I’ve been going here for a few years now since moving to the area. I’ve never had a great experience here. Majority of the employees seem really unhappy and just going through the motions but I continued to use this location. But today, I’m done. Dropped off a Rx last night to be picked up today. It’s necessary for my scheduled colonoscopy tomorrow. Went to pick it up at 2:30 and was told they don’t have it. They had to order it and would be ready tomorrow. I need to start taking the Rx today at 5pm. No one bothered to call or message and say there was an issue. Now I’ve been driving to other Walgreens looking for one that has the required Rx. Poor customer service; do better!

Had an appointment today at 10:30 am for a Covid-19 Booster vaccination (Moderna). Got there a couple of minutes late. There were a total of 7 of us waiting in front of the pharmacy for vaccinations. After 40 mins of waiting none of us had been called to get our vaccination. I went up to the counter and spoke to the young lady in charge of vaccinating us (AMANI). I asked her what was causing the delay. She said What delay?I said the delay in getting our vaccinations. She said there was a lot of paper work to be filled out and if I would have a seat again, shed be right out. She gave me ATTITUDE when she said this. Kinda like... you have the nerve to ask me why its taking so long. Go sit down and behave like the rest of the cattle! 5 minutes later she came out from behind the pharmacy counter and took the first person to a little room to receive his vaccination. He came out several minutes later and said to me Id dont know what is causing the delay.Another 5-7 minutes later AMANI came back for the next person. At that point I had been waiting 50 minutes and decided I was leaving. But Amani had my Covid document and I had to get it from her. After I asked her what her name was, and she answered, she became civil. Last time I will be in this Walgreens.

Amazing! I accidentally went to the the wrong location in another town for my Covid vaccine. I think I had the latest appointment time available for the day. The pharmacist called me when I didnt show and offered to still give me the vaccine after hours. He went above and beyond for me today.

Very friendly and helpful staff

I have been a loyal customer for years. There seems to be a big staff turnover in the pharmacy lately. For the past 6-8 months, getting medication (refilling a medication that I have been on for years)has been a problem with every monthly refill! Its one story after another, new staff improperly trained, computer too slow, computer not working, insurance issues (because they used the wrong #s)cant find your prescription. and so on. A year ago, I would have given this Walgreens a 5 star... not today! Maybe its time for a change.

This store is lacking personable employees in the pharmacy dept.i recently switch employees and doing so my insurance changed. Two of the meds Ive been on for years required pre-authorization. I decided to pay cash until my insurance was handled.They charged me 164.94. I didnt know what they cost so i paid.The next month came around and my insurance hadnt made a decision. I went to Carolina Apothecary. The same two meds were a whopping 72.19!!Walgreens is a rude, way over priced store and ill never go back

There was a time when I would have given a five star review to most Walgreens stores. However, since I have had such rudeness at this locale I intend on moving all prescriptions as possible to another family pharmacy in town. I was a loyal customer. I was treated rudely today - we cannot look up prescriptions that you have filled here to see what is ready for a refill. This is new today. A customer may not always remember how to log into their account. Other times I have had a prescription filled, someone was able to take time to look up things in their computer systems which they likely still can in order to provide a service. It seems most likely that said associate did not prefer to use their time to help me.Lack of customer service in the pharmacy is leading me to other avenues. I would not do so if I had not been the recipient of rude treatment on numerous occasions. There are other pharmacies in a small town. I would recommend trying another of those.

This was the worst pharmacy experience of my life my scripts got thrown back at me after the female pharmacist had talked to my doctor and then refused to fill anything for me after years of using Walgreens I will never give my business to them I will be contacting corporate iv never been treated so poorly I was discriminated against and called a junkie and that hurt I will look into possible legal action if I can so thank you Walgreens for all my continued business over the last 7 years you need to check on your pharmacy staff at this store it has happened while this woman has been behind the counter a few times to many from what I understand from locals....just wow

Didn’t bother to call me when they were out of my medicine. If they had called I could have switched pharmacies. By the time I got out of work and to the pharmacy the doctor was gone. Piss poor way to do business.

I guess that this Walgreens pharmacy the pharmacist decides whether your prescription is a controlled substance or not they refuse to fill a prescription a week early because some states its a controlled substance so I guess its the pharmacist discretion whether the customer that is paying cash out of their pocket they get their medicine or not I do not recommend this Walgreens to anybody save your time and aggravation you give somebody a little bit of power it goes to their head sad

I love the photo lab at Walgreens on Scales st, and Franklin is so helpful, but not only that he is the cutest and always smiling, I recommend this photo lab to anyone looking to quickly develop!

After working 8 hours with a sinus infection I went to Walgreens to get my antibiotics. While I was waiting and picking out nasal spray they accused me of shoplifting and demanded to see my purse. Really, Walgreens? While Im super sick I did not need to be accused of being a petty criminal. Get your employees eyes checked. I was so mortified I cried on the way home. :( :( :(

I shop Walgreens all the time. They have a wonderful staff.

Most of the employees are really nice here the stores usually well stopped and clean the bathroom while the ladies bathroom always has a horrible horrible smell to it dont know whats going on there the pharmacist named Scott is a complete a-hole and makes the whole Pharmacy look bad he has a horrible attitude and picks and chooses who he would like to help when it comes to feeling certain prescriptions

This place discriminated against my husband who went in to get juice for my son. Not only that but they took forever to fill in a simple prescription for my son that really needed it.
