My dad works here and does great work he does body repairs, I’ve seen some reviews and there’s one lady that says they put the part inside of her car… of corse there going to put it in there that’s how pieces don’t get lost

They did a fantastic job repairing the front end, including the bumper. 6 years later we experienced paint peeling on the front bumper they had repaired. They repainted it. No questions asked. Very fast and great customer service

Took my car to get it fixed after someone backed into my car. Told I would have an appointment at 9am the following Tuesday. Get there and my appointment is nowhere to be found, but luckily, the owner, Mota remembered talking to me. Told me I would have a rental ready when I dropped off my car. That also was not true. I had to get my own rental no thanks to them even though I was told different. Fast forward to picking up my fixed car. Scratches all up and down the side of my supposedly fixed bumper. Not only was that the case but the bumper wasnt flush with the wrest of the car. It took my husband taking the car up there 3 different times for them to fix something that was supposed to be fixed to begin with. I also had to have the insurance company tell them how to do their job. Horrible place of business that does not care about you or your car.

They repaired my camaro but the fender did not fit properly in the car and still does not. When I brought this up to the shop they said that’s just how it is because robots made the part and they would not fix it. I had already paid my money before they show me my car because I was expecting them to be quality upstanding business people but they are not. I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

Great service and very satisfied with auto repair.

A piece of plastic under my front bumper came loose and was dragging on the ground. They told me the replacement cost but said it was not really a necessary piece and they removed it. While I waited, they helped me with replacing my windshield wiper. I was in and out in minutes and there was no charge for anything. Thanks for being honest businessmen and brightening my day!

Great body shop and mechanics

Had insurance work done and no hassels ...they even looked for stuff to be includedNot like the other guys gouging extra money saying it wasnt coveredThey sent ammended repairs and supplements. In to FIX IT RIGHT ..IN ONE GO.

Beware! My car was trashed by them. My car was hit by a deer and towed to their facility. When I arrived the next day they put all of the muddy bumpers and parts inside the car on my leather seats damaging the interior and items that were still in the car. The staff is rude and not honest. Stay away.

Not sure about their body work, but I can say I will never recommend Camden Body for mechanical work. Their hourly rate is very high, $97/hr. In my case they indicated that their diagnostic check had indicated one thing but after fixing that, $300, decided something else needed fixing. I would recommend almost anyone else for mechanical repairs. Forgot to mention, very rude and aggressive if ask questions about the problem.

Initially, Camden told me my car would be ready in a few weeks. They did not meet the first expectation but told me it was because something was on back order and might be another week. They didnt meet that expected date either. So then they said it would be finished on the 10th of that month. I called to see when I could pick up my car (I waited until afternoon giving them the chance to let me know first because I figured theyd just call when it was ready for pick up). Upon calling they said it wasnt ready. This was the day before my wedding, so needless to say I was busy with many other things and was frustrated that it wasnt actually ready when they said. Again. So then they said it would be ready on the 17th. I called again. Still not ready. And this was now the day before my honeymoon. Fast forward to the following month when my car was finally back in my possession. My alarm would go off for no apparent reason. Multiple times a day, all times of the day (and night-sorry neighbors). First I thought it could be due to an off-market remote starter I had installed so I took it there first. Not their issue. Took it back to Camden body and they were adamant that this was the fault of the remote starter. I finally took it to a Hyundai dealership and they diagnosed the problem and resolved it within a few hours. Camden body neglected to put an important but small item onto my drivers side door which caused the alarm to go off unnecessarily. I will be contacting Camden for reimbursement for my charges from the dealership service center.... I do NOT recommend Camden Body of Main Street in Reisterstown.

Worse Auto Body Shop Ever.I took my 2014 Dodge Journey to them around March of 2014, They told me it would be completed in about 2 weeks. The deadline reached and they told me the car was not complete.3 months later, the car was finally done. Next time something happens to my vehicle Ill go to the actual dealership. Never again will I go to Camden BODY SHOP.

This place is very fraudulent I contacted one of the managers at this facility about my car being vandalized two of my vehicles actually and when I went up there he told me one thing and then went behind my back and told the insurance company something else so no I would not recommend anyone to go to Camden Auto body anytime Im in an accident or any vandalism do to my done to my vehicle I will go other places not this this this run a Mille place they are bunch of as a bunch of liars!

Owner claimed that no way the dent I was presenting him could be paintless dent removed. 2 hours later I had the dent removed via paintless dent removal. Money saved. Body work saved.
