a top of the line brand new 2cm ceramic counter top, fabrication was perfect. Very few people can fabricate with this type of material. We are very pleased with NW granite and with Yuri. Great work
I got quartz installed in my kitchen from here. Theyre one of the few shops that carries basically every manufacturer, so its easy to compare slabs all in one place. Plus you wont have the issue of someone pushing a specific brand or two because theyre the only two manufacturers they carry. The owners are really honest and straightforward. I got a pretty good price compared to my other bids and I turned over every stone checking for hidden costs but we completed the job as written with no weird extra charges. Theyll give you a pretty honest opinion of what sells well and whats worth your money since they do carry so many different competing slab brands.I had one seam by the sink and it was really well done, plus there was a lot of detail put into the template layout to make the seam look as blended as possible. The measuring guy made an on-site decision to make our square full height backsplash into a curved cut to match the curved hood, and this was done at no additional charge and looks way better. Overall the work is good and the service is professional. There were some minor mistakes in the fabrication regarding things being cut slightly off measure or backwards, and they were all fixed quickly and without issue, but as always with any job I recommend you double check all your measurements when the install truck arrives and fix any problems early before it becomes hard to do so.
Nice looking service. Order countertops for two vanities. Had some initial problems on measurements, as my vanities were made to order, but they were responsive and re measured. After that was fixed, the countertops fit perfectly. Very good quality.
The team was great to work with. Yuri was very prompt and friendly in getting the quote worked up. The install team made quick work of the project. I really appreciated the install team leaving my place spotless after the install.
Had a piece of granite to cut to fit a slightly wider refrigerator. Called Yuri, and he was able to squeeze me in quickly, and the job was done with plenty of time to spare for the new fridges arrival. Fast, friendly, and very professional.
Yuri from Avrio Services helped us out right away! We had a new stove range delivered that didnt fit and the granite counter tops needed to be sanded down. Yuri made sure both sides were even and nicely polished, and he made sure the kitchen wasnt covered in dust as he did it!!
NW Granite & Marble saved the day. The pricing was great, the service was excellent! We worked directly with Yuri who was always helpful. In fact we originally went with another outfit who was more expensive and had significant delays. So we were so glad to find NW Granite and work with Yuri who went above and beyond. When our tile installer gave him the wrong dimensions for a piece of quartz, Yuri was able to get a new piece fabricated for us in short order. We will definitely be going back when we remodel our kitchen and need new countertops.
Not a good company, this was far and away the worst experience we had with a company during our home renovation. We should have read the other reviews before hiring. We had quartz counter tops installed and within a few months the only seam on the job cracked. They refused to warranty (or even look at it) and quoted us $250/hr for any repair work! We said coffee had spilled on it and they said that was most likely the cause?? Luckily another company came in and saved the day – did a repair free of charge even though we weren’t their customer. We also ordered our back-splash tile through NW Granite. That was initially a smooth process but on a subsequent order of tile they mixed up our orders, refused to correct it internally, and then overcharged us based on an entirely different order (wrong tile altogether). It took weeks of sending invoices and very simple math on the charges to get a refund. We’d paid almost $7k to this company and could hardly get a call back to refund an incorrect charge. There are much better operators out there, I’d steer clear.
I searched near and far for countertops for our kitchen. I found NW Granite on yelp and stopped by to check them out. Long story short, they had all the options that Lowes and Home Depot had plus more. I worked with Yuri, and by the time I left that day I had purchased countertops. They came out a week later to finalize the measurements and then another week to install. The end product looks great and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend at least stopping by to see what they have.Plus they have a ton of drops to choose from for your little projects.
I purchased my Quartz slab from NW Granite and Marble, and not only was the service wonderful, but the Quartz quality was beautiful. NW Granite and Marble also provided installers, and they were great. They were attentive, responsible, did the work on time and with quality. I am very thankful to Sergiu for the great service, great price, and quality Quartz slabs.
If I could do more than 5 stars I would. I had been a lot of stone places in Redmond to finish my project and I can absolutely say NW Granite was the best. Sergiu warmly welcomed us to the store, offered us design feedback and truly helped us on our search. I would highly recommend him and this company! It’s very easy to deal with these guys.
