Not a great selection, customer service is mediocre, over priced and small. I’d rather take the trip to Burlington or Greensboro. Hhmmmm. Maybe I should open one up around here. A real one. Lol

When I need hair supplies Love wigs is my go to place. The owners are beautiful, kind, honest people. The service is always top notch. The are quick to answer questions and if there is a product that I need if they dont carry it they will do the research to see if its something they can carry. Great place to shop for any hair stylist.

For Years Brandi Lawson has helped save my life when it comes to hair . She had the best customer service ever! There never a time Ive visited the store and shes never been able to help me . Needs updating, as evident by the numerous cobwebs in the display window. Great if you just need to run in quick to grab hair accessories. Do yourself a favor and drive to Danville or Greensboro to get what you really need. But overall, nice staff, just wish they had more options in hair that is trending now.

Poor customer service. The wait time is ridiculous. They need more one person helping others. Owner doesnt assist in any type way just take your money. SMH. They need to do better or close.

Really love my hometown hair store. Brandy has always been so helpful every time I come and explain a look she always goes above and beyond and knows exactly what I need. There has never been a time that Ive came to love wig and she hasnt been helpful. But lately I havent seen her so Ive had to kinda figure it out on my own. Brandys customer service is excellent. Ive been doing business here for many years. This place keeps getting worse. I have to wait to get helped they are almost always on the cell phones. I came in last week and no one was inside. After standing around waiting to buy supplies i left. I was told by another customer that the workers was across the street taking pictures. Poor bussiness skills. Dont spend your money here they act like the dont need it.

Ive always had a wonderful experience at Love WIGS whenever Brandy was working, I can recall several times I wanted to purchase hair undecided and she always was helpful in finding something within my price range. Brandy has always had excellent customer service skills along with her great personality and courageous smile.

Is this a family friendly store or a tattoo shop. What the heck happened. The women here need to show class and not the other word.I was shocked when I came in with my neice to see a half dressed employee dancing with music playing. And at check the other girl was paying more attention to her phone than me. Hmm mmhh This must be thier daytime job. It is a bad feeling going to local store and not get treated like one.

The food is good and the resteraunt is clean, service, good. But there is only one thing, they get our order wrong more then should be expected. And fast food is not good for anyone to eat. But. I say if your going to McDonalds in Reidsville, n.c. then go. Its a good menu and the food is good. I give 4 stars just because of the orders being incorrect. A lot more than it should be . thank you .
