If I could give pro care auto a million stars, I would!! I took my car to them after my former mechanic was unable or unwilling to fix my car. PRO CARE auto was AMAZING!! They were professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Pro Care Auto figured out what was going on with my car and repaired it in a timely manner. My car is running beautifully again. The pricing was very fair. I will bring my car back to pro care in the future for routine check ups and any other issues. They are an outstanding business and I highly recommend them.

When taking your vehicle in for service for the first time you never know what to expect. You hear a lot about bad service, people getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Well, at Procare Auto I can say that I probably found My Mechanic. I was having a really weird issue with my car and they not only fixed it, but fixed it for around $100!!! These guys know their stuff and do the most to help you out. Would recommend to anyone

My car had an expensive transmission issue. But, the folks at Pro Care informed me that even though my car was no longer under warranty, the manufacturer might be willing to pay for the repairs if I submitted a request to them. Sure enough, the manufacturer did indeed decide to cover the cost of repairs.Thanks to Pro Care Autos help, I saved a lot of money!

It seems that today it gets harder and harder to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. Ive found mine. Not only can you trust them, but if you want to know exactly what the problem was, you can find out the specifics. You can even speak with the mechanic who did the repairs. I have been a loyal customer for our 2 cars over many years. I find Jeff to be the most knowledgeable mechanic I have dealt with in a long time. He even goes overboard to take a test drive to pinpoint noises. My first experience with Pro Care was good, now my second experience was good as well. Booking the appointment online was easy, they diagnosed the issue before I had even parked the car. I received a fair quote and the work was performed expeditiously. There are plenty of auto shops in Columbia, but I drive all the way to Reisterstown, that pretty much says it all!

I needed a headlight and was able to stop in at the end of the day to have someone put it in. ProCare has not only the best mechanics but their mechanics are good people too. Jeff and Doug could not be more helpful. Great place

Thank God for Pro Care. They have been servicing my Lexus for a long time. I purchased the Lexus from my brother a few years ago and he recommend me to continue service at Pro Care. Ive already had a package deal with Firestone for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, but every time Firestone seem to have a problem getting the bolts off to complete my tire rotation, so, again I have to rely/result on my favorite mechanics to save the day. So, yes Im please with my mechanics. Not to mentioned there are much more I can say, but Ill be here all day. Thank you so much Pro Care.

Since Ive been dealing with Jeff for over 10 years now, the Lexus Service Dept will never service my vehicles again. Pro Care Auto is the best Service Shop to go to hands down, you can call ahead for an appointment and get in within a week, no problem. I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed & have my wheel alignment done. They told me while scheduling the appointment that Friday would work better for them and that I would have to leave it most of the day; I told them no problem. I dropped my car off on Friday at 7:30am & told them Id be back at 4pm to get it (thought that more than 8 hours would be enough time but it wasnt). I arrived at the shop around 4:10pm. My car was still sitting inside the garage & they didnt even start my wheel alignment or have the oil change finished. Then when I asked how this happened the response I got was everyone calls at 2pm complaining about the services that they didnt get done. - Shouldnt that be a red flag that you arent running your business right? Never going back!!

I have used ProCare to take care of my Japanese vehicles for years. I find them to be honest and straightforward every time I have use them On my Acura to replace the timing belt and other repairs when needed.

My car started sputtering and engine surging and cut out on me on a Sunday afternoon. I had AAA tow the car to ProCare auto and drop the keys in the night drop box with my name and number.I got a call first thing Monday morning and gave them the details about what happened. They did their tests and called back a short time later with their diagnosis and an estimate. The repair seemed very reasonable and they were able to answer any questions I had.I agreed to the repair and they fixed it and had it ready for that afternoon. The vehicle runs great and I can’t thank them enough.

Since I live far away I sometimes go other places, however, I always regret it.Dealership near me has skilled technicians, however, they are over priced and quasi honest. They quoted me $700 for a rear brake job. Pro Care did it for $300 with Toyota Parts.Auto Repair place near me is honest and reasonably priced, however, they lack skilled technicians. You can really tell a difference in the quality of the work their versus Pro Care.So I decided its worth it for me to drive the extra difference and I am back with Pro Care. They have also added a complementary drink cooler with Frappuccinos and other beverages.

ALWAYS ABOVE & BEYOND!!!!I took my car in for a replacement back tag light. Well, I was absolutely stunned when I found out the cost associated with the repair, something about possibly having to take off the bumper, certainly more involved than I even understood!!. Jeff told me he would try to cut the cost if he could figure out a way to fix it without taking off the bumper, which would save on labor hours! OF COURSE he came through, always does!!! Saved me over $200.00. These guys are the real deal! I trust them completely to always be fair and most of all HONEST!!!