Yuri came out on a Saturday afternoon to help fix our damaged quartz computer and did an amazing job!! Thanks Yuri!!
Much better pricing than other local stone dealers. I was just looking for a remnant that I could install and they were very accommodating. They had a good selection and the turn around time was good. I installed it myself only a week after I ordered it. Will recommend to others.
Hassle free one stop with friendly service and lots of resources and advises. If you need to get your kitchen or bath redone or want a new design, come here and you will likely get all your needs addressed in one place. Owner Sergiu has good taste and great personality. I have done my past few projects here and will be coming here again for the next one.
Thanks Sergey!
I have worked with Northwest Granite and Marble for two different projects. They do outstanding work and are extremely responsive. From the planning of the project to the installation team, they are completely professional and helpful. Their prices are great and their quality/service is better!
Okay, Malea may be my new favorite sales person of all time. Hilarious, direct, but very knowledgeable, and super helpful. Dont let her get away!!
Outrageous prices compared to other places in the area. $2000+ more than any other company for 50 sq ft of counter. That’s it, not fancy or hard. Bummed, I heard they were good but these prices won’t fly forever, once folks begin to realize, the owners will need to rethink things.
This is an awesome company to work with! From our first meeting with Yuri in their showroom to the final install of the backsplash we always felt this company listened and responded to what we wanted. We had two large kitchen countertops and two bathroom countertops demoed and quartz installed. Huge project! Of special note; they were particularly careful with the measurements. Everything fit perfectly! The NW Granite and Marble crew are professional, careful (especially with the demo) and very considerate. You can see the product that will be installed at their location and their prices are reasonable. We highly recommend this company!
Excellent service, excellent work, and I could schedule it on the weekend so I didnt have to take time off work. Yuri repaired my counter seam and it looks brand new.
This is a super shady company. Yuri, the salesperson is extremely unresponsive especially after the problems arose. They made a mistake on my invoice, which took forever for them to fix. The installers gouged holes in my drywall when taking the stone up and down the stairs and instead of telling me, they covered them with pieces of painters tape. They also forgot to reattach my dishwasher and I had to take a second day out of the office to wait for them to come back and fix their mistake. Yuri most likely added extra square feet to my order, as the Measurer told me how much he measured with his computer and Yuri told me it was a couple feet more. I would not recommend this company.
Helpful, extremely responsive and their staff know a lot and can walk you through the sometimes confusing process of remodels or installs.
Im really happy and thankful that I choose this company for my home countertops. Got here following a coworker recommendation. The friendly staff went me through everything in details and helped me decide easily with the style. Will definitely recommend forward to friends and family.
I found this company online and went to their showroom. Laurie helped me select granite slabs. Wow...they have a very nice indoor slab gallery. It was very easy to select our slabs. They came by and measured and a week later I had new granite countertops. Installers were fabulous. Worked hard and took good care of my home. Vacuumed the floors. When all was complete, I could not believe the transformation. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. They really took good care of me from start to finish.
Very friendly staff, Sergio help me find exactly what I was looking for they even helped me with a great choice on cabinetry. Highly recommend this place!!!
Northwest Granite & Marble is top notch!!! I have used for my own residential work as well as my business. Super high end quality granite and quartz material and customer service alike. You will be thrilled!!!!!
A salesperson came immediately and was able to offer exactly what Im looking for. I put down a 50% deposit and a day before theyre supposed to set the sink and measure the counter I get a call that they have to push it out a week. OK so the sink is set the counter measured and the installer calls an hour before the appointed time of installation (10 AM)and tells me hes running late....its now 4PM and theyre not here yet. I did get a call to tell me the plumber wont be here tomorrow. NOT IMPRESSED, No water, no counter,no customer service.
Great experience helpful people and very knowledgeable. Selection is great and the prices are reasonable, very happy with my purchase.
NW Granite was excellent!! I totally recommend them. I was very pleased with the fabrication and installation of my bathroom countertops. The sales staff was very friendly and the installers were very clean and super nice.
We turned to NW Granite & Marble to complete our home in which the former stone supplier vanished mid job - Sergiu and his team matched the existing stone perfectly and completed the job in less than a week. Friendly, clean, accurate and competitively priced...highly recommend!
