It is a joy to come here. The owners and staff are so friendly and prompt, I come here to relax and unwind and remember the child in me that loves a great banana split. Been coming here for years and will keep coming for those brief moments when I can be an icecream-loving-kid again. I give them not 5 but 10 stars for their excellence!!! Pai.

Friendly staff but no tastings during covid. The daiquiri ice was just gross, tasted like plastic lime bubble gum. The oreo shake wasnt quite sweet enough, too much milk? Tasted like cereal.

Aaah I love this place, I would always come here with either friends or family for a delicious well anything you order (everything there is good). Its super yummy and it has a bunch of different flavors although the space is pretty small.

The icecream is ok but do not get the sprinkles

Location is going through a remodel so it looks like its going out of business inside right now, but the woman working was very nice and very fast, which is always appreciated!

I love Baskin robins, this is a convenient location near our home, the girl behind the counter is friendly. I love the praline and cream flavor my daughter loves their cotton candy as well. We have tried their cakes on multiple occasions, they are really good as well. All in all, great ice cream, yogurt and ice cream cakes.

Good service. Good ice cream. The prices are way too high. Everything should be at least a dollar less.

Nice customer service. But I found 4 separate hairs in my ice cream, didn’t care to go further so I threw it away 🤢🤮

Ice cream served cold and fresh with new flavora and classic favorites always available. For a change of pace grab a small ice cream cake to amp up family dinners at home.

Bit too sugary overall ...but still nice flavors just like living in the 60s again

I was visiting Papa Murphys,next door to the Baskin Robbins.Usually a five star rating experience, however the KID that was operating things this particular evening must have eaten something prior to his shift that didnt agree with him.

Fantastic ice cream with a wide variety of flavors including my favorite (cotton candy), as well as great ice cream cakes and milkshakes. 10/10 would recommend.

Understaffed can lead to long waits. This place needs to understand that theyre overflow option for Molly Moons down the street. If I have to wait, Ill just go to Molly Moons. s for Ice cram, its Baskin and Robbins. Average at best.

I went to the Baskin & Robin on Redmond Way in Redmond, WA yesterday April 23, 2013. I was surprised not to see anything on the widows or doors advertizing the $1.00-3.00 customer appreciation day sale. I saw it on facebook and it said nationwide wide. I got my two scoops for $2.00 for the first day but my daughter took some of her college friends in her car and paid full price for three scoops. She asked the clerk what about the customer appreciation day sale and the clerk lied and said it was not at her location. She looks spanish my daughter went about three oclock on the first day of the sale. iI m going to let corporate know so she can be reprimended for false adveritising. The location in facebook listed that location as one participating.

Tasty cheap ice cream but nothing too special. Could use more frozen yogurt.