Just had the folks at Northwest Granite and Marble install a twin under counter Granite sink top, Tub surround, full floor to ceiling slab shower and 12 foot of 2 cm slab granite down the entire wall. WOW! WOW! WOW! What an incredible job! 2 weeks from template to finish! Great competitive price and fantastic service.! Sergio, and his crew were great to work with and really courteous thru this 3 day install. Not an easy job either,. Up 2 flights of stairs and around a couple of corners.Ill be back in a couple of months. Im motivated to do the other bathroom too!Kile from Duvall
After a year of having our countertops we love them. Randy and crew were so professional and prices that could not be matched.
NW Granite did a great job installing marble coutner tops and island in my kitchen. From quote, to picking out the slabs to installation, the staff was great to work with.
Excellent showroom and best products available!
NW Granite & Marble told us that the seams in the granite would not be visible. I repeated that I do not want seams. They pushed that the seams would not be visible and that it is easier to install when the countertop is in multiple pieces: less risk of damage and less manpower required. Their pre-project measurer had told us that it was logistically possible to get a one-piece countertop installed. NW Granite installed the countertop, and ...surprise... the seam is very, very visible. I talked to the installer: he said that there was nothing that he could do about it. I called NW Granite office: they claimed that they told us that a seam would be visible and that it would be 1/16 wide and that the seam color would not necessarily match. That is not okay to change the story: just tell it true from the beginning. They did not offer to improve the seam or seam color. That was very strange.
Do not use Northwest Granite and Marble for counter sealing! We paid over $750—in advance—to have our granite counters sealed. Two guys came on January 16th and were in and out in 15 minutes or less. When they left all the previously inconspicuous hairline cracks were white and rough. I called and Malea told me the sealer just needed longer to dry. The following morning the cracks were still white and rough, so I called Malea again and left a message. Despite my daily messages she still had not contacted me 6 days later. When she finally called back, I explained the situation and she said the boss, Sergio Bekthiu, would “be out within the hour”. Three hours later he arrived. He apologized for the lousy job and said that Malea would schedule a redo. She never called. He also promised to provide a $330 partial refund for the poor job.Two days later a guy showed up unannounced and redid the counters. They were somewhat improved, but the cracks were still white, just not as bright a white. Four days went by and we had received no credit, so I called on January 28th and Bekthiu told me he would check and get back to me by the end of the day. He didn’t.Two days later I spoke to him again. He told me I would have the refund run through that day and would send me a copy, but he didn’t. The following day I left a message with his answering service, but got no response. As of today, Feb. 5th. and despite my calling several times and leaving messages, no one has called, I have not received the promised refund, the counters look worse than they did before sealing, and they are clearly ducking my calls. If I could give this outfit negative stars I would.
Today our new Quartz countertops were installed, and they are simply fantastic!NW Granite and Marble did an incredible job. Our new Quartz countertops are beautiful. They completely transformed our kitchen. The quality of workmanship is fantastic. We have a kitchen in the shape of a “U” and three seams had to be used to fit all the angles of our existing counters, and the craftmanship is amazing. I really can’t see or find the seams –there is no edge if you run your hand over it—the heights are perfect. The installers worked meticulously fabricating, and fitting the counters in-- they went over the seems several times till they were absolutely perfect!!We had a few concerns because of the shape of our kitchen and some uneven carpentry work when it was first built, so we made a special trip in to speak with the owner Sergei, but after speaking with Sergei and his Production Manager Shawn our concerns to were put to rest. Shawn even came out on installation day to make sure every thing went smoothly. The crew who installed the counter tops and bar were meticulous craftsman. The length of the back board is perfect where it joins the wall, and everything has an incredible finished look to it. There are no uneven edges anywhere.I cannot say enough good things about NW Granite and Marble, we will certainly use them again in the future, and recommend them highly! Thanks, again to Sergei, and Shawn.Sincerely,Stephen and Victoria Congiusta/ Redmond WA

Great price, great customer service. Wish everyone put there customers first like these guys do.
One guy, not very welcoming. Few samples in a small office. Not much of an area to park. Everything just sits out in the weather. Do *not* bring kids here, unless you are carrying them!
Malea is great to work with
Awesome granite shop to work with!!
Nice place
